This is a very nice place by the lake with very decent prices. We got our drinks right away and the carbonara and lasagne were delicious. They didn’t seem frozen or prepared in advance as mentioned in few other reviews.

Wonderful bar looking onto Lake Como. Staff have been the most welcoming in Como. Excellent service. Very friendly and a great selection of drinks, reasonably priced. We loved coming here in the evening and watching the sunset over the lake. Highly recommended!!

Went there for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. It was full of locals, which is always a good sign, and the staff was very kind. We sat outside to get the view of the hillside and lake Fantastic place to eat I really do recommend it. We left full and happy with the quality and price.

Lovely place for a pizza and a drink right beside the lake. We ate there twice during our trip because we liked the pizza so much. The wait staff was also super friendly, he spoke to us in Italian, French, and English. Highly recommend.

A place the locals use. Espresso €1 - not triple the price for tourists. Everything authentic and excellent. Right on the Lago front. Simple setting. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to eat I really do recommend it. Filled with locals and very plesent staff happy to translate if needed. Gorgeous views of the hillside and harbour and the bill made it even better when it arrived (€45.50), including a bottle of water and x2 beers, big portions and very satisfying.

Really lovely quick stop for Aperetivo. Campari spritz all round. Lovely drinks, service and accompanying snacks on the edge of the lake. Would have stopped for dinner if we had time.

Personale molto gentile e attento . Cena a base di pesce che devo dire ho trovato molto buono ma non do 5 stelle perché per L eccellenza ci voleva qualcosa in più . Detto questo lo consiglierei tranquillamente per una cena tra amici o in famiglia .

Un posto dove al tramonto si assaggia la magia del lungolago e delle sue luci che si notano nel panorama antistante. Abbiamo bevuto due aperitivi accompagnati da assaggi di pasta, di pizza, stuzzichini, tutto nella cortese attenzione dei gestori.

Bar frequentato molto da persone del posto, camerieri super veloci e spritz buono. Locale carino con vista sul lago da un lato. Peccato gli stuzzichini che non avevano un buon sapore, buona invece la pizza. Nel complesso consigliato per un aperitivo veloce con vista lago.

Ci siamo fermati x un pranzo veloce. Molto gentili, veloci e tutto buono. Panino, toast e pizza. Semplice ma perfetto. Prezzo onesto.

Stopped for a coffee. Sat outside in the sun but unfortunately there were people smoking without any consideration for others (as is normal in Italy) but luckily they left soon after we arrived. Service was great. Coffee was good and so was the fresh orange. Toilets were very clean. Prices were high, what else can you expect in a tourist area

My brother and I spent a very relaxing and slightly over indulged afternoon into evening here supping beer and a few bottles of wine whilst watching the sun set over Lake Como. Very pleasant experience and the staff were very friendly and brought our nibbles for us to enjoy with our drinks. Would be happy to return if I am ever back in Como.

Ho fatto colazione in questo luogo.... Cappuccino discreto, così come le brioches.. Ha tavoli sia interni che esterni (a bordo strada ) ..quelli esterni sono vista lago e sono abbastanza tranquilli in quanto la strada è poco trafficata (perlomeno quando ci sono stato io era così).

Siamo state in questo ristorante in tre persone per una cena. Il cibo è stato un po’ deludente, abbiamo preso delle cozze alla marinara che avevano solo gusto di sale, un piatto con burrata e alici che erano ancora nella loro scatoletta sott’olio (la presentazione poteva essere migliore). Il rapporto qualità prezzo era inopportuno. La burrata in compenso aveva un buon sapore, così come il fritto misto. Anche il vino della casa era buono. Il servizio non è stato soddisfacente, i camerieri non erano maleducati ma nemmeno molto accoglienti. Come dessert abbiamo preso il tortino al cioccolato col cuore fondente, che però dentro era totalmente secco. Non so se torneremo.

The location was great, this made us step into the place. However, the service was not so great, really poor. Staff was really rude - very selective behaviour with certain guests. Food was mediocre. Staff should learn to treat everyone equally and show some hospitality in today’s day and age! If this is not possible, please put a board outside stating who is welcome and who isn’t. Saves time!

The was the first restaurant we tried in Como and it was a bit disappointing. The waiters seemed quite rude and didn’t seem very interested in helping us. They were much friendlier and more welcoming to the locals, which made us feel like tourists weren’t really appreciated. The pizza itself was okay not bad, but nothing special. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, and I’d be hesitant to recommend it to visitors looking for a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Ci siamo fermati a fare aperitivo in questo bar chiedendo 2 aperitivi con 2 coca zero, ci portano questo aperitivo “ per 2 persone “ e successivamente ci viene riferito che se non si prende l’alcolico non danno cibo ( se una persona fosse astemia?! ) non ci è stato riferito ciò prima e non ci è stata data l’opzione quindi di scegliere l’analcolico per avere accompagnato un vero aperitivo. Nonostante ciò dopo 25 minuti non arrivandoci ancora da bere siamo stati noi ad andare a prenderlo dentro. ( il bar era semi-vuoto e la cameriera ha dato precedenza a tutti gli altri tavoli arrivati dopo ) Personale davvero maleducato, con dispiacere sconsiglio vivamente questo posto

Mai più! Nel corso degli anni siamo stati diverse volte, ma dopo questa sera mai più. Fritto misto mediocre. Ma il fondo è stato toccato quando, dopo aver chiesto ad una signora del tavolo vicino di non farmi arrivare addosso il fumo della sigaretta, sono stata aggredita verbalmente da un altro commensale che, rivendicando il suo diritto a fumare si diceva orgoglioso di essere maleducato e che me ne sarei dovuta andare. Il cameriere ha dato ragione a questo signore, con tanto di pacca sulla spalla. Ognuno ha i clienti che si merita.

Entrati nel bar: non si pretende un sorriso, ma almeno un buongiorno, abbiamo preso 2 caffè, una bottiglietta di acqua, i tabacchi e giocato una schedina al 10 e lotto. L'impressione è che il personale sembrava quasi infastidito, forse perché in totale abbiamo speso solo....€13.Pessima esperienza, domani dobbiamo tornare sul lungolago con alcuni amici che ci raggiungono stasera, assolutamente non andremo in quel bar.

Con questa recensione spero di invogliare più gente possibile ad evitare questo luogo, mi rendo conto che è in un ottima posizione ma se potete evitate di mangiarci. Ci siamo recati io ed il mio compagno chiedendo un tavolo per 2 alle ore 13:00, mi rendo conto che era domenica ma alle ore 13:40 non ci avevano ancora preso l’ordinazione, abbiamo chiamato più e più volte la cameriera, una signorina bruna con i capelli ricci che non ci ha degnato mai di uno sguardo nonostante l’avessimo chiamata 4 volte. Ho avuto il tempo di fumarmi 4 sigarette mentre vedevo che intorno a me tutti venivano serviti, anche chi ovviamente era arrivato dopo, probabilmente é frequentato dalle solite persone. Al quinto sollecito ormai urlato in faccia alla cameriera abbiamo deciso di alzarci e andare via. Credetemi ho lavorato nella ristorazione e sono la persona più pacata e cortese che ci sia, ma attendere 40 minuti senza neanche ricevere l’acqua ed essere brutalmente ignorati non è normale, mi auguro vivamente che cambino personale.

The lasagne was worse than the one you can buy in any supermarket. The staff forgotten my friend's order and tried to stop us from going to the toilet, despite the fact that we already had paid for the food. I really recommend avoiding this place.

The food wasn't exactly terrible, but it would be a lie to say that it was tasty. The lasagna felt like it had been heat up, and while the pizza was tasty, it was way too oily and dripping with fat. They also forgot my friend's ordered drink. We also almost got thrown away when we wanted to use the bathroom, because they forgot we were their clients. If you're a desperate, you can eat here, but otherwise. Just don't go here

Incredibly bad service. Our server did not even attempt to be welcoming or helpful. He was rude and unpleasant. We were polite the entire time and tried our best to communicate in Italian. The food was mediocre for the cost.

Unfortunately, we were limited on time for our last meal in Italy and just needed to get food real quick. Not sure who is reviewing this place 4 stars and above but obviously it is all tourists who have yet to venture out and try food that is authentic to the country. The pizza was just offensive how bad it was. Not sure who is thinking this place is a good spot to order food from, honestly not worth even glancing at the menu. Aside from a cocktail I urge you to save time and do yourself a favor and go to the other surrounding towns in Lake Como and try authentic food vs the meals they serve in these tourist trap areas.
