The two girls this morning were so sweet. The one that took my order was so polite and profession and the girl at the window was very helpful. Everything tastes great. It’s rare to find people with good attitude like that in the morning. Good for them.
Service has slowed down and ordered two bagel sandwiches today as take out order. Left tip...One was barely assembled in the wrapper.

I had a bad experience with an employee at the drive thru window. She was very rude and wasn't afraid or ashamed, I might add, to show her displeasure in helping me or trying to answer my question. Granted I did mess up the mobile order because I was trying to apply an offer/promotion and wasn't sure how to do that and I ended up purchasing two drinks and was hoping they could apply the offer to my order at the window. I didn't figure it out until I read the FULL FINE print on how to apply the offer to the mobile order, but again I figured it was something they could help me out with at the window. Well, apparently not! The employee was so frustrated, putting her hand on her head and rolling her eyes, and said she wasn't going to try to fix it or take the time to work it out, so she very reluctantly gave me the item from the offer for free, even though I said I would pay for it, but she just waved me on and said, "I'm not going to mess with it, so here you go." I mean I was grateful she gave me the item, but the rude manner in which she did it was very off-putting. Why do these employees work there if they are just going to treat everyone badly?! How did they even get hired in the first place?

Updating earlier review, as a regular, store is under new management now and it's been rough. Staff are still generally pleasant, but changes have left things less organized and chaotic. Expect staff shortages, long waits, running out of products, and overall chaos. In the past few weeks, they've run out of cups, tea, and sourdough bread. One of the new managers likes parking his car diagonally across the spots closest to the door. We'll try again sometime, but we're taking a break from this location for now.
Ordered an iced matcha with cold foam and it was awful watered down, barely any matcha, and super bland. On top of that, the drive-thru service was rude and unwelcoming. It’s always the same experience with this location very disappointing.
Very slow drive-through, seemed understaffed. Hash browns burnt, bacon egg cheese sandwich was room temp and not good. I noticed a long line of unhappy people inside as well. Not the way to start your day. I’ll continue going to Donutland or McD’s instead which are in the same parking lot.

Went up there ordered two drinks waited there for at least 5 minutes drinks were already done but no one came to the window the girl with the long hair just looked at us and kept passing by they guy with the wrist band also looked at us and also didn’t give us attention none of them had gloves on as we look at our drinks sitting there we see that they hate half full… Dunkin’ y’all need to do better or train y’all employees better
While the drive through isn't as slow as some they require you take a receipt. Their coffee also started making me sick. I stopped going here.
This location is an insult to Dunkins. Iced coffee was so bitter and tasted like it was left near some chemicals. As soon as it was handed to me...I just knew it was going to be gross.
Donuts are really low quality and dry, plus the prices aren't very good. Take your business to Donutland 50 feet away, much better quality.
If you order something without meat, I don’t expect to see a worker pulling meat off an order that’s already ready with meat on it. As a vegetarian, that is against the idea of having something vegetarian. Please consider that and make the change. Had to walk out

I picked up a mobile order at this Dunkin location around 10:10 AM and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. She had a curly ponytail, glasses, and a noticeably rude attitude that made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. I’m not sure why someone with such a poor approach to customer service is working at the front counter. I wasn’t rude, didn’t ask for anything extra just picking up an order and was met with complete unprofessionalism. This isn’t the kind of energy customers should be met with, especially from a brand like Dunkin. Definitely made me think twice about coming back to this location.
Place is a dump. Had the same order two days in a row, and they messed it up both times.
I had another disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts on Thursday morning around 6:00-6:05 AM. The woman taking my order was incredibly rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Her tone was unfriendly, starting with a “What do you want?” when taking my order. When I asked for a black coffee, she responded with a pause and then, “What in it?”—even though black coffee should be self-explanatory. When I clarified “nothing,” she continued with a dismissive “What else.” I almost drove off because of how uninviting her attitude was. This is the second time I’ve encountered this particular employee being rude. It’s disappointing, especially since the Asian woman who works there is always so nice and sweet. The contrast in customer service is noticeable, and it’s frustrating to not know what kind of service you’ll receive.
We ordered 2 hot chocolates and it was as if they washed a container that had hot chocolate, with hot water. Literally no milk, no sugar and a sandy feel when we took a sip. The staff was very attentive so no complaints about that.
The one in Euless was bad enough… This location is as bad! I went to the car service a few months ago and ordered a latte that was pure ice. Went this morning and those two young man have no idea what they are doing. I totally think a boss and more experienced worker should be there, of course, Sunday morning will be busy. But one of them just seemed annoyed to be there! The other one was so slow. That’s a huge company: DO BETTER!!! I work labor! I can’t do customer service! If you can’t either: find another job. Amazon is hiring! You just can’t have a huge company that’s basically fast food waiting for 30 minutes. Maybe if these places paid more decently that would not happen!

I always order on the app and ask for my cream cheese on the side, they end up putting it on the bagel for me and smothering it in cream cheese which is the last thing i want. I asked for an everything bagel today and got a plain one. I’d like to go to a place that knows what they’re doing.

Extremely slow service and bad service. I waited 25 minutes for a pickup only to be they hadn't even started on the order. Please communicate with your customers and delivery drivers!
