Antojitos Caty Constitución Reviews
The best place I have ever known with the exact taste of Mexico, they also have handmade tortillas and the girl who serves is always attentive to provide you with good service.
Delicious food! One of the best Mexican restaurants in terms of taste I’ve ever been to. A hidden gem.
Very nice people , food is always great , fast service , and the food is always fresh . Highly recommend going on the weekends to try their special dishes like carnitas and menudo.
I am traveling from a different state and was very shocked to find this place in such a small town with great food. I give it a 10-10 to this restaurant. The food was amazing. Fresh corn tortillas and the tacos were delicious.
Firtst time here. Service was good. I got chicken enchilladas with crwam cheese. Lots of chicken!! Clean place. I'll definitely return!!
Loved the place, great service. Always clean and the food is the best.
Food was amazing, our server was awesome! I definitely recommend you try the tacos, delicious fresh tortillas, and horchata! The atmosphere was inviting and fresh!
Our family loves Mexican food, and this was the BEST we’ve had!! 10/10 on flavor, texture, and timeliness of service. Our server, Maritza, was very sweet and helpful with all of our questions and requests. We will definitely be coming back here again!
Got the birria with my fiance and it was delicious!! Very very happy with how pleasant the atmosphere and people were. The hospitality was wonderful! Even made sure we had enough to eat and were happy with it. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will definitely be back often!
This food is incredible! The staff is so friendly and helpful and enthusiastic about the food. Really, we were camping and came by with no idea that this spot would be so delicious and creative. If we lived here we would make this our regular spot.
Seriously the most friendly hard working people. Very informative about their whole menu and things that aren’t on the menu. We pass through Marshall monthly and this will be our stop from now on! If you are looking for great customer service and authentic Mexican city street food I highly suggest. Also the drinks are to die for!
Visiting Marshall from out of state looking for a good Mexican restaurant when we came across this jewel! This is the BEST Mexican food I have ever eaten! We tried the Birria tacos dorado, quesobirria tacos, carnitas pork burrito, Mexican spaghetti, chips & salsa, mango margarita, fresh hibiscus and guava juices and everything was crazy delicious!!!! It is family owned and everything is made from scratch. This is not your run of the mill ordinary Mexican restaurant that claims to be authentic. This is true Mexico City flair with so much flavor but not too spicy. The customer service was excellent. We will definitely cross the state line and come back again.
Absolutely the nicest people ever & the food is amazing. Add birria to your elote, it’s amazing. Literally all of the food was magnificent & the agua frecas are so refreshing. 10/10 experience & I’m telling all my local friends.
Carlos and family are great people. They’re family owned and operated and local to the area. Their food is top notch, and very authentic. They care about their product/service and it shows. And eats!
Super good food amazing and authentic taste, fresh tortillas, just like moma used to make. Definitely recommend the birria burrito if your hungry this will for sure fulfill it great drinks too pineapple water is a must with the burrito!
This was some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had at a restaurant and certainly the best I’ve had so far in Texas. The enchiladas blew my wife and I away. Excellent food, clean place, and friendly staff.
The food was great. The staff & owner were very friendly. Will definitely be our go-to place for Mexican food.
Great tasting authentic food. Great service!
This hidden treasure in Marshall, TX is a must if you enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine. The guisado verde is my personal favorite however everything I have tried is excellent!
Fresh food and friendly service. The food is authentic and delicious.
The food is Delicious. Wow is all I can say. I had the tacos in a cup.
Everything I have tried has been delicious! I have been getting tacos from them since their taco truck. I have tried their tamales, delicious! Their Chile Rellenos, amazing! I highly recommend their food!
Really great experience! Real authentic Mexican cuisine. Great service. We got churros to go and wow! I did not get our server’s name but she was great and very patient telling us about the different dishes. We’ll be back!
Nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a Mexican restaurant. Best quesabirria tacos I’ve ever tasted. They normally lack flavor to me, but these were great. Even though I’m not a big fan of guacamole(don’t hate me) I tried it because they stated it was really good. It was pretty good, Probably great to someone who really likes guac. The waitress suggested something to another customer while I waited to be seated called Carnitas ( hope I’m spelling it right). It’s marinated pork. I tried it on a taco. And omg… I tried to shy away from pork , But this thing right here will make me want to eat it every day. That carnitas taco was AMAZING. Last, I tried the fish, Which has another Mexican name that I can’t remember right now. It was fried.cropie fish Came with a salad and rice. It was really fresh and really tasty. Not as flavorful as the other two dishes I had, but it was really fresh and I would order it again. The fish took about 30 minutes to come out due to them having to thaw out the fish because they make it as it is ordered and keep the fish frozen. I was busy trying the other things so I didn’t mind waiting. I wasn’t a big fan of the salsa, It’s more like a green sauce. I don’t know if they had a red salsa. I’m sorry I have to say that, but the homemade chips were excellent. Overall, I believe this was the best experience I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant and I’m glad it’s in little old Marshall 😁. Oh, I also had the watermelon fresco (water), And mango fresco. Both were homemade and amazing. They have a small section by the door with some Mexican candy, I got a Mexican mango sucker also. For all of that, I spent $35. Very, very, very good I’ll be back. See pictures below, as you can see I bit tbe quesabirria taco several times before I too remembered to take the pic. 😜
This is a review from our first time at the restaurant. We got there around 11:20 and the place started filling up by 11:45. Our waitress suggested the green enchiladas and the carnitas. We were blown away with how fresh and flavorful our food was! It was seriously like nothing else in town. The portions are large, so the price is very good for what you get. We loved the fresh chips, the warm salsa, and the cinnamon-infused mexican coffee in the decorative pottery mugs. There was only one employee working as hostess, waitress, cashier, and drive through - but she was so friendly and helpful we didn't mind the long wait (that's the only reason for 4stars on customer service - she was great but they could use a second person).
Absolutely love this place! Wondering why we waited as long as we did to try it. We got the chile rellenos, tamales (huge), and quesabirria tacos and chips and salsa. Everything was fresh, homemade and FANTASTIC! The owners were extremely nice and personable, definitely cared about what was going on. Highly recommend!!
Honestly the best Mexican food we've had in years! Great service and super fresh and tasty dishes. We really enjoyed the choriqueso, chips, and salsas, the quesabirria tacos and the red enchiladas. We'll definitely be back!
Driving from Dallas to Atlanta and looked for and found a GREAT Mexican restaurant! Truly the amazing cooks are cooking from scratch just as they would for their families. When we asked about the gigantic containers of juice, Carlos brought us samples of the five frescas to try (see photo). Amazing! And I had never had a fresca before. Now I know! Each food dish was fantastic. If you care about quality of food, this is it, worth the trip off the expressway. Give factory food a pass today and have Antojitos.
We just started with the chip & salsa. Oh so good. The salsa is warm which is worth the wait. Everywhere else it’s cold . Husband had the enchilada I had the chilaquiles and oh maaaan it’s delicious. We definitely coming back. We going to try the rest of the menu. Y’all must come in to try this out. We came from Houston so our expectations were high. This place met that. Thank you Carlos.
Hands down the best Mexican food I've ever had. I live an hr away and my family willingly meets me in marshall just so we can eat here. The restaurant was VERY clean. The server Maggie was so sweet and helpful as we didn't know what a few things were on the menu. Their Horchata was so good. The jalapeno cheese tamale was a first for me and it was delicious. I get the Quesabirria tacos mmm my mouth is watering writing this review. They are the best! I also got a corn in a cup to go and ate it the next day and it was also the best I ever had. I can't say enough good things about antojitos cdmx! Give them a try you will not be disappointed.
A good variety of delicious food, and probably the cleanest bathrooms I have ever used in a Mexican restaurant😂 Check it out!
Went here and was truly reminded of my trips to Mexico. When i asked about the food and what was good, one of the owners came out and said they were known for their carnitas. I got the red enchiladas with lengua, but will be getting those next time with some roasted jalapeños (if possible). A lot of restaurants americanize their menu, they don't. I hope they don't change. I can cook a lot of different foods, but when I want Mexican I now have a place to go in East Texas.

My husband and I had amazing food from here! Their chicken tacos and authentic green enchiladas are my favorite! I'm heartbroken that they're probably out of business. My husband and I hate to see them go.
This is the best authentic food I have had here in Texas, the food was really delicious and the staff were really nice people they are welcoming, este es el único lugar donde voy a comer cuando visite otra vez😍😋
Outstanding! A true gem hidden in Marshall. Authentic Mexican food, affordable prices, great service.
Good food. Less spicy than some places. Friendly. Small seating area ( not an issue) had no wait.

I got a coconut aguas it was really good go get one. Jr was a gem in aiding with selections.
This was my first time and the food was really good! I would have given it 5 stars, but I like to try a place a few times before doing that! The location was my only issue, but the restaurant was nice and clean on the inside. I look forward to trying it again!!
This was a great Mexican food place. It was not your typical Tex/Mex place. I had some soft tacos and a small burrito and glad it was the small. Wife had the flautas. We really enjoyed our food. If we had this place close to us we would definitely visit again.
Chilaquies are a wonderful brunch. The wife had beef, and I had pork. Fresh food and very delicious.

Food is not the same since new owners took over. The menu is the same but the quality and care are no longer present. Food is bland and not seasoned well.
tamale’s were Pretty good but had to get my own queso sauce elsewhere, the supreme quesadillas, rice, and beans were slacking.

There was a roach in my food and they still expected me to pay for it. I do not recommend.
The meat was boiled and had no seasoning. I spent $30 dollars on dog or cat.
❌ I do not recommend this place. We traveled from Houston to Arkansas and were looking for somewhere to eat. We came across this restaurant, which supposedly had “great reviews” something I honestly don’t understand. From the moment we walked in, there was an unpleasant smell. I ordered a mojarra and, while it looked good at first, it had no flavor and, in some parts, tasted like dirty water. Toward the end of my meal, I noticed the fish hadn’t even been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the waitress never checked on us to see if we needed anything or if everything was okay. And to top it all off, we were the only customers in the entire place. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

When you first walk in this place, it smells like they have a sewer problem. It’s absolutely horrendous, I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt because my kid really wanted tacos And to be honest, the bathroom was right off the lobby, so it would make sense if someone use the restroom prior to us arriving. We sat down, The waitress , oh my, We got our food. The waitress did not know what food was what and whose was whose, That was after she got up from her plate that she was eating, grabbed our food without washing her hands and delivered it to the table, The food was Not great I I ordered several different meats and none of them were comparable to what they actually should have been, Again, wanting to give it the benefit of the doubt, All “authentic” places do things a little bit differently, depending on what part of the world they’re from. We went to check out and noticed that the prices were significantly higher than what was listed on the menu, Our total should have been close to $45 instead it rang up about 80, After going back-and-forth, they agreed because the menu states 2.50 per taco, They honored the menu. Now about five hours later, I have food poisoning. I will never be back to this place, I would much rather make the drive into Shreveport!
