La comida no es tan buena como en otros sucursales y el aire acondicionado nunca abastece, vayas de día o de noche.

Las hamburguesas están bien (he probado mejores en otros BK de otros lugares y estados) pero no están mal, las papás a veces me han tocado algo frías, refrescos bien, la atención por autoservicio algo lenta, en cuestión de surtir el pedido. La ventanilla para atención de autoservicio se me hace mal ubicada al igual que el ingreso. Pero fuera de eso, nada extraordinario, es comida rápida, obtienes lo que pagas, una comida rápida.

It's a good place, like all their chains. It usually has plenty of space, though it does have enclosed areas like the play area, the second floor, etc. The staff is very slow with orders, even when there aren't many people.

Los empresarios se que han de preguntar por qué sus ventas son tan malas, yo he observado como siempre su falla radica en que al personal no se le capacita y enseña el valor que aporta o resta a sus ventas un cliente, quien tiene empleados así termina cerrando por qué su personal corre a los clientes. Las últimas vez que fui a desayunar a ese lugar, cuando llegue ya eran pasadas las 10 AM y ya habían 6 jóvenes enfermeros, después de mi llego un persona de los que entregan comida a domicilio y checo el reloj y las misma respuestas que los 8 recibimos, decía un empleo que su reloj era en qué mandaba y no abrió prefiero que los 8 nos fuéramos. Exiven precios y no los respetan.

No sirve el aire acondicionado. Siempre te dicen que la máquina de los helados no funciona. Mal servicio. Solo voy por qué a mí hija le gusta ir a jugar.

No prenden el clima, porque? Si se supone que para eso paga uno el servicio. También me ha tocado lo mismo en el de cárdenas. El servicio tanto en caja como autoservicio es lento para ser una cadena de comida rápida, lo cuál lo vuelve irónico. Aparte los empleados preparan las hamburguesas sin usar guantes, eso incluye el queso, tomate y demás.

Poor service. The on-screen menu is graphical and scrolls too quickly, making it difficult to see the packages. When I asked the attendant if there was a printed menu to see better, she said no, but how can I see it if it scrolls so fast on the screen? Even so, she only answered questions on the screen. She, who knows the menu, doesn't offer any guidance. Terrible service.
