I ordered a big Mac with no cheese no pickle add tomato. They got it correct the first time. They were quick and it was fresh.

The store is spacious and bright, self-service ordering machine to avoid the crowds, the parking lot is spacious enough to play drift ~ although the lunch and dinner is slightly bland, but rushed to $ 5 breakfast package cost-effective, hit the workers to lock up this line of cars! Excellent services but Order from inside on high demand, please open the doors. I see many people walking from the hotels, many from their apartment, many with no vehicles, some driving vehicles taller than 9 feet, many 3rd party drivers who have to wait on the long line to get to the window for a pick up.

A significant percentage of the staff seems to have limited English. Even when both lines aren't backed up to the entrance, they really like to have you pull forward or into a waiting spot for anything that takes more than 2-3 seconds to be ready to hand out the window.

08/26/2024 - I revisited this McDonald’s for the collector’s cups. Thankfully they had and ordered the respective combos to get two cups. I decided to enter the dining area. Spacious interior with the option to order via a team member or kiosk. Nice complimentary decor. Friendly service. Parking available walking distance to the restaurant. Decent prices. Yesterday(05/30/22) was my first time revisiting this fast food McDonald’s in a long time. Fast drive thru. Nice and friendly service. Nice landscaping. My favorite breakfast sandwich is the sausage McMuffin w/egg. I usually get the combo along with a hot beverage. Decent prizes. Parking available surrounding the restaurant.

Always a wait when I visit. Just 1 time I'd like to come and not have to pull over for 5-10minutes. Today I tried the glazed tenders and they were good.

McDonald's is just McDonald's. Just go in and buy some quick food! It can't be that hot. It can't be that delicious! It can just fill your stomach. I only like breakfast…Except for the breakfast... I don't like the others. They look burnt. Hard.

This McDonald's location is not the best. Their food is almost always barely warm and feels like it has been sitting out for a while. If you go during day time hours you have a slightly better chance of getting fresher food, but it's still hit or miss. It's also better service during the day, but again it's hit or miss. Evening and night service is pretty poor. I have never been inside so I can't speak for cleanliness, etc. I usually avoid this location now if I can.

I eat here all the time. It’s a hit or miss. Normally service is pretty fast and they’re polite. 50% of the time the fries are under filled by a lot. I go there enough to know it’s deliberate. Sometimes they fill it more. They also try to save money on McFlurry toppings. They just coat the top of the icecream with Oreo crumbs but don’t blend it.

Some of the employees are really, really good. Some aren't. The music is so loud. It doesn't need to be like that. If they need to play the music so loud, then they should call out order numbers on a microphone, but they don't. Most of the time, I have to wait 20 or 25 minutes for my order. Do they expect you to stand there waiting all that time? So with the music so loud, and the order taking so long, you could be in for a long wait. Wish I could be more positive.

Location is convenient. Check the accuracy of your order before leaving as errors are far too common.

Most times I have been here, they pull me to a wait spot if I order a frappe. Yesterday there were at least 6 cars in front of me, the line wasn't moving very fast which I would think would give enough time to make a frappe. Today I don’t know if it was due to the timing of the visit (just after 2pm) My order was incorrect twice first I was given my order without the French Fries when I brought it to the attention of the employee I was met with an annoyed attitude. When I got back to the office I found the deluxe chicken sandwich I paid for was missing the deluxe part as it was just chicken. It is quite disappointing and frustrating to pay for something and have no recourse when you don’t get what you paid for.

Service was slow through the drive through, even though there were only two customers ahead of me. I ordered the new slushies ... When I received them, they were almost all liquid and very little ice. Went inside and the woman working at the counter saw them in my hand and offered to have them remade without me even needing to say anything. When remade, they were as expected. Leaving the restaurant, I was followed by a young man who was behaving strangely. He was following me very closely but just behind my left hip, saying "What are you doing with those slushies? I want some slushies. Where do you think you're going with those?" (Etc.). He eventually backed off with no confrontation, and went back into the restaurant, but it was an odd encounter.

Went through the drive thru at my usual time as I work at the hospital nearby. 4:50 AM on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025. The guy on the drive thru tried to claim they weren't open 24/7 and couldn't take my order. Yet the ladies who usually are at the window every other day of the week will take my order without issue. Disappointing. People are lazy. Edit: "Closed" again today. May 16th, 2025 at 4:45 AM. Edit 2: "Closed" again today despite me ordering at the same time several times before work last week. 4:45 AM on May 19th, 2025.

The ick makes the food bad. Recently put up a massive new American flag, which looks and feels like a creepy, icky virtue signaling for far right ideology considering McD’s participation in the recent election. Putting up that big of a flag now indicates support of these policies. Being in downtown Columbus, I thought maybe this location was owned by a freedom-loving franchisee but apparently not & the flag just turns me off hard.

Says open 24 hours but If you go there around 3-4am be ready to sit at the drive thru and get no response or be turned away entirely with reasons like their "system being down" or some other major issue. If you need to close every day for cleaning or napping or whatever that is fine but don't say you are open 24 hours when that doesnt seem to be the case.

The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. The cashier was in the back, laughing and chatting, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting at the front. When she finally decided to come out, I attempted to speak with her in English, but she seemed unable to understand and responded to me in a rude, dismissive tone in Spanish. As if that wasn't enough, there were three other customers visibly upset because they had received the wrong orders, and they were also dealing with her unprofessional behavior. To top it all off, the store was filthy, with trash scattered around and no clean place to sit. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, as the store was overcrowded with homeless individuals, making it feel unsafe and unpleasant. This was by far one of the worst retail experiences I've had, and I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

The employees are rude or just completely ignored you, only one of them seemed to speak English well. The food took forever and I had to remind them that I was still waiting for it, the fries are what I wanted and they were completely soggy and cold when I finally received them. I asked them for fresh fries, over and over again, the one girl who spoke English was so overwhelmed she just kept saying ok while taking others orders, finally I found the manager and got them to make "new fresh fries" where they took the currently cooking fries and served them to me before they were completely finished because the manager was hurrying them. Clusterfahk. Never will buy food here again, I might consider stopping for a $1 Coke, as that was the only thing that was actually good and they gave me a free refill.

I never write reviews but had to here. Went to the drive through got a happy meal cheeseburger plain, 10 piece with ranch and a number 1. There was no one ahead of me and about 5pm so when i got to the second window and they asked me to pull forward i thought ok probably getting ready before dinner rush at least stuff will be fresh. They brought the food out and i looked in the bag and seen it was missing my fry with my number 1 combo meal. Told the guy that brought the food he took my bag and said ok. Waited a little then when he came back. Thought ok everything must be ok he just needed to get a fry but that was my mistake. They took out the chicken nuggets left the ranch i ordered with them but gave me the fries. I brush it off o well could be worse then as i start to eat i notice fries are cold and the happy mean plain cheeseburger had pickles on it. So my son wouldnt eat it. Mind you i worked in the food industry for 8 years before i changed what i did for a living and would hate when people complained. This is insane to me though and thought other people should know.

Wow! Unbelievable! SMDH! I don't think anyone speak English at this McDonald's, so I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But, I'd like to let everyone know of my horrible experience at this particular McDonald's. Around 7:15a, I made a $22 order on the app for curbside pickup - which means they'll bring it to you. After waiting for a significant amount of time, no one came out with the food. So I called. This place do not answer calls. You have to leave a message. I sent my teenage grandbaby inside to get it, along with a screenshot of the paid order for the curbside number. She then called me to tell me that everyone is in the back, no one is coming up front to greet the customers inside. I went inside and this is true. They're literally coming to the front to give (partial) orders to customers. Something was always missing. They did this twice within 15 minutes. They didn't manually take any orders while I was there. With that being said, I looked at a few bags sitting on a back counter and I see my curbside number. I yelled and pointed at my bag, signaling the number in a hand gesture. Shockingly, it's been sitting there all along. Getting cold. The smoothies that my GrandBabies wanted were melting. SMDH. Mind you, I was late taking them to school. The app wouldn't allow me to cancel. That's what I wanted to do. To make matters worse, I was missing a couple of items. There was no way I was going back. Yeah, $22 is a lot. But, I'll bypass this place from now on and go to another.

I decided to walk in to pick up my order. Spoke with manager, advised that was crazy of how she told I had to go back through the drive thru. The manager did apologize but her excuse of the reason why the cashier told me that was because they were the only two people working that night. There were more people working in there when I went inside to pick up my order. I was really disappointed at this location because I never had a issue before.

They always mess up our order. They consistently leave out some part of our order. The first time we went they had given away our order to someone else. When we went back up to the window (we noticed half of our food was missing), the girls just laughed and kept talking to each other. Eventually they gave us the right food but left out our extra sauce that we had paid for in the app when placing the order. We didnt want to have to go up a THIRD time, so we just gave up and left. We went here twice thinking the first time they messed up our order was just a one-time mistake, but no, they are consistent. The second time we went they left out our extra sauces yet again. The workers were just as unprofessional as before. Tired of wasting my money. Never going to this location ever again.

I used the McDonald’s app to order and went through the drive thru around 12:35PM, during my lunch break. Upon giving my code, I was told to pull forward. There was one other car in the drive thru. The food was not ready so I was asked to pull up and park. I waited, parked for 10 minutes. An employee tried to give me the wrong order 3 different times during this time. I showed him my code and he went back inside. After another 5 minutes I drove back around and said I had been waiting and I was coming back through to make sure they didn’t forget about me. I was told to pull back through. I waited another 10 minutes; no one came to give me the food I had paid for on the app. At this time it was 1:06, and I was now late for work. I parked and went inside to request a refund. The manager took an additional 7 minutes ignoring me, and came to me with a bag of food which I declined. She spent another 7 minutes avoiding the refund. I did not get my refund until 1:20, after ordering at 12:35! Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced, even with the low expectations McDonald’s has continues to set for decades. I called the corporate number as well, and never received a call back, unsurprisingly.

My experience here was terrible i waited a long time for my food with no line. When i got to the window i checked to see if i got the 3 hash browns i ordered and it was not there when i told the girl at the window she proceeded to tell me that i didn’t order three. Going back and forth for several minutes i just bought another one because it was not worth my time. Once i got home i realized I didn’t even get my steak egg and cheese bagel that i ordered and paid for…. Terrible service and terrible results I understand being underpaid but damn so am i. I don’t expect a five star experience just give me what i ordered.

Don't advertise you are 24 hours if you aren't. We found a McDonald's open 24 hours it literally said online "open now" get to window and a lady says "sorry we are not open" I say "are you not a 24 hour McDonald's and she ignores and does not respond. Not something broke or something happened and we had to close for now, just sorry, we, the 24 hour McDonald's, are not open. Not that it matters but it's 1:45 in the morning and we just left the hospital with a kid who hasn't been able to eat for over 12 hours. Sorry, McDonald's, I AM NOT loving it.

Ordered through the app. Went through the drive thru. I stopped at the first window and they just waved me on. I had to ask for my receipt. I pull up to the next window and they parked me. They brought out my order. I went home and checked the bag. They didn't give me my full order. I was missing a Double QPC with bacon. I went back with my order and the receipt I had to ask for. I went inside. I had to wait for the crew person to help customers in front of me. I showed him the receipt I had to ask for. He went back to the grill to get the missing item. He didn't even apologize for their mistake. While he was back there a manager came up to help a crew person to get their meal. He asked me what was wrong I told him and that a crew person was helping me out. He didn't even apologize either. They need to learn better customer service there and double check if the order is correct before they hand it to the customer. They also need to learn to hand receipts out unless the customer says they don't want one.

Paid for sit down service and got there only to be told you can't come in. All employees were rude and disrespectful. Manager refused to refund our money. Not one of the employees understood English. Employee shook our food all over containers. The only good thing about my breakfast this morning was the hash browns was not deep fried to death.

I paid $4.89 for a breakfast sandwich and never got it. I had to leave because I waited 10 minutes and they never gave it to me; I had to get to work. I will never come back to this location again. Wish I could give 0 stars. Wish I got my $4.89 back. Hopefully they gave the sandwich to a hungry person but it's more likely threw it in the trash and kept my money.

I just went to the drive through and ordered a mini oreo blizzard and a small coffee This is supposed to be a blizzard where they whip up the cream with the cookies I'm so disappointed. I rarely do fast food.And I was looking forward to this blizzard The only thing they did is put vanilla ice cream in a paper cup.And topped it with some cookie crumbs SO disappointing.

Worst mc Donalds location I’ve ever been to. They always have me cold fries and never stir your coffee. Don’t matter if you ask for 1000 sugar or 3 sugar they will not stir it plus the employees lazy

Service is horrible here, the employees talk to each other the whole time and barely acknowledge customers. I just went to pick up 2 chicken nugget happy meals and when the window employee handed my food to me, she was talking using profanity with her peers. I told her that I have kids in my car & would not like for them to hear those words. She said she apologized & slammed the window. Also, we did not receive French fries in the two happy meals. I come to this location because it is convenient for my family, we live close. I wish there was a different location I could visit that’s as close as this one.

Zero. Midnight. A d then are open until 1am. Employee cars in the lot. 6 cars on drive thru but no employees apparently inside working. Cars waiting and giving up. Mobile app says open. Poor girl order, WALKED there and could not get her food. Open or closed at 12, dont care. But if you are not helping customers, then set mobiiecapps to closed, turn off lights, and turn off drivethru menu boards. Or be open and feed your customers. Please and thanks.

Got a medium fry, a double cheeseburger. Caught the stomach flu the next day. Someone on the team is not taking the proper precautions to serve. Be careful eating here pls! God bless

Disliked truly how the janitor was extremely disrespectful down to following me into the bathroom just to ensure he's " kicking me out properly" because they open 24hrs but want people out at 830, "specific people" I'm sure people can tell when McDonald's closes . Had to sit in the snow storm for 50 minutes afterwards waiting on bus.

The whole crew in back needs fired an done away with for real some of the worst service I've ever received and the lady in the red jacket at the window needs her attitude fixed for sure idk what her problem is but she need to go back home get her bed an get up on the other side for an she's been like this every time I've came through it'd be different if it were once but it's a consistent thing you best make sure to get everything when you first place ur order because she's not goin to do anything but hand you your food. The only one half way decent about it was dude at the front counter...

I went around the drive-through and ordered an egg McMuffin and a sweet tea. When I received my sweet tea about an inch from the top of the cup. I walked inside to get it topped off because for an almost 2 dollar tea. I’d like it to be filled. As I wait in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes or so I handed him my cup and he comes back to tell me “thank you for supporting Donald Trump“ I don’t know what this was supposed to mean because I’m sure everyone doesn’t like Donald Trump and this is McDonald’s and I’m just hungry, but I hope the man who was working the counter Has a better day. And thank you for filling my tea.

Went here during breakfast August 7th around 10am and ordered a plain English muffin nothing on it but cheese and a iced coffee and a hash brown i paid for it and they only gave me my coffee and told me to pull to number 1 and wait, i waited for about 10 minutes then went in and only 1 register was opened it was a line of people waiting for their orders, the employee was talking in Spanish to a customer that had already paid but failed to pay attention to the customers that had small orders and had to wait more than 10 minutes. I received my bag with only the hash brown and i had drive back around to the window at the drive thru and ASK for what i paid for, even still then nobody apologized or even held themselves accountable for making people wait just for something so small. These employees are so rude and work slow, not even just that it was strands of hair in the pouch with my hashbrowns. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! these employees pick and choose who they want to serve with respect and it’s disgusting multiple times where i’ve been yelled at while trying to order and interrupted in the midst of me trying to order. the workers are mostly latino’s it seems as if they prioritize the customers who are the same race instead of equally prioritizing everyone who is a paying customer.

I will never go back. I got 4 chicken stripes and 6 nuggets. I asked for 4 sweet and sour sauces. Got none but I checked before leaving the window so again I asked for 4 I was told I could have only 2. To me that is not good customer service. In addition my daughter didn't even get her nuggets she got french fries and apples and the apples only had 2 and a 1/2 slices.

Do better is all I can honestly say..... ordered a large fry and got a medium and your girls in the back booth need to stop talking so munch and do there job there is no reason why I should have had to repeat my self 3 different time and then again when I got to the windows I'm by no means a quite person so what's really going on here...... like I would ever in my right mind get a medium sweet tea...... you workers do nit deserve a job at this point........
