I live in the UAlbany area on the border of Guilderland and Albany which leaves me with two Domino’s locations to choose from, 1533 Central Ave and 267 New Scotland Ave. I’ve ordered from both locations on multiple occasions and but more frequently from the Central Ave location because I’ve had nothing but TERRIBLE experiences at the New Scotland Ave location! At 1533 Central Ave the employees are always friendly, the service is always fast (including delivery) and the food is always fresh & hot (including delivery). I highly recommend this location if you live in the Colonie/Guilderland NY area, oh and I forgot to mention that on the VERY RARE occasion that an item on your order isn’t made properly they are more than willing to make good on it and I’ve even seen it where they’ve given a free or highly discounted item on your next order! Enjoy! *** Oh, by the way people…. These employees work hard to make sure every order is Hot & Fresh for your families so please show your gratitude and leave them a tip and a compliment even if your picking up in store, because it shows you care and besides, it’s the right thing to do!!!*** ✌🏼🤙🏼
I order here all the time using the app and there isn't a single negative thing I can say about this location. My orders are always correct, delivery time is pretty quick and the drivers are always friendly. Great job to all who work there!

When walking in I was greated with a friendly smile! There were customer s sitting and eating in the nice lobby. I had already placed my order online..it was ready and hot.. everything was in order and the price was right! It's very nice to see such professional service..and the food was great!! Keep up the great work!
This place is getting a lot of negative reviews but the foods been excellent every time via delivery. I dont think most people leaving reviews have ever worked in a food industry before.
I am a frequent customer of this particular Dominos location. I don’t often right reviews but feel that the management and team members of this location need more praise. I regularly make orders of 10 pizzas or more for corporate gatherings and this location always presents the pizzas on time with the right toppings. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t praise them enough.
Quick, convenient, and cheap. Especially when my boys have sleepovers. Our food is always hot and fresh. We usually get the same driver and he is super pleasant and polite. We’ve become regulars for delivery. I’m leaving this review and I only just placed my order for tonight’s dinner lol
Ordered in-person and got the pizza in 8 minutes when they told me it would be 10. Very sweet workers and glad to do service there!

I love pizza. Period. And normally any kind works. For me a domino’s pizza must have their jalapeños. I hope dominos never changes its sources for their jalapeno as this topping is one of the hottest ones I have tried. And the beauty is that at least throughout NY state have had this sharp topping to go to when i get the craving. And yes I do crave dominos pizza from time to time.
Service wasn't to bad. Brian was really funny and he had biscuits for my dogs. He's the first delivery guy to offer me treats for my dogs. Overall... Domino's is okay in a pinch, but what really made the experience good for me was Brian's amusing delivery.
Fast, easy, affordable, delicious. They keep cutting my thin crust in squares when I clearly request pie cut via the app. I called a couple days ago to remind them to use the pie cut and was told, "As long as it's selected in the app, it'll come pie cut." I explained past experiences and finally got it pie cut. I ordered via the app today without calling, made sure it was selected on pie. It came back square cut. I'll be calling every single time I order from here on out.
Update: Sean the general manager called me and apologized for the experience; it seemed clear that he recognized the pizza bothered me far less than the staff rudeness. He handled it professionally and I appreciated that very much. I'm keeping my review up for context, but did up it a star for that diligence. ---- I worked in food service growing up, so I try to be nice to staff and don't sweat the small stuff. So for me to be the level of angry that motivates me to contact the franchise owner (which I did - Capitol Pizza, LLC)...means I gave someone the benefit of the doubt, and they threw it back in my face with interest. I received a bad pizza (first ever) yesterday which I typically would just let go. I called and explained to a staff (whom I will not name publicly) that we received a somewhat underdone pizza (which I thought was impossible). I was met with skepticism; the Domino's pizza cooking process is automated so I can understand why. I politely said that this was the first problem we'd ever had; we order semi-regularly and enjoy it. But rather than thank me for the feedback and apologize, this staff doubled down and explained how their oven works to cook every pizza the same. Patiently, I explained I understood this but that this was an exception; no machine is perfect. I asked if there was a coupon for next time we could use; essentially alluding to a free pizza. The staff listed the $7.99 deal. I asked directly for a free pizza for next time, as our child's bedtime routine was already underway. The staff explained again that the pizza couldn't have been underdone. With my patience on life support, I asked to speak with a manager; after a brief hold, it sounded like the same staff picked up. I explained again what had occurred and gave the order number when asked. This staff then told me my pizza wasn't underdone. Me: "Am I hearing you correctly? I'm telling you my pizza is underdone, and you're explaining the reasons why I am mistaken. Are you calling me a liar?" Staff: "Well, there's no way your pizza was underdone." OK. I don't want my money back. I want this staff gone.
Been eating here a long time hit or miss sometimes you get a pizza and it's great then the next time not great. However if you are not happy with the pizza they will replace it, had their wings tonight for the first time they were very good and I like their specialty chicken that's always good ,most people there are friendly a few times not. It is good more times than it's bad so it is worth the chance for us. Prices well can't beat them. Thank you

Ordering was difficult, seemed as though there was a language barrier with the lady taking the order, she struggled understanding what we wanted. The delivery came on time, still hot with everything we ordered. The delivery person was very nice. The food was hot, but the pizza was very small and was the most garlicky pizza I’ve ever had.(hand tossed pepperoni)
I ordered 3 toppings large cheese pizza and parmansan cheese garlic nuggets. Nuggets $5 were awesome delicious. But got home; the open pizza box and pepperoni crispy, meat and sausage hard. We each tried to eat 1 slice and ended giving to dog. It was horrible. Will not order pizza there. Would buy the nuggets. Also this was on line order and we were 15 min early went inside to tell them but e idently left it in oven real long time as bottom was very dark.
Just picked up from this location, I have never picked up from a dominos before so I walked in a little confused. There was a worker by the register just chilling on their phone, when they asked me if I placed an order already. It was really loud in there so I said "I'm sorry what?" To which they snapped back at me with the same response. The next lady who helped me was really nice and checked my order over to make sure everything was in there. She was nice and helpful but the rude person who greeted me ruined the whole visit. I'll just order elsewhere next time.
This store has become way too busy and is managed poorly. Placed an order at 8:30 and by 10 pm it still wasn’t even ready and they said it was still another hour wait. I had to scramble at the last minute for myself and guests after canceling & this isn’t the first time this has happened. They need to have better communication and better management of their orders because people are waiting way too long.
My pizza was burnt… the thin crust was extra crispy cracker…. Damn near crunched like a potato chip. The people were nice, and place was clean… but damn, my pizza was crispy. If it came out the oven looking like that I would not have mind waiting for a remake… it was crunchy. Oh and my sauce cup was forgotten :( Hopefully this is a fluke and next time it’s good.
This Dominos store has very low quality workers. I purchased a hand tossed pizza with original sauce, I got a thin crust with no sauce. I went back and insisted of fixing their mistake they rudely convicted me that it is thick. I will put pictures for that pizza and be the judge yourself.
I called and placed an order for a veggie pizza with extra olives and was told that I could only have a specialty pizza that came with all the veggies so I agreed to take that with extra olives. When I got my pizza it was only olives and my boyfriend called the store to get it remade and they refused, arguing saying it was my fault so my boyfriend asked if we could leave his name for a free veggie pizza in the future and we were hung up on. When we called back he refused to answer our call. We then called from a different phone asking for a manager and he told us he was one who took our calls and was the only manager on duty and I explained the situation and asked again for a new pizza if we brought the old one back and he refused so I asked for his name to complain to corporate and he refused and said “All complaints came back to the store anyways” and hung up. My boyfriend tried calling again to ask for his name and he swore at him and hung up again, and then kept putting us on hold every time we called for a refund and didn’t answer.
Pizza was cold bad service there was a black man or girl i cant tell with tattoos really bad attitude they didnt even make my order correct they missed the jalepenos and cut the pizza i added in the intructions not to cut
The staff was friendly and professional. I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread with marina sauce. Within minutes after eating it, I got very sick and threw it all back up. I have not heard good things about this Domino's location and will not be returning.

I am writing this review after being served rudely at this place. Management is so rude and lazy. Few days back we ordered pizza and opt for contact less delivery. We checked the status and reached on time,a lady came walking saying something like why people can't come inside to pick it up. I mean we can but then what's the point for giving an option to deliver to your car. If you have the problem, stop this show off. Let it be normal pick up. Second time we again opt for delivery to our car. We reached before time. Our pizza was ready. There were around 5-6 domino's people inside the store with no customer. And yet they didn't came out after waiting for 10 mnts we went inside to pick it up. Seriously this is how Domino's treat their customers. Totally 😒.
Not a huge fan of Domino's in general. The pizza tastes like cardboard and is burnt. I asked for the pizza to be lightly baked and it came out charred. I think the reason why it is so popular is price, it is not taste or quality.
Spent $30 on pizza. Was sent burnt pizza. When we called we were told "no it isn't". Like I don't know what a burnt pizza looks like. Don't order from Domino's. Not worth it. Zero customer service. Wow Domino's.... You can do better than that.
Store said had no connection to app. So, didn't get my "I'm here" notice via app or text. Said they get none of the identifiers I entered on App: no vehicle type, no make, model, or color. Store said had no way of knowing which order was mine. So, they never brought out any food for curbside pickup. The app took my money, though. So, if you follow the APP, you give them money and they give you nothing. Ridiculous. I bought from Dominos over 100 times in 2019. Not again. Bye.
The has been one of my worst costumer service experiences. After placing my order and making my payment my order was never delivered. The driver wasn’t reaching able and after calling the store I received no answer even though it suppose to be open until 1am. On the app it said delivered but I did not receive anything. I’m not sure what happened to the food, the driver or the workers at the store but this is extremely unacceptable and I am expecting a full refund. I am still currently calling but no answer.
This place is the worst dominos I’ve ever order from. They took 3 hours to get me my food and they gave it to the wrong person at the wrong location. After I get my refund I’m definitely not ordering from here. This place is trash.
I have ordered from Domino's for YEARS and have NEVER had a problem.....until now! The Domino's located on Central Avenue have the RUDEST and fully ill informed employees I have EVER encountered and I am UNBELIEVABLY disappointed with not only their service but the ENTIRE business!!! It is amazing how 1 interaction can negate 3 decades of ordering! Because of this particular situation I will no longer call Domino's and I will also MAKE SURE no one I associate with will either EVER AGAIN! I ordered 53 dollars worth of food and 4 drinks and only on 2 drinks I told the driver who was Jonathan according to the tracker and he said he would be back and never returned incalled the store 3 times and was on hold 20 mins all 3 times completely ridiculous!! I'll never order from here again!!
Ordered a hand tossed bacon pizza, got a cheese instead. Ordered hand tossed pepperoni, got thin crust instead. Ordered Parm bites, got no marinara. Would like to say they're short staffed but there looked like 5 people on tonight. Food was OK for fast food pizza but definitely got someone else's order
Got their new cheese dip, the container o received it in was 1/4 full. Nothing makes it look more empty than that. Not to mention for the little portion you get costs $10+ wouldn't recommend. I feel like I got conned.
Been trying to contact the store for over an hour at this point to cancel my online order cause it's taken so long I got something else and haven't had any luck. You can't even go through support to cancel the order so you're stuck dealing with whoever is "working" there.
ordered and paid for a small cheese pizza and was told it be a half hour wait for delivery...2 and half hours later it was still not made..i tryed call to cancel order but they kept putting phone on hold and refused pick up the number i order on.. i finally drove to there location to get a refund charge to my card..and then went to inferno for the same pizza just for them to take only 15min...after this experience i will no longer order from domino's.

People please don’t order from this store. It is a scam. It takes my order online and after waiting for my pizza for more than 2 hours when I reached out to the store they say it’s closed and asks to file a complain. This store is a huge scam and it should be closed permanently if they can’t deliver.
MANAGEMENT IS INCREDIBLY RUDE. After explaining my issue with my order to customer service, guy yells at me, then hangs up while I’m still talking and ends with “hope you get whatever you called for”. Another time a delivery driver accused me And other people I was with of things And tried to argue and fight us. Never again .
I don’t even want to give one star. I ordered food for a child. I ordered the meal at 7:30 pm and still didn’t see the food until 10 pm. I called customer service to cancel the order, but no one answered, forcing me to go straight to the physical store. The reason given by the store was that they were very busy, which was absolutely ridiculous!
So placed order for delivery and they call us and say they don’t have a delivery driver. So we go to pickup and a guy that claimed to be a manger said he would credit my account for a free pizza and never did. So not only did he lie, he kept the tip and delivery fee! Never again. So unprofessional to lie. They did it to another customer too!
Ordered 2 pizzas from dominos about 10. Minutes away at 8:02 PM 20 minutes later pizza arrived. Neither pizza had any Timorese sauce. Pizza was undercooked and cold. We called back and talked to Snead who said a new order would be delivered. Nothing ever arrived and the store stopped taking calls. Will be getting refund or disputing the charge on our credit card.
Worst Dominoes experience ever. I ordered at 6:36pm and didn’t receive my order until 8:30pm. The Dominoes app said “Prep” for hours. I tried calling the store 5 times and never got an answer. I tried calling again and proceeded to close and re-open the app for the thousandth time when I saw that the status finally updated to “Quality Check”. I got a message saying my driver was on his way at the same exact time. The food was cold. Worst experience ever. Please don’t order from here.
UPDATE AS OF 11:25: i got a notification 7 minutes ago my delivery was on its way, but immediately checked the app and it said it was completed, no food found anywhere, and i can’t file a report on the website either. very very sketchy. absolutely insane these people would do something like this to a college student during finals week. ordered at 8:30, it is currently almost 11pm, and they have been “checking for quality” for almost an hour. they called me around 9:30 to tell me it’d be another hour since there were only one driver. it’s now been nearly an hour and a half since they called and i’m currently on hold with the ads playing on repeat for almost 10 minutes. absolutely ridiculous.
Today we placed an order at 7:40pm.We went up to the store for pickup as my mobile order was ready .But the employees were very lazy and one of the employee started yelling at us regarding our order he was not ready to give us our order and he said you need to wait as I’m still preparing in a very rude tone. The employees are very argumentative.I think this management should change their employees. As neither their food nor their service is good.
Absolute trash. We ordered at 4:30 PM and even after 3 hours, the food says it's still in prep. We called the place 11 times and absolutely nobody picked up. Insanely bad customer service and horrid experience, never in a million years are we ever coming/ordering here again. All we hear over the phone when we call the number, are ads continuing repetitively for ages. Very very bad place, never order from here if you wish to preserve your mental sanity.
Last 4 times ordering them have had issues. 1st wait 4 hours for my pizza, idk why they even still delivered it. 2nd time ordered two pizzas with toppings was delivered cheese pizzas. 3rd time order canceled by them , 4th and last time I’ll be attempting to order from this location got a bbq chicken pizza received a cheese one yet again then received an attitude when I told them they had messed up my order. I’m so how this place is still open this is over a two month span I was hoping for new employees but the manager or owner has stayed the same so they’ll never get any better
Good luck getting a hold of anyone on the phone if you have a issue. No way to call them and not one of them will actually help you aftwe you drive there to resolve it. Do better at customer serivce .
Ordered online. We had a simple order a large pizza with Pineapple and Asiago Cheese. When we picked it up and got it home, we had pineapple, hot peppers and chicken. I do not eat meat. When I called I was told this is our busiest day. I have also waited as much as thirty minutes on other occasions when I ordered ahead of time. They need more help and better quality control.
Got back to our hotel exhausted after a big travel day around 1130pm. Placed an order for 1 medium pizza at about 1150pm. They didn't close until 1am so we knew we had time to order and receive it, as dominos pizzas usually take less than 20 to make. The tracker never moved past "prep" so about 1245am we started calling to check the order, as they closed at 1. We called repeatedly for the next 15 minutes to no answer whatsoever. We ordered a pizza from another place, they cooked and delivered it, we ate it, and THEN we got a text saying our dominos order was picked up for delivery at about 215am. I spoke with the driver to reject our order. We read so many bad reviews about this location and their management and we should have listened. We were exhausted and Dominos failed. Gold Grain Pizza for the win, and was cheaper even after adding a quesadilla!
I ordered pizza and it was so burned, there was black crust dropping off it. I called and spoke to the manager who said they have never burned a pizza. I drove 30 minutes back to the store to return the pizza only to speak to a defensive, rude manager. When I explained that the pizza is obviously burned to the point where there was black crusts in the box, she explained that is how it should be. Obviously her standards of an edible pizza and mine are not aligned, I will never be going back.
This is the third time that I've tried to order on the app and the store that I always have gotten from never has online orders allowed and the automated system for calling is impossible to get my address correct I'm sad to say this is my last time ever ordering dominos
Long waits, no matter the day. We tried again tonight, placed order at 5:18 and at 5:44 our order was still not in progress on the app. We called and asked to cancel our order, and the WOMAN who answered the phone hung up on us, then when I called back to get the name of the person who hung up on me I was told it was the driver, I asked "what was her name?" They said "uhhh..Phillip" which maybe her name was Phillip, that's besides the point. The customer service is shameful. You toss dough around for a living, being personable is the least you could do.
Cant give a place that says over the phone and on their site anything but a 1 star when they fail to even start an order after 1hr even though they said 30-40 minutes. Service at least allowed me to cancel order so that's something but never ordering or trusting this dominos again.
As far as pizza goes, it is fine; but they consistently don't make the options we select. We, too, have experienced the excessive wait times for delivery, similar to other reviews.

If you get Quentin as your delivery driver, just give up. Dude sucks at his job and it's just delivering pizzas. He took forever to get here, calls to say my dominos was here, then he disappeared with the food. Also it was contactless delivery but I forgot Quentin is still learning to read. If you read this Quentin, fantastic job at kindergarten.

Ordered a pizza on the app. Waited about 45 minutes when the tracker said it wasn't even in the oven. Called and it went to voicemail. Called a few more times and whoever answered was rude. I was told I have to wait 2 hours for delivery. I said I would pick it up and they said he won't make it for 90 minutes. When I said I wanted to cancel my order, he hung up. Only way I confirmed it was canceled is through the app.
Worst management, Workers treated us really bad and questioned us the way we ordered.!!looks just like a comment but we(Me&Myfriends) felt pretty bad the way they treated us. I was here waiting for takeout, and it was a complete disaster. After waiting for almost 2 hours, I finally got my pizza, but it was completely overcooked and they didn’t follow my recipe instructions at all. The service was unbelievably slow, and the food quality was terrible. If you’re thinking of grabbing takeout from here, don’t bother. It’s not worth the long wait or the disappointment.
I ordered a pizza last night at 7:25pm. I paid for the order online and tipped the driver. The pizza was never delivered. I waited until 11:30 last night. The driver claimed the pizza was delivered. They must have delivered the pizza to the wrong place. I did not sign for the order to confirm the delivery was received. The money was never refunded. I was ripped off by this Domino's.
Ordered a pizza and a drink using the Domino’s app. After waiting for 40 minutes, I got an email saying that my order was cancelled. I called the store, and the employee who answered told me that he cancelled my order himself because he was the only person working that night and had too many pizzas to make. He assumed I wouldn’t want to wait for two hours. Having just one person working on a busy Friday night is poor planning on the store’s part.
Ordered a pizza, lava cakes, and cheesy bread at 8:12 tonight after a 12 hour shift. It was in the “prep” phase for over 2 hours. Finally totally prepared and “out for delivery” but never received my order. I’m assuming they must have canceled it because I got an email from Domino’s issuing me an “offer to make it up for me.” I had not yet submitted a claim. When I went to do so, it said a claim had already been submitted. I would much rather receive a refund than a “free” pizza, as my order included more than that.
I did an online order. Took two hours to even update the website and when it did it said delivered. Called the store and they said they would redeliver.. waited an hour and absolutely nothing. I regret ordering from here and will never do it again. Don’t waste your time ordering from here you'll either never get ur order or they wont answer the phone.
This location has been an absolute hot mess the last 6+ months. Ordered at around 10PM, my order was cancelled. Called to see why it was cancelled because that is what the app suggested. Someone answered at the store and said they had closed at 9PM. When I asked why they’re answering if they closed at 10:30PM, they said they’re still cleaning the store. Maybe they’re still cleaning, but I have worked in food service for most of my life and I don’t know anywhere that it takes more than an hour to close. Additionally, the last time I walked in to pick up my order, myself and the two people in line in front of me were ignored while the staff argued. I really do not know what’s going on with this location, but I hope to be able to edit this review if things improve.
So basically this is the worst customer service I’ve ever been apart of. We ordered our food at around 4:20pm and it’s currently 7:01pm and we’ve been constantly ignored by the staff. Through consistent attempts to call customer service we’ve been put on hold and even hung up on. Everyone without ever speaking to someone. I will never order from a Dominoes ever again. I truly believe this 70$ order will not come.
This place is tooooo slow in service. I ordered my pizza at the restaurant and i was told that it will take 15 to 20 mins. The delivery crews did not pay attention on the delivery orders. Someone took my order and the person on register did not pay attention on it, so i had to wait for another 20 mins for my order. All staff is very slow and dont have professional communication with any customer.
Quentin was an hour late and very rude. He was not only late to deliver our food but refused to walk 5 steps to the door to hand us 2 boxes. I called and asked if he could get out of his car to hand it to us and he said the longer we took to adhere to his demands the longer it would be since we got our food.I used to work in fast food so i’m sure to be nice to everybody I come in contact with but it was a very nasty experience for a mediocre pizza. Never again!
This place is awful. They shorted us an order of parmeasean bites and we had to call 3 times They were rude and disrespectful on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR ANY DOMINOS. THEY SUCK.
**Rating:** Extremely Poor Recently, I placed an order for two pizzas through the Domino's website. The estimated wait time displayed was significantly less than the actual time I had to wait. After placing the order, the wait time was increased to an unacceptable 120 minutes. When I attempted to contact the store to cancel my order, all phone lines were constantly ringing. Upon finally reaching the store, I was met with rude and dismissive customer service. The employee refused to cancel my order, despite my request to do so due to the excessive wait time. The overall customer service experience was appalling. The inaccurate wait time estimate, lack of communication, and rude behavior of the staff have left me extremely dissatisfied with Domino's Pizza. I strongly advise customers to reconsider ordering from this location due to the poor service and unacceptable wait times. If there was an option for negative stars, I would surely select those.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. If you’re thinking of ordering from here you should have your head examined. I ordered tonite about an hour ago and still no food so I called and the moron who answered informed me that it was gonna be another hour and a half. That’s two and a half hours to deliver 2 pizzas one mile from the store when the app told me 25 to 35 min for delivery. Then the guy who answered the call hung up on me because he couldn’t answer my questions. Delete the app and order somewhere else. You’ll thank me later.
This pizza here is DISGUSTING! Please save yourself the aggravation. Over priced, burnt, dry, tasteless and the staff can barely speak English so it makes the ordering process a nightmare if you’re in-person.
I rarely leave reviews, but this is by far thr worst fast food establishment I have ever experienced. Sent wrong order (it was a kids party at that. 20% coupon off next order do NOT helps us any when we're at a childresn party NOW, all of whom who were excited to enjoy a Pizza. The wrong order couoked we recieved looking like it it survived an MMA fight. 30% of toppings were stuck to the box. A distance lady answered an and she woukdbsend another box. ..mnthe box never came. She then proceeded to lie that her driver was waiting fkr the turn box iut front of hour home (another lie). We were all outside considering it was a family event, plus we have cameras. Whoever the Spanish lady who answered the phone is almost incoherent (impossible to understand & as am American born citizen, her inability to communicatbehoukd not be our problem cindjdrrjmmmmm
This people who should be ashamed of delivering what was delivered to me a little while ago. Total garbage. Per updates, quality checking 8:12pm and out door 8:58 to me which is at most 7 minutes away yet it arrived at 9:13 for some reason. I did look and make sure the driver had a car and not a donkey. Cold wings and pizza which was exactly what you would expect of wings and pizza that sat for 45 minutes before going out door then took 15 to make it what is actually a 7 minute drive. Absolutely disgusting, cold food. Gave them a second chance after getting brownies delivered instead of pizza about six months ago, which also took forever to get. They aren't getting a 3rd chance. The driver said it took so long because there are only two drivers. That's a pathetic excuse. There is no good excuse. Do better, much better.
This is the worst Domino’s on the planet. Not only did they miss up my order, but it finally showed up over an hour late after everyone’s lunch was over. I submitted feedback and received a pair of coupons for a free medium 2-topping pizza. Later I call to use them and after explaining my order I get put on hold. Someone else picks up and it turns out it’s a delivery driver, so I explain my order again. He tells me I have to redeem it online, but I explain my certificates literally say redeemable by phone or in-store. After him yelling back and forth with someone in the background I get put back on hold again. Then it’s back to the original guy that answered and he wants $15 for my 2 free pizzas. This place has wasted enough of my time. Never again.
I love dominos but this was a bad experience. Driver calls me and I can’t understand clearly what he says then hangs up. After 10 minutes I go down to the front of the hotel and there’s my dinner just sitting there getting cold. Then when I get to my room I get my soda and it’s not the sprite I ordered it’s a root beer. I HATE root beer. So yeah, my dinner sucked. Oh and my pizza was missing sauce like a flower misses the sun.
Totally sucks never again the one on Central Avenue albany NY .. ordered online, waited for hours, never got my food, they couldn't even find my order or ask me my tracking number, which I never received it in a hour or more then I left central avenue albany to go to the one up in Delmar better service and plus when I called the central avenue albany one then they kept hanging up on me .. when the guy at the other Domino's in Delmar ph them back they answered there ph because they had my ph on block so the nice man at the Delmar called them for me on his ph asking they if they had a order of 3336 that supposedly came through after hours of waiting and hanging up on me and telling me that they didn't have my ordered lol so the guy at the Delmar domino's told them that I don't want there food and they better refund my money ASAP or I would call the corporation first thing on Monday morning so iam checking my account to see if they refunded my money . They told the guy that they would refund me back .. so the one Domino's on 1533 Central Avenue, Albany NY sucks! Bad service never again 😡🤬
This domino's is horrible. I pizza came cold and not eatable. Crumbly. And a waste of money. After keep calling for hours . I orderd the pizza around 5 14. Pm only to receive it at 711 pm what a hungry angry. Super broken up about it . Driving blame the store saying he starts work at 6 pm so not face to paying customers. Am so up set I will never order with domino's again can't speak to any one on the food snake behavior. . Wasted my money pizza I un eatable.
I normally pick up my order since I live less than 1 mile away, but I had a migraine and was ordering dinner for the kids. i watched on the tracker that the food was in quality control for over 10 minutes, so I called and they said the guy just left. We live less than a mile away, literally less than 5 minutes instead I see him drive 20 min away and wait 40 min for our delivery. The food was like rubber and cold by then. Ridiculous. Will never order from Dominos again. I should have known better since every time.I go to pick it up. All the employees are just lounging around doing nothing.
Horrendous experience!! Never going to come back again. I ordered Alfredo sauce pasta, and did not find the sauce at all in it. It had literally nothing in it, never had such a horrible pasta. Don’t want to talk about the quantity, coz I would have anyway thrown it in the dustbin. Don’t waste your money on this crap.
I ordered two medium pizzas last night for carryout. When I reached there, the girl who making pizza looking for my order. They put both pizza in different bag and she was yelling screaming at coworkers. She was so rude and throw pizza on the table. I ordered two ranch sauce with that but she didn't gave me that. She doesn't know how to behave the customers. I never order from this place.
Crystal was rude, accused my son of lying and hung up on me! Our order number 74 was never delivered even though Crystal states her driver delivered it! This occurred over a two hour period where Where we attempted multiple phone calls!. Two different associates during these calls made mention of how busy they were! That’s not the customers fault! How about if you’re too busy to fulfill the orders placed and paid for you stop taking orders? During one of these calls, we were assured our order was ready and on the way! However, the delivery never came! The missed delivery was bad enough, The attitude, Accusations and lack of ability to address the issue is what compounded this situation! Do better!
Just placed an order here for a pizza, brownies, and pasta. Delivery lady did not have the pasta but we just figured it was a minor mistake and let it go. After we brought the rest of the food back and opened it there were two half eaten pizzas instead of my pizza and the brownies I ordered. This is how they looked when we opened the boxes. We did not touch or eat anything. One of the slices was literally half eaten.
Ordered chicken Alfredo had to spit it out once I noticed there was bacon in my pasta and I have a severe bacon allergy. Called to maybe get store credit for a future order but was met on the other line by a discharge monkey of an employee who argued that there wasn’t any bacon in my food when AS YOU CAN SEE it’s right there. Not only do I smell bacon but I also smell a lawsuit. If I could put zero stars I would. Also was told they’d switch out my pasta but no one seems to be answering the line.
