Google maps said open until 10 pm. When I arrived on foot about 7:15 pm dine-in had been closed since 6 pm. Without a vehicle they wouldn't let me order. And nothing in walking distance with hot food. Disappointed!

This place is a dichotomy, great service, fair food but my God, it's in a place that is a rough part of Town. So much so that they only have drive thru service, the lobby is locked up. We go there for a treat one in a while and the service is great! Just don't get out of the car.

Good: Fresh food, decent prices, good ice cream Bad: Wait times, parking/drive thru space is tight, location is slightly off the beaten path This is your typical Dairy Queen hidden just off Gibson. A place you could easily miss and will often wait a decent amount of time to go through. However, the food is normally hot and fresh with ice creams being typical dairy queen quality. The dinning area is currently closed along with the patio but drive thru remains open throughout this COVID situation.

I got a kiddy strawberry sundae it looks pathetic and a small vanilla cone and for $9 they could of been better

we just waited 25 min , to get to the window and the guy says " Your oder was cancelled we thought you drove off 🤦🏽‍♀️Tbey were short handed sand wanted to park us ,so we just left .. Maybe we will try again another day

Ordered 2 ice cream treats that should have taken a couple minutes to make but prior to that we stood at counter for more than a few minutes for someone to take our order. Had three staff members notice us but none came to take our order or said anything to anyone else. They were more concerned with drive thru and other orders, and making fun of drive thru customers. We waited over 10 minutes to get order and they probably would have forgotten us if we didn't walk back up to the counter. Then staff tells us. We'll be right with you. Better off going thru drive thru then going into the store. Poor, poor service.

Ordered on line, paid for it. Went to pick up order, lights were on, but Noone was there! Doors locked and no one answered phone! Will never order on your app again!

Lobby is closed, staff unwilling to take multiple orders through the drive through drove 30 minutes out of the way with coworkers only to be told only 1 transaction per vehicle

Drinks needed to be changed, tasted like drinking seltzer water. Went back again because they forgot ice cream and my drinks, then I open the box and barely any fries. Pretty disappointing.

If I knew I'd have to wait for my food for over 45min in the drive through to only find out my chicken and toast would be burnt...I probably wouldve never came here. The man at the front window was nice though. The food...not so much....Sadly. And I always have enjoyed DQ

My disabled mother and I went there to get some food. We ordered a four piece combo and a six piece combo instead we only got 2 4 piece combos. So my mom went back to let them know that they messed up our order when we got to the window the worker through the chicken at my mom and said you’re welcome for the extra chicken proceeded to say have a nice day and then shut the window. Very poor customer service.

I went in today I was going to buy a dipped cone. I asked for two pup cups 3.00 for a pup cup so you telling me you want me to spend$10 on one dipped cone . And two pup cups? If you keep nickel and diming people no one is going to eat at your establishment you don't even have the specials other dairy Queens have. Good luck staying open.

Today i bought a 6 piece honey BBQ basket and was served raw meat. Got my refund back. Go for ice cream, not for food. 🤮 i give 0 stars if i could, this is unacceptable.
