I had never been here before or heard of this place so I decided to try it. Tracy made me an amazing pizza with all her favorite things on it and she was so sweet! Her and Carlo had the most amazing customer service that I've ever experienced and really made me feel welcomed being there. They also laughed at my jokes which was a plus. The pizza was delicious!!! I actually went back the next day for another one and I definitely see myself going back more in the future. Anyone who has the chance should try this place out!!

Went here for the first time on Saturday. I had my kids with me, they are young and whiny especially when they're "starving" the staff was so friendly and patient with them changing their minds and adding weird topping. The food was fast fresh and the lemonade was amazing I think I'd go back just for a drink! Bernard is the best pizza maker!!! ( kids words)

I had to go gluten free about 6 months ago and have been missing pizza! I was so glad to learn they have gluten free crust. Love the toppings. It was delicious. Only downfall is that The Veranda is packed on the weekends so good luck with parking 😁

I ended up doing a half and half pizza, so that I could try out a few different things on their menu. It turned out amazing. I definitely sold this place too short, and I'll be back. There are so many different types of combinations that you can try, that it should be fun.

Jasmine (the GM) is great! She keeps everything organized and clean. She sets the culture in the restaurant as her staff are all great and friendly. Never had an issue with my pizza. It’s my go to spot when I need food.

The pizza here is cooked to order. They have plenty of options to offer and can accommodate to those with specific diet restrictions. You have the choice of ordering from their menu or creating your own. Enjoy a 6 inch, 11 inch, or double crust 11 inch pizza. They also offer appetizers, salads, and shakes for dessert. The place has dining inside and outside, as well as to go orders.

It is awesome that you can create your own pizza. They also have TONS of different topping options! However, sometimes the employees act like you are supposed to know exactly how the system works. One employee rolled his eyes at me when I was unsure about something.

Unlimited toppings? Awesome! Great thick crust. Good cauliflower crust also, but may contain eggs.

You can choose one of their specialty pizzas or you can create your own. I love that concept (love the options). I went with the Dillon James and Calexico. Basically on a thin crust with real toppings you can add or subtract to it. I chose Dillon James because the toppings were garlic, basil, Mozzarella, asiago, and tomatoes. It came out so good. My friend had the Calexico which had mozarella, gorgonzola, chicken, jalapeño, and spicy buffalo (that one was too spicy for me). There was only one guy we saw in the whole store and i did not get his name. But he was polite and he moved quickly. The place looks very modern and it was clean. I love all the pizza box art. Very creative decor. Our food didn’t take too long. And did i mention it was quite good.

If it is all about the crust then yes, their crust was good. Some of the toppings were fresh but not all. The final pizza was a 5 out of 10. Their seating was fast food set up but their prices were also fast food prices.

Not the best experience we have had at a MOD. The toppings containers were sloppy and had other toppings mixed in them. Definitely do not eat here if you have any food allergies; there is cross contamination. Most of the staff were pleasant, but they were understaffed for a Wednesday evening, so they were playing catch up with the dinner crowd.

They seemed under staffed. Pizza came out fast, but they cut the pizza into quarters instead of 8. When i asked for it to be cut into smaller pieces, the guy stared at me like I was putting him out! Not one of the staff smiled. I like Pieology better.

2 of the 3 employees were very good, but one was moving so slowly, like he was an paid by the hour employee, not paid by the pizza slow. Even the other workers were getting tired of his stuff, and other guests were seeing it too. Food was as good as Mod Pizza can be so no fault there. But the management should axe that one worker cause 2 guests walked out because they didn't want to wait any longer, couldn't blame them.

Staff looked very frazzled and the manager was clearly having a hard time. maybe someone called in sick or something but they definitely needed to have more people taking orders instead of restocking plasticware.

Pizza was good. The place was an absolute disgusting mess. Trash and old food all over the floors. None of the tables were wiped down. The bathrooms were disgusting. No paper towels, toilet paper all of the floor. Employees were just standing around. Trash was over flowing. Stop being so lazy and clean the place up.

I got a cheese pizza…. it seemed to be missing half the cheese. There was sauce exposed everywhere, and it was very dry. Probably the driest, skimpiest cheese pizza I’ve had in years. Would not recommend, would not purchase again.

the pizzas were good. the salad was not very full on the container and was very low on toppings and dressing. soda fountain is out of 3/8 flavors. I have been to this mod pizza 3 times now and have been disappointed every time. staff is friendly so I don't want to knock on them, just disappointed that a salad which costs almost $12 is so light on anything filling.

To be honest I love MOD pizza as a chain but the employees at this particular location seemed SO over their jobs. Not one of them smiled, and all of them were on their phones or had an airpod on while taking orders / working. I felt like I was being ridiculed as a customer at certain times due to the employees laughing and staring at us. Not a great experience.

This was the worst restaurant experience in a long time. Came in on national Pizza night and wow lucked out no line. Made my pizza a noticed my pizza was put on back table looking like it was third in line to go into oven. Lots of people came in the next ten minutes and more in line. Not to much activity around the oven. But then my name was called. Very unkempt lady asked me if my pizza was for here or to go. Right then I realized my pizza was still not put into oven and now there were 20 pizzas sitting there with a line out the door. I asked for money back and cancelled my order. While the cashier was refunding the cook lady proceeded to pile all 20 pizzas on top of each other to make room in the counter the bottoms of those pans were who knows how dirty. Gross, gross gross!

Terrible place to eat! They allow none service dogs to roam freely inside the restaurant while others are eating. Worst of all the animals pee on the chairs since the haven’t been trained. Told staff and they just ignored it… I’ve contacted the heath department about this disgusting neglect. Don’t EAT here!!! Ever!!!

We’ve been to Mod many, many times. In general, great pizza, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Until now. Overflowing garbage, dirty tables, messy counter. Horrible service, bad attitudes, not one smile or thank you. I was thrilled to see that everyone wore gloves — until we got to the last guy. He proceeded to touch everything before he handled our pizzas. Gross. We left and went across the parking lot to SuperDuper. What a difference.

The pizza wasn’t bad, but it arrived completely soggy. One star because the order was wrong — instead of the two salads we ordered, we received two terrible ones that were basically just lettuce and tomatoes.
