First of all, my famijy has been coming to Jamba Juice for years:). I’m not a smoothie girl at all and prefer fresh juices (carrot, oranges twist) with a shot of ginger, my fav!! it especially helps when I walk in and the cashier is happy, positive and very welcoming. Doesn’t matter how crowded it is. The vibe is always good with great customer service. I believe the cashiers name is “Gino”. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and great customer service! 👌This also goes for the individuals who are making and preparing the juices. Your swiftness and perfection is not overlooked 👏🤗
Started replacing meals with protein shakes awhile ago. I've visited several Jamba Juice locations in the bay and this is the friendliest location. They also are well informed on the products they sell. Good spot.

I go here almost daily , and I bring my service dog with me. They have always been super friendly, and accommodating, right now I'm super stuck on the chocolate covered strawberries smoothie, though they don't offer it in the jamba app, it's my new favorite.

Ask them about their fundraiser Jamba juice cards! Worth the buy! Buy any large drink get the second one free! Good up to six uses! I use this often when taking friends & family out for a treat😊👍🏽🥤. If you like to save $$ then this is up your alley. Anywho tons of free parking & very clean inside in the waiting area. Quite shopping center but great stores in the area.

I Was In And Out Fast. There Was One Female In Particular, Seemed Like It Wasn't Her Best Of Days In Her Tone But She Was Quick And Explained Her Long Night Before Work And Starting Early. Great Personality And Fast, But I've Worked In Retail And Customer Service, And I Learned You Never Bring Your Problems To Work...
I love Jamba Juice and now my friend knows why. I end up getting the Papa Granite Paradise as my friend Anna getting something with orange I think? It's a good place to get a refreshing healthy drink

14 hours each day in 107 degree weather and I follow Google's advice to be here before they close at 730. Turns out they closed at 7 and I'm still dehydrated. Waste of time and gas because of misinformation.
An obviously new associate made my smoothie. I could tell she was unsure. It blended thick, so she added liquid...to thin...add ice. It finishes, and incredibly 3 different Jamba folks (including the person I would assume that assumed to be the shift supervisor) "sniffed" my drink to figure what it was. The counterperson who originally serviced us, noticed I had not yet received my drink. She identified it, and delivered to me. It was running, and less than flavorful. But, by this time, we did not have time to do anything but leave.

I love Jamba Juice, I just hate this location. I only go here when I’m really desperate. First, parking is really ridiculous. Second, I seriously feel like they always try to cheat me. Either the smoothie isn’t filled to the top (and I don’t mean a little less, I mean a significant gap) or it has too much ice and is watered down. It’s rare that I get one that is anything like I get at other Jamba stores. Every time I go here and get a smoothie I curse myself out later for paying so much and feeling like I got ripped off. My advice is to try to go to another if you have the option. If not it’s still Jamba but be prepared to maybe feel a little disappointed.
I've been Twice to order the same thing chunky strawberry bowl like it because of the peanut butter included yet only one a kind man was able to do the job done correctly and the other time as today the person who worked refuse to do the peanut butter giving reasons why couldn't do it when didn't want to go through squeezing the bottle of peanut butter for this order only once I got the correct way was supposed to be done just unfortunate that other things weren't offered as before offered more fruits customer service isn't always a priority in certain locations

Visiting this place was ugly. If the juice was as cold as the staff i would think of going again. Carrot & oj should not take very long with 1 customer before me
For there to be 6 employees working the place is a mess. Floors Dirty tables dirty come on guys Healthy Clean living is the key to success smh

Second place that I’ve try aside from my fav place at Lafayette and it’s really disappointing that being the exactly same brand the cannot manage to do the same things, again don’t ask for bowls lasts time at Walnut Creek the fruit was slimy here not fruit at all 😂😂 it’s really disappointing I guess I’ll stick to Lafayette
This place is getting worse and worse have no idea how to handle customer service skills 1 bit a guy keep making wrong drinks then has an attitude because people wanted a refund wow Poor service. Doesn’t know a bowl from a cup drink very confused slur of speak Blood shot red eyes confused
It's hard to give any Jamba Juice anything lower than 5 stars, but this location deserves the 1 star. I placed an order for pick up at 8:45am. The locations opening hours are 8:30am. I arrived at 8:50ish and the doors were locked. I waited until 9:15 and no one showed up, but my order on the app said "complete". Luckily Jamba Juice's customer service is great and they refunded my account immediately.
As someone who has worked at another food establishment, I understand places can get busy and some days are difficult. However, each time I've visited this particular store, I remain unsatisfied. I attend school in the same area and have had great experiences at other Jamba locations which is why I've visited this location on three different occasions, but will no longer waste my time. On one occasion, I waited nearly 15 minutes for a smoothie bowl that was missing some toppings. I assure you I am not exaggerating the wait time because this visit resulted in tardiness in my next class. They were happy to add them on later and apologized nicely, but it didn't help that I had to wait almost double the time for lacking service. The second visit resulted in juice filled with pulp. When I brought this up with another Jamba worker from a separate location, the only explanation offered was that perhaps the machine that made my drink was in need of a cleaning. The last time I went, I had to repeat the single modification I requested multiple times to the team members making the smoothie, even when the worker who took my order assured me it was no problem. Upon receiving that smoothie bowl, I realized they honored that one modification and forgot other ingredients in its place. I really hope this review comes to their notice in hopes they will improve.
I just left this store with no items. I stood in line for approximately 5 minutes and no one took my order. It was clear when I walked in that they were behind on orders. There was one girl working on smoothies while a male named Austin was showing someone around. The girl making smoothies asked for Austin's help twice. When he finally joined, she began cleaning up and he started making smoothies. Not once did they acknowledge the 5 people in line to order including myself. Will not return to this location again
Really didn’t want to write a review, but I have tried calling on 3 separate occasions since I got back to the office. I literally waiting for 45 minutes to get a smoothie. I purchased the expensive tumbler with intent to come back often and asked the lady if they clean the tumbler out before they put the smoothie in, she responded with a yes. I’m finishing up my smoothie as I look down to the bottom of the cup to see the paper instructions for how to clean the tumbler are at the bottom of the cup. I am honestly discussed .
I stood there for 5 mins before 1 of the 5 staff members said absolutely nothing to me. I understand being busy with online orders but at least acknowledge the customers when they walk through the door. It took a group of 3 boys to come in before that happened. Such poor customer service!
I’m visiting family and I went to this Jamba Juice on Memorial Day, when I went it was very busy and there were a lot of of orders, and well the workers were doing there job and making the smoothies and attending the customers but there was an African American young women, she had a different colored shirt and apron from the other employees and she was just standing there not helping them AT ALL. I was watching her while waiting for my order to see if she would help but she just stood there and I was about to ask for the manager to speak to them because this behavior that she was showing is unacceptable and unfair to those who actually were doing their job and attending the customers. I don’t know if that’s part of her job to just stand around and watch everyone but if it is she shouldn’t even get payed. When I walked out some of the customers were also complaining how she wasn’t helping anyone out.
Took 20 minutes to just get a peanut butter mood and I left in a hurry to find it was horrible. It’s been my favorite drink for years. The problem I have seen with this store many times now is they appear under staffed. Yesterday there was a line of 8 people with 10 of us still waiting for drinks and only 3 employees at 3pm. I’m not a big fan of reviews but after this being a problem every time I have been to this location for the last couple months I can’t help but complain.
This place took over half an hour to make our smoothies, and also the lady taking our order had me need to repeat what i was ordering like 4 times. I dont know whats going on here but its sort of rediculous ngl 💀
About a week and a half ago i was in town visiting and recieved the most terrible drink I've ever had. Spent 8 bucks and it was too late to go back. Couldn't even get halfway through my medium acai berry. It wasn't blended AT ALL and there was a disgusting amount of unblended, gritty kale or it's like they spilled matcha in my drink. Other customers around me seemed to have some issues with their orders as well. NEVER going back. Redding does a better job than y'all& that's sad.
I waited in line for 15 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge me , they waited 20 minutes to make my order after I ordered it . I was in the store for 45 minutes when I was the only one in line . That’s ridiculous . I work at the Garin ranch location and our store would never take that long to greet and help a customer .
Store charges 3% fee for online orders. What a joke. I stopped doing business here.
