i'd give a 5 star but i can't justify it due to something that made a order extremely inconvenient and sub par while simultaneously making zero sense. be warned do not order and select on the side you will get your sauce on the side and chicken tenders i know makes zero sense. like who orders flavored wings and because they say on the side thinking blue cheese or ranch they get plain wings with sauce and blue cheese or ranch on the side.

There's a great selection of beers to choose from and many tvs (always an important factor when picking a place to watch any game), the service is decent But the food is decent, happy hour isn't too bad. Hit it up during happy hour for a decent meal and a few beers.

Decent overall. I ordered Chicken wrap without tomatoes and Caribbean Jerk sauce. First one came out with tomatoes. So, I asked for one without tomatoes. Second wrap came with no tomatoes but no sauce. I was hangry so I just ate it. Disappointed a simple request couldn’t be taken care of. Beer and other food was good.

Service was perfectly fine, except that I could hear a manager from the kitchen screaming and cursing out the employees. I have never worked at a restaurant before, but I can’t imagine anyone doing something so bad that they needed to be yelled at like that. The food was fine, and the waitress did a good job, but I don’t think I’ll be bringing my family back because I don’t want them getting the wrong impression about what’s acceptable from your boss. I could tell my waitress had just wiped away tears when she came back to our table to get refills on our drinks and that just left a bad taste in my mouth. It seems the staff might as well join the military with the way they’re being whipped around in there.

There is just absolutely no urgency in this place. Not only did we wait too long at the host stand to be seated, we waited several minutes before someone finally asked if anyone had ever come over. We got some drinks and ordered our food. The food was good and there was a little misunderstanding/non-clarification with some of the food, but no big deal, they made it right. (It did take really longer than it should've for our entrees to come out). No check back and then we had to wait to get the check so we just paid cash so we didn't have to wait anymore. I wouldn't have left a review, but this is the exact same thing that happened last time we came here, minus the mix up with the food. I would also understand if they were busy, but there were max 3 tables there, 4 counting ours.

We’ve been here numerous of times and tonight we received the worst experience. Never had any refills, checked up on us, and after waiting 20 minutes I had to go ask for my check so we can leave. Which the server never did so I had to ask again, this time the manager brought out our check.

Terrible. Server Emma was rude and rushing. As you can see the only thing worth $13 on the trio appetizer was the queso, which had a ridiculous amount of pico in. Lost my appetite. Spent $75-80 in total which WASNT worth it.

We came in and they seated us , we waited and waited to be acknowledged by a waitress. Both girls was standing at the drink machine talking away and two standing at the booth to seat people . Nobody ever came to the table to asked us for a drink .

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was significantly disappointed with the lack of service for the outside dinning area. We sat for an hour without being greeted. We eventually had to leave bc multiple servers came to tables around us but we were never greeted. We even went inside when we got there to ask about outside seating bc we had our dog. I do acknowledge the restaurant was busy yesterday when we were there but if we had been greeted and given drinks at any point I wouldn’t have left this review. We love BWW’s and have never received service like this so we were overall disappointed.

I would give my experience a 0 if I could. Showed up to try and watch the fight. Indoors was crowded but outside had plenty of seating with active tables. Got a spot and spent 45 minutes ignored by the waitress. She came out multiple times and seemed as if she was purposefully ignoring our table. The patio space was unkept. The TVs were not set to show the fight so not only did we NEVER get service, we also didnt see the fight we were there to see. Drove from Cabot to see the fights, will never be back. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.
