Apparently, the crew working today has issues with their jobs & customer service. Regardless of how busy, it does not excuse giving an attitude when YOUR policy REQUIRES a customer to ask YOU for the dips that were ordered for pickup in the Portal. Then arriving home & pizzas are cut horribly. If you're NOT happy with your job, find another, seriously.

Im certain that this franchise has achieved the elite clarity of knowing their pizza is trash and are 100% ok with it. We ordered three pizzas for delivery Bill was $40 Two of the pizzas that arrived we not what we ordered. The third pizza was so bland it leaves me wondering if this franchise has even heard of seasonings. At least salt.

Waited over 40 minutes for an order that was supposedly ready & it was cold when I got it. Never gotten irritated with a cashier but this girl genuinely wouldn't respond to anything I asked (didn't realize pizza was cold till after I left the building) just continued to give me a lobotomized stare. Never insulted her or tried to make annoying small talk I was asking abt different items aside from pizza and she wouldn't talk. A yes, no, I can't hear you, or an I don't know would have been completely fine with me but there was no response. On that note I think they should check on her, it's either sleeping issues or a drug problem that makes someone that unresponsive & react so lethargically

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this location, stood inside for over a hour waiting for my order . No one came up front to check on anyone at all. My order was finished for over 30 minutes before I even received it. Pizza was cold. 10/10 do not recommend.

Not the person to really complain better yet leave a review but this place sucks ! I had to come on here and say something. The workers are rude ! The pizza was a mess looks like a 1 year old put it together. Yall need to get rid of them workers yall got to make this a better place. Maybe not all them are rude but most of them are

Didn’t like •  2025-12-07 Disappointed and frustrated with how this was handled Just received order. Received wrong pizza. Asked for a Hula Hawaiian® and received a pizza with cheese (nothing else). Called store and got transfered twice before finally getting connected to the Manager (Chris) His only solution was to go another day to pick up the pizza because they were out of ham and pineapple... we paid for delivery! Also why have it on menu if not available? Another thing is I don't care to have pizza again the next day....Why not give a courtesy call and let me know you don't have it available and let me decide if I want the cheese pizza or something else. Why send whatever when I'm the one paying? I asked for a refund and Manager said he was unable to do so because I had ordered online. He was unable to resolve told me to call tomorrow and talk to another manager (Donovan) to see if maybe he can resolve… Was a bit HANGRY when writing review, was really looking forward to eating some delicious Hula Hawaiian Pizza Order1216961

I am so tired of receiving burnt pizza. I understand the pizza is cheap but serving burnt pizza to customers is crazy. Its like playing Russian roulette when receiving your pizza you never know if it is good, burnt, not enough cheese, or no sauce. Not only that, but they always have 1 person working the drive-through and front counter which is fine when I worked for taco bell we did that, but get someone that is fast and able to take turns because I had to come inside and get my pizza because they were prioritizing the front counter over the drive through. Not only that, but I'm sure if someone was to call the health department this place will get fined or shut down. There are so many ceiling tiles that needs to be replaced because there are leaks and water coming from somewhere.

The absolute worst wait ever, horrible service in drive thru. This has been an issue for us twice now in less than a month. Waiting over 45 mins or more for our food, and no one acknowledges us or says hey we are sorry for such the long wait. They completely avoid the drive thru window once they take your order. They'll look in your direction as we wave at them to get someone to come over, but no one gives us the time of day, as we continue to watch pizza after pizza be put in the warmers inside and we continue to be ignored. Absolutely awful service.

I pre paid an order and waited in the drive through line for 50 unholy minutes. Yes 10 minutes shy of an hour. Not only that when I got home some of my order was wrong (sorry Stacey i got some of your order and i believe you got mine) I will absolutely never order from this location ever again. A lot of my pizza was missing sauce and bread tasted rubbery. I'm not blaming the workers. There seemed to be only two fellas working after I saw the other half of the shift clock out 20 mins into my drive through wait. Shame on management for not making sure the team was adequately staffed. I will stick to the other location in conroe that makes the pizza perfect each time.

Ordered 2 crazy bread and 2 pepperoni pizzas online. When we picked it up the food was left on the counter and cold by the time we got it, said whatever and took it home anyway. They had given me an order of the cheese bread instead of crazy bread for one of the two, so I go to the second bag and there was nothing on it, literally just bread. Get to the pizza and one pizza was fine, the other pizza must’ve been overcooked I tried to pick up a slice and bend it and the bread cracked in half/ was very hard and crumbly. Called to ask for a refund for the incorrect/overcooked items and the woman on the phone did give me a refund but was kinda rude and loud and stressed me out even more lol. I tried ordering from them once before and I get they were busy but we literally stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and ignored everyone inside and we eventually walked out, which is why we did a mobile order to try and avoid that. I don’t recommend.

Went in and waited, no one came out. Ordered online and picked up in drive through. The pizza was a mess. Didn't even taste good. I called and the guy who answered just said, "okay" when I complained. The only option was to drive back there and show them the pizza, even though I took a picture of it. I've been up for almost 48 hours so I wasn't driving back.

Store took 40 extra minutes on top of the 35 they said it would take. Order 3 pizzas and bread stick, the cheese pizza was cold and burnt the stuff crust pizza was hard and the cheese was brown. The pepperoni pizza was old and the pepperonis was hard as bricks!! Will never eat at this trash again.

Worse customer service EVER!!! I ordered 1 pepperoni, 1cheese, 1 sausage, and 1 stuffed crust pepperoni. The first cashier said it would be about 20mins. I went DOWN THE STREET (SAME STREET) to get some plates for our event we were having. I came back within 25mins. 4 people are waiting in the lobby complaining about the time they had to wait (35- 45mins) for a hot and ready. I finally get to the front after 8mins of waiting show my receipt and the manager says they don’t know what happened to my order. He puts in the order. Now I’m waiting again… another 20 mins. At this time he is handing out pizzas through the drive through to people that just arrived, not even acknowledging the customers that just walked in the lobby behind me. They finally get his attention by raising their voice and he says we will be right with you and continues to cater to the drive through. After another 10mins he grabs 3 pizza boxes and starts looking around for the other and mentions “this one is just sitting here getting cold”and puts it on the bottom. He hands me the boxes and I’m noticing the pizza at the bottom is cold and I mention it and he say “oh sorry” and walks away. Me knowing I am on a time limit I leave the store and the other customers behind me ask for a refund because they pre ordered and it wasn’t ready as well. No accommodations. No sincere apology. Nothing. One I get to the event I notice my order is wrong “the cold pizza” and the other pizzas are just thrown together. I called to speak with the manager and there was not answer. Very disappointed.

I spent 32.00 on pizza that looks like this. I call up there to ask them for a refund or at least remake the pizza and the woman on the phone tells me, unless it's burnt or undercooked they cannot remake it. I'm just saying I don't ever get to splurge or go out to eat and to basically steal 30 dollars of my hard earned money is insane.
