Matthew was so sweet!! He talked to me and my friends about tattoos and stuff, and it was actually really cool!! Hope he enjoys his first tattoo, whenevr he decides to get it! Everyone else was super sweet and nice as well and me and my friends had a great time 🩷

For your normal CFA it is as you expect but one thing that is unique and speak about this location is Jonathan. He has such one of a kind personality and is such a pleasure to interact with. I have no issues with the other staff but Jonathan is a standout for me.

Outstanding Service at Chick-fil-A! Our group of seven visited this Chick-fil-A expecting the usual great food and fast service, but we were blown away by the exceptional attention we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, making our experience feel personal and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ryan, who truly made our visit unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and ensured that our large order was handled perfectly. He even checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Employees like Ryan are what set Chick-fil-A apart, and he absolutely deserves a raise for his excellent service.

Ordered a 10 piece strip and they left the sauces out of the bag. I’ll start checking my bag, this is the one place I thought I didn’t have to. Disappointing.

these are my medium fries, untouched straight out of the bag , it’s not even full. and last time i got a large fry they were also not full??? why am i paying extra for a large fry just for the portion to be a medium.

The past three visits to this location, the chicken in my sandwich is undercooked (translucent). Tonight, I ordered the chicken strip meal and thankfully the chicken was cooked through but the fries were a huge disappointment. It appears I got the bottom of the barrel with all the pieces and burnt ends. While this location is closest to my house and more convenient, I will be driving to either Grapevine or another location in the future! Very disappointed!

Dude Johnathan was super cool handing us our food orders, Girl with braids and glasses Gave us a type of annoying look just cuz we initially asked for chicken bowl and we didn’t receive it so I asked if we could add on a chicken bowl for my poor ol’ grandma, she gon give us a mean/annoyed look after I said that. Oh well it happens I guess

We asked for a pup cup. Our local Chick Fil A has them. The girl said she didn’t think they had them. They did make one. I offered to pay for it since they had made it. The manager Larry said they had no way to charge us. So right in front of us and our dog , he threw it in the trash. I will never go back there. Absolutely no customer service.

First time didn’t have time to return and complain, enough this time RAW chicken on my salad. Disgusting! I am scared what if I get sick? I received better answers at 1800 customer service than at the restaurant. Where is the health department? Inspectors? The food quality control at restaurants is abismal this days. Terrible food quality.

I love y’all.. so can’t give y’all less than five stars.. but I got a very sad spicy chicken sandwich a few minutes ago. This is a first for me. :( Changing my rating to 1 star since the owner doesn’t seem to e er respond to customer concerns.
