Only place in town to buy real sourdough bread that takes 2-3 days to cure, rise, and bake. Excellent bread. We also regularly buy pizza. It is more expensive than the franchises, but the pizza is much better. We also like their sandwiches. It is a pleasant place to visit, study, and use the wifi. Definitely one of the best places in CS/B.

First visit ever. Love the AC and cleanliness. Staff is friendly and professional. Seating is great, with combination of booths and tables. I would love to come here to work on a paper or small group project. Can't wait to try the fresh bread on next visit.

me and my boyfriend came here for lunch yesterday and were not disappointed. I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup with wheat bread on the side and my boyfriend ordered a vegetarian sandwich. Our orders were prepared quickly, and the food was great. Prices were a little high, but worth it. there’s plenty of different seating options. Specifically, I noticed that there were more private areas to sit which i liked alot. There is also outdoor seating with a fountain view.

I really enjoyed the fresh Blueberry Peach bread. It was wonderful! The Bread Bowl with Tomato Basil Bisque with shredded Parmesan and cracked pepper was also another highlight to reorder. The Baja Club was good but I would try something else next time.

This place has a beautiful scene. They have there a lot of tasty artisan baked foods. They serve varieties of salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza, dessert, and drink options. The pesto pizza is ny favorite. The location is convenient and has spacious dining room as well as outside seats by the water fountain. That is an amazing scene. Their prices are below fair and affordable for the College students. Their foods are amazing.

The staff are always super nice! Food is always delicious! The building is always clean! They have indoor and outdoor seating. Every time we're in town we always make sure to stop by and get some food. They have a kids menu and they're not too expensive. Great place to bring family and friends! I highly recommend coming here.

I had the Baja Club and a Mederteranian salad. Both were delicious and I would get them again. They have a wide range of salads, sandwiches, soups and bowls. You can also get pizza. They have different seasonal specials like a brat on a pretzel bun. Sodas, tea, coffee and ice coffee are on the drink menu with other bottles options. For the sweet tooth there are a variety of baked goods. You choice of an eclectic array of outdoor and indoor seating.

I am from Hawaii and looking for somewhere to have lunch. Blue Baker looked good so we went there. Wow!!! Loved our sandwiches and the lobster bisque is the bomb!!! I even went back the next day so I could have the soup again. I had it with a half albacore sandwich.

Absolutely love Blue Baker. There is always top notch quality in the food and service. Great space for a quick meal, a casual dine, study spot, or meeting up with friends!

Food was okay. For a place whose selling point is the bread that is used for their sandwiches and pastries, the focaccia was soggy and the croissant needed more volume to contain the sandwich fillings. Pricing is also deceptive. I asked "what sides come with the sandwich?", was given a list of available options (chips, fruit, apple sauce, pies, etc) only to have it rung up as an additional $7 charge. If I hadn't seen it on the screen, I wouldn't have known about the extra charge. When I asked, the cashier stated that ALL the sides were an extra fee - not actually INCLUDED as a side. Be careful that all items are an individual price added together. You'll get more bang for your buck at a McAllister's or Potbelly.

Nice spot for quick lunch or dinner. Good for family, friends or eating solo. Easy to spot from street and next to the Residence Inn. Nice also for social business meetings. The prices are average for College Station restaurants. ENJOY!

First time customer. I bought the Davinci pizza. I paid an extra $4 premium for the cauliflower crust for approx $20 total. It was burnt so that only the center bites didn’t taste like crispy charcoal. Where is the QUALITY CONTROL? You sent it out into the world like this to represent your business? Why put the burden on me to complain?

Initially we were excited when getting our pizza as it looked very tasty, but quickly realized it was sub par. We got the taco pizza, and the steak that was on it tasted a bit rancid. Not to mention, I found a jagged shard of plastic in my food. I’m glad it didn’t break my tooth. The salad was alright, though it’s hard to go wrong with arugula and tomatoes.

Never never never again, the staff is worthless, the kitchen was filthy and I will never never ever go there again, As the manager for help, I was told " SORRY". BAD ANSWER REALY BAD ANSER

The experience was terrible. I was trying to get a cup of hot coffee, but the coffee came out cold and old. I waited for a long time with very low quality coffee, and they don’t even have milk option to go with the coffee, and the staff was not nice either

Trying to act on savings offer in an email. Presented the promo code at checkout, as the email instructed. Was told the promo code was not valid, based somehow on the credit card presented. I actually prefer face-to-face service, so this was an order in the restaurant. If the offer relied on this being an online order, that was not shown in the email. No complaint here for the server taking my order, I guess, but the process to offer a savings in the email was a failure. Will keep that in mind in the future.
