Lady who answers the phone hangs up on you. Very rude. Needs to learn customer service
Nick Gould agreed to buy a property from me. Negotiations went on for months and months only for him to pull the plug ON THE DAY OF COMPLETION! This was well after Solicitors, etc had been instructed. Cited some nonsense as to why he wasn't continuing. Whatever the reason, it could have been dealt with much earlier. Classic example of Goliath riding rough shod over the little man. Not the sort of behaviour someone decent would engage in. I'm now left with aborted sale legal fees amongst other things. A warning to anyone dealing with him.
