Culver's Cooper City Reviews
I absolutely LOVE Culver's! I had the best Pumpkin Milk shake along with a delicious hamburger!
Food is cooked to order.ALWAYS FRESH. Employees is always polite and sooooo nice. Will visit again.
Another great franchise Culver's location that I can depend on for quality and delicious food along with excellent customer service. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich tasted great with pickles, tomato, and lettuce paired with a side of crispy fries and a drink. I would definitely recommend!
The employees are so nice. Thank you to the lovely old lady who showed my friends and I the qr code for free ice cream. Also shoutout to Peter!
When I heard the Cooper City Culver's was finally opening, there was no way I was missing Day One. What I found when I and my friend Andrea arrived was everything I hoped for in a Culver's: Midwestern fast comfort food served by a great crew with excellent service and the happy Culver's atmosphere. Order of the day for me was the cod sandwich basket with Culver's signature curds as the side, and their own root beer to drink - and of course I had to finish with custard (chocolate for me!). Quick, hot and delicious where it needed to be, and cold and delicious when that was called for. And reasonably priced, certainly by today's standards. Haute, Michelin rated cuisine this is not, but as a fun and fast experience for your family - particularly once the initial novelty of the location's opening fades a little, and as their eager crew trulyget their feet settled under them - you'll be well received and rewarded!
Excellent customer service. You feel welcomed and acknowledged from the very first moment you open the door. Burgers are delicious, fries always fresh, the strawberry shake is out of this world!!
Excellent food, relaxing vibe, and professional staff. You can tell they really care about quality and service. I’ll absolutely recommend this place.
First time for me! Place is clean. Prices are fair. We had salads with protein. Not expensive at all. Pretty good menu! Good variety. A little loud as the place is very kid friendly. They bring the food right to your table once your order is ready.
My favorite fast food restaurant. The service and quality of food are fantastic. The staff are so welcoming and that brings me back every time.
Restaurant is clean and welcoming. Families and guests all around. Food is always incredible. I frequent this place often
Now I’ll be honest, have a had fish sandwiches else where that may be a bit more tasty elsewhere? Sure. But for the size they give you here is generous. On top of that, this is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants you’ll ever see and the service is top notch and superior. The concrete mixers are amazing, I always get the flavor of the day.
I took a friend for the first time and she loved the grilled chicken sandwich. She doesn't drive so she'll continue ordering with Door Dash. I had a delicious cheeseburger. We both had yummy shakes. The people that work there are always friendly and the staff who keep the tables clean and organized are the best and very helpful. I always love going there. Great food and great service! A++++
I've been to this Culver's twice and everything is always perfectly. Fantastic employees, fantastically clean place. I enjoyed the atmosphere and so did my friends and family so much I didn't even remember to take photos of the food the first visit : ) My absolute favorite is coming for the seasonal WALLEYE fish!
Always an amazing experience at this culvers. The food is ALWAYS fresh and amazing. Cashiers are alright but the lady who walks around the store is so sweet everytime. Overall food amazing.
Omg, I am SO happy they opened a Culvers here!.. Culvers has the BEST chicken tenders around. Oh baby that Culvers original Signature sauce is like a party in my mouth. Dipping my chicky nuggets in that creamy deliciousness causes my toes to curl and propels my tastes buds into orbit where I find myself in an out of body experience on another planet floating aound in outspace losing track of all space and time it incites a mouthgasim like non other! Yummmmmm!!!!.. Culvers burgers are just as delightful and fresh as lathering a cows runp with ketchup & lettuce and chomping away. Don't even get me started on the oh so smooth and lip smacking vanilla oreo custard ice cream spoonful I slowly slid inside my watering mouth, not to fast, as to experience every drop of its goodness rolling across my tongue like a Woodstock style doobie. Oh man, if you haven't grabbed a bite to eat here yet, your truly missing out on one of the finer things in life.
1st I wanna give this place its flowers for a place to be so busy the food was great quality and delicious. I ordered $70 worth of food for me and my brothers to review. I ordered myself a double butter burger add 🥓 a medium 🍟 and medium mint 🥛. The burger was amazing it was seasoned and the fries was also and fresh. The shake well I'll regret it but not really I'm lactose intolerant but it was so good 😂. All the negative reviews I've read were only about a blessing that this place has and that they are always packed the food is not the issue and customer service was patient with me because I've never been here and took a while to order. The people at the window deserve some love she smiled and definitely was patient with me I'll be back and refer my peoples to eat here for sure.
Culver’s never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh and flavorful, and their signature cheese curds are absolutely addictive — crispy on the outside, melty on the inside, and always served hot. The restaurant is consistently clean and well-kept, which makes the dining experience even better. On top of that, the staff is friendly and the service is impressively fast, even during busy times. Culver’s is definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving quality food with reliable service.
JUSTICE was the sweetest & most helpful! she made my experience so much better & her vibes made this place more enjoyable! 10/10 customer service from justice! thanks for your lovely help
Best fast food burger on the planet! You can really taste the quality of the meat (pause)! It's clearly farm raised. They're always consistent! Fries and cheese curds are a perfect compliment
We loved their butter burger with cheese, crispy chicken sandwich, crinkle cut fries and chocolate heath crunch ice cream. Such delicious creamy chocolate ice cream with heath bar pieces. Such tasty good food.
We had a diverse order at rhe drive thru. Waited a bit for the food but worth the wait. Order was correct and the food was the correct temp.
I’ve been to this culvers so many times, and this is the first time I felt compelled to leave a review. First of all, the young ladies at the register were very, very sweet. A young lady named Breann took my order. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich that I ordered was absolutely delicious, it came out in a really good amount of time and it tasted so fresh. It’s so crispy and a great sized piece of chicken. I think the pricing is very fair in comparison to the freshness, quality, and portion size that you’re getting. 100/10
This is a good burger place. I like their cheese curds. We don't have any around us so if we're visiting somewhere that they have a Culver's we like to stop.
Culver's in Cooper City is my absolute go-to for burgers! Living down the street, I've been there a bunch, and it always hits the spot, knocking off even my fave Charhut. Seriously, it's like the Chick-fil-A of burgers, always fresh and tasty. The value is unbeatable, and the folks working there are surprisingly cool for a fast-food joint. I can't recommend it enough – if you're into burgers, Culver's is the spot in Cooper City. It's my burger heaven, hands down!
This is my first time at Culver's since we don't have any in Miami-Dade. Thank you so much for giving me an awesome first impression! The ingredients taste high quality and I truly enjoyed the food. Phyllis and everyone was super attendant and courteous. :)
They are open today August 7th, 2023😃👍! Our family loves Culver's Burgers, Fries & Lemon Ice's. Today we ordered 3 Butter Burgers & 3 Fries with drinks, it was delicious like we remembered from Fr. Myers Location. We got 4 piece Buffalo Chicken Tenders too & it was delicious. We recommend getting the Lemon Ice's they remind us of Tucson's, Az Eegee's Lemon Ice. But here you can add fruit flavors. My daughter loved the Stawberry Lemon Ice & we like the Original Lemon Ice's. Our families recommendation is order a Medium Lemon Ice & Medium or Large Sweet Tea. Get a large cup & mix it together. You get a Teegee & a refreshing Arnold Palmer but better. Very kind workers & great food. Thank you. UPDATE: Gotta try the Fried Sprimp, so crispy & delicious.
I finally got a chance to try this place out when it wasn't so busy. I'm kinda conflicted about this location. I don't want to give any false suggestions, but it was both good and bad. I wanted to try everything, so I ordered a lot. First of all, the butter burger is OK, not any better than down the street. Fries are terrible, and the shrimp dinner was sub-par. Their soups tasted like regular can stuff. What was REALLY REALLY GOOD was their CHILI and CONCRETE MIXER. I would come back just for those 2 item's LOL🤣 **Update** I went back a couple of more times since. I was wrong about their burgers. They are way better than Steak n Shake. They have improved a lot since my first visit. So, I changed my review to 5⭐️
For our first time here my son and I, we will most definitely be back!!!! He had the buffalo chicken tenders w/fries and I had the double bacon cheeseburger deluxe. with vanilla milk shakes🤤 everything is impeccable about this Restaurant. We enjoyed our experience very pleasant. food is delicious, fresh, and hot. most definitely will recommend better than all other fast food chains if you ask me! Culver's yall Rock!
We wanted to check out the newest Culver's to open in the area. We love Culver's and have visited many of them across both coasts of Florida. The food is the same high quality and the property is very well maintained at the Cooper City store. The employees that served us were polite and efficient in carrying out their jobs. My one critique is that the prices at this Culver's are higher for just about every item when compared to other locations. A dollar or two here and there adds up when you pay for the total amount. We are glad we visited this one time but will keep in mind that prices are higher here when we consider coming back.
One of the best burgers I've had in South Florida. I love everything I've had so far. The onion rings are so delicious. My kids and wife love it as well. If you're looking for a juicy burger full of flavor this is the spot. Update 1/18/25 I tried their beef pot roast with cheddar sauce, grilled onions and pickles on sourdough bread.... It was the best I ever had. It tasted better after each bite ... Culver's has been our go to spot for burgers.
Culver’s never disappoints, and we go there all the time. The food is always fresh and made to order, and I've never had a bad experience with either the food or the staff. Everyone is super friendly and knows how to treat their customers right. I’ll admit, I might even like Culver’s more than Chick-fil-A! They offer everything from smash burgers to chicken sandwiches, fried shrimp, and more. After your meal, you can enjoy shakes, custards, or their house-made ice cream. My whole family loves it here, and there's never any hesitation when we suggest going to Culver’s. The only downside is the distance—it’s a 35-minute drive each way, but it's absolutely worth it. Definitely a family favorite!
Pulled up to Culver’s with two certified foodie skeptics (my mom and brother 😅) and left with two new fans. For starters the place is impeccably clean. The prices are very reasonable. The important part: every bite was fantastic, we ordered a little bit of everything just to try it out and what can I say? Delicious. The playlist super fun (though a tad bit loud) and the service was next-level. Special shoutout to Phyllis a.k.a sunshine in human form. Already planning our next visit.
From the moment I pulled into the Culver’s on North University Drive in Cooper City, I knew I was in for something special. The restaurant is spotless, well lit, and has that welcoming Wisconsin-meets-Florida charm that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff greets you with genuine smiles, and the service is quick but never rushed. Every table was clean, and the team kept everything running smoothly. I ordered the Culver’s Deluxe Double Meal, and it was perfection. The butter-toasted bun had just the right amount of crisp on the edges, and the double patties were juicy, flavorful, and clearly made fresh to order. The lettuce, pickles, mayo and added ketchup balanced everything perfectly. It’s a classic burger done exceptionally well. The crinkle-cut fries were golden and perfectly salted, and I couldn’t resist finishing off the meal with a refreshing Coca-Cola Zero from the fountain soda machine. What really stood out to me besides the food was the atmosphere. The location is easy to find, with plenty of parking and outdoor seating for when the Florida weather cooperates. Culver’s of Cooper City has officially become my go-to burger spot. The food is consistent and delicious, and it’s run by people who truly care about their customers. Highly recommend it to anyone craving quality food and friendly service.
Delicious. A little bit of a wait for the food, but it’s fresh and warm so who cares! The price is good, the young man who took order was so nice, like Chickfila level nice. Even parted us with a little “god bless” I usually get the chicken sandwich which is always great, but this time I got the fish and wow, that will be my new go to. Dining area was clean and comfortable.
Went for dinner on new years day. It was pretty busy there. They definitely had enough staff on hand to handle the rush and everyone was very courteous. I’m not a sea food person, but I had a weird craving so I thought I’d give the cod sandwich a try. I was blown away. That fish sandwich was incredible. We’re definitely going to come back here.
Incredibly fast clean and good. I wish they had a play place for kids. My kids love coming here but always want to run around. We drive 23 minutes just to come here. Staff is friendly. Ice cream is always good.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First time trying Culver’s in Cooper City and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! Leandro helped us at the counter. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with fried onion rings—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. My wife had the double bacon cheeseburger and couldn’t stop raving about it. Our kids had grilled cheese sandwiches and loved every bite. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious across the board. We’ll definitely be back soon!
The food at Culver’s Cooper City is usually really good. The staff is very nice. If you go, do not order from the drive thru. They have a new policy where you park in the parking lot and wait for your food. It not only takes waaaay longer, it causes havoc in the parking lot.
Culver’s gets a solid 10/10 from my mom and I. We both dined in on Tuesday Dec. 9th and had the North Atlantic Cod Fish Dinner Plates. The meal was absolutely delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and the atmosphere was clean and organized. It was my first time trying Culver’s and I will certainly be back. I don’t leave reviews often but this establishment and the people who work here deserves this — you all rock and keep up the excellent work!
As a chef, I know a good burger when I taste one, and Culver’s delivers every time. The patties have an incredible crust and are just flat-out delicious. This place doesn’t even feel like fast food. It’s more like the burger version of Chick-fil-A..made-to-order food, great quality, and genuinely friendly staff. The service is always attentive and consistent. I’ve been there many times and have never left disappointed. Phyllis, who walks the dining room, is one of the kindest, most pleasant people you’ll ever meet. Her soft southern accent and warm smile make every visit feel special. We actually headed there again today. It’s a 25-minute drive out of the way, but absolutely worth it.
Me and my boyfriend come here often with curbside pick up. Everytime it’s always customer service never had a problem with the workers or app. 10/10 food and service. Also if the order is wrong they call which is very appreciated. Also the boy Joe with curly hair has always been nice to us.
No dejen de probar Curds de queso! Espectaculares.
Me gustó y volveré
I met a friend at Culver's for ice cream at her suggestion, and when I walked in I saw they served much more. I can't say much about the food, but the frozen custard was delicious and loved all the custom toppings you can add. Atmosphere was clean, but simple/nothing fancy, and the service was friendly.
The food is expectable. I ordered a double cheese "butter" burger with fries and a drink. And for $14 dollars, I can't complain. The burger was filled with flavor from toppings. However, the meat itself was quite dry and a little too flat. Aside from that, the food came out quick and the staff was very friendly when we walked in and during the duration of our meal.
It was fairly easy to get in and out. There was no one in the drive-through line, although I went inside to place my order. Service was good, but not excellent due to the fact that the cashier did not take the order as instructed. The burgers themselves were really good well cooked prepared well with the exception of not adding some of the additional condiments and veggies that. The shakes were absolutely amazing without any complaint.
The Butter Burger's, Onion Rings and ice cream are the best items they have The fries are crinkle fries and nothing special and don't waste your time with the cheese curds.yuk, only if you like them oily, overcooked and firm. . they're supposed to be crispy, cheesy and gooey Not the case when I went and they had no flavor as well.. The chicken sandwich and the fish sandwich is good. The pork chop sandwich is a big portion And crispy but it was flavorless. I did not like the patty melt, all in all It's a good place for a quick, quick burger fix but They are pricey for fast food and I would go back for the burgers and onion rings only.
Easy ordering. Very clean restaurant. The staff were very friendly. Food was good, but a bit pricey.
Came here last month on a Tuesday night around 8:15pm to pick up a frozen custard in the flavor of the day which was Turtle. It was so good. Tip: free custard if you sign up for the free rewards program and save your birthdate on there. The custard was topped with a good amount of nuts. It was my first time at this location. Although the parking lot looked full and was kind of crampy, I found a spot right at the front door. Lucky for me the drive-thru line was not long enough to block me in when I left. When I walked into the restaurant lobby there was only one person placing an order. As I stood there waiting my turn for only a couple of minutes, somehow a bunch of people showed up behind me to order because as I walked away to wait for my order to come out the lobby was now filled with people. However, there looked to be a lot of staff working in the kitchen and more cash registers opened up to take the orders. The young girl who took my order was knowledgeable and nice. I could hear and see a lot of people were dining in the seating areas. This place was hopping!
Culver's soft opened today. I was under the impression that today was the grand opening, but after talking to one of the head honchos, Culver's is just happy to be able to open in the area. The furthest southern location. The location is in a newly built area. This restaurant was built from the ground up, so it's brand new. It mirrors other Culver's locations, and the menu is vast. You can't go wrong with a Culver's burger, fries, and concrete. It's very yummy and you will leave full. Since the location is new, there are a lot of employees taking orders and serving; there are still learning. Other employees roamed and assisted in the dining room (not really necessary). Everyone was kind and helpful. Definitely check it out. It's worth it.
I love Culver’s only reason it won’t hit a perfect 5 star is that sometimes the burgers are hit or miss, but that new chicken sandwich goes crazy, really good! Service is for sure on point a majority of the time but it’s still a fast food spot with great hospitality. I recommend this place to anyone, killer custards too that I’ll give a 5/5 all day! The atmosphere is a bit weird and sort of out dated so it’s not the nicest place but you still have an enjoyable time with your friends, family, or significant other.
This was my first time eating at Culver's and I was very impressed at the taste and quality of the food. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger, double, and crinkle fries, and I devoured everything. The cashier, Dominique, was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu options. The atmosphere is very quiet, maybe too quiet. Something to liven up the place would definitely be recommended. I will most certainly be back to try other menu items, as there are tons, and I look forward to it.
Weird way to start a review but when I first got my bag of food I was kind of thrown off by the smell of dog food. But the cheeseburger and fries did not taste like that at all. I feel that it was just the combination of the grease with the paper bag that they use. I got a smashburger deluxe combo with a sprite. Cheeseburger was fantastic, but the fries were just barely above okay. The Frozen Custard was the best part
Great curbside service. Food was honestly not to my liking. Maybe it's just not Florida food. I wanted to recommend their floats but their custard is a bit too sour at the end.
What’s going with this location? I hardly had any negative experience for years which is why we come back over and over again but lately the burgers, chicken sandwiches & fries are not fresh at all. I’ve gotten a few sandwiches with barely any lettuce and overall they are sloppy and not well presented like before. The peeps here are not that kind not sure if they are new? Some of the conversations I overhear are unprofessional. Also someone I know got food poisoning about two days ago (they also have come here often and probably won’t come back). I am one more order away from never dining here again and taking our hard earned money elsewhere.
My first visit to Culver’s was satisfying, but I had hoped for a bit more. The crinkle-cut fries were great—crispy and cooked just right. The burger was fresh and tasted great. The chicken tenders were alright, nothing bad but not a standout either. The fish sandwich, unfortunately, was a little bland and didn’t live up to my expectations. That said, the restaurant was very clean and the staff were super friendly and polite, which definitely made the experience more enjoyable. I’d still like to try more of the menu, though!
Totally off there game tonight wife and I went over to dine in for dinner from start wasn’t a warm greeting wasn’t busy 3 girls chatting had to ask if we can order food took a bit longer ordered a few different burgers plus the new pub dbl burger came to the table bad presentation bun was tiny and burnt my wife had a hair on her butter burger the Andy’s custard was melted and left out our Oreos when asked to re do them had the girl roll her eyes so not a great experience at one of our favorite places to go we didn’t complain about the hair just wanted to leave no manager present . Not sure we will return *Culver’s only give generic responses to all there customers reviews. This is a sign of ownership NOT carying telling you to channel your complaints to another platform knowing most people won’t a sign that Culver’s is in Decline shows that no longer care sad they started out good just like them all they fall from greatness nice job Culver’s on how you handle post customer service
Expect cheese curds with a large side of disappointment. Food is good but accuracy is -5. To go orders are the worst. Scam you out of sauces and drinks and call you a liar when you explain they entered it wrong. I've gone back 3 times and every single time I have had an issue with my order. Not worth the frustration and constant disappointment leaving without what you paid for because the worker was so rude and dismissive it wasn't even worth eating anymore. And then getting home and discovering none of the sauces they make sure to nickel and dime you for! It was okay in the beginning but now we're back to overpriced McDonald's food.
Over rated. Over priced First time, probably last time. The burger was salty. And the cheese was not melted. Take a look at my burger. The picture looks like a burger from Chuck cheese. I like pickles, onion, ketchup and mayo. I've ordered this countless times Wendy's burger King. 5 guys. Burger fi, habit, etc. This was by far the worst of all of them. The fries are average and so are the onion rings. Paying a premium price. Wendy's is fresh and better. Look at the picture. Where's the beef. And that's 2 burger patties. I'll give them another chance going back to try the cod. But never a burger again
I was highly anticipating for this location to open. I was getting excited. Today was the first time I visited. Unfortunately, I was disappointed as my experience was not at all as usual Culver's standards. I ordered buffalo chicken tenders and my personal favorite, chicken cashew salad. Buffalo chicken tenders were very dry, thin, and overly breaded as you can see in the photo, it hurt my teeth biting into them. Chicken cashew salad was barely a whole salad. There were only 8 little pieces of chicken and greens not enough for a half of the bowl.
Drove an hour from Miami because I craved some Culver’s! Was terribly disappointed..the chicken sandwiches are paper thin, not like how they used to be. The fries tasted like old oil, and my food was delivered by someone who just threw it on the table and walked away. I was so surprised.. this is not the same Culver’s experience as their opening months. If there had been a manager available, I would have gladly told them face to face.
This place started as many do… strong focus on customer experience. There was someone feeeting and always cleaning in the lobby. Now the place is trashed. They park cars from the drive thru in the parking lot for 15 minutes while they work on your order ….. and the parking lot is a maze and always packed bc of ppl waiting for orders.
I'm giving 2 stars because up until now, I've always had a good experience with Culver's. However, tonight I went through the drive-thru to pick up dinner for my mother and I. Unfortunately, I didnt check to see if the order was correct until I got all the way back home. Well, my mother's burger came with everything except the BURGER PATTY! So of course I drove back to the restaurant, asked for a manager, and showed her the "burger" with no patty. She said sorry, and had the kitchen remake it. That's fine and all, but I feel like, as a manager, you should offer something additional to make up for a mistake like that. After the inconvenience of the extra drive there and back (20+ minutes) they could at least offer some fries or ice cream. Anything, really.. And I do understand mistakes happen. I've worked in restaurants before. But I don't get how you could send out a burger without the patty, that just doesn't make sense to me.
The first couple of times food was good but lately burgers have been sloppy and lacking toppings, the lettuce is just at the very little center of the patties and tomato usually is small compared to rest of the burger itself. But tonight was the worst experience. My daughters concrete mixer had an extra topping… a long black hair. DISGUSTING!!!!
The drive through is horrible, they take your order then make you try and find a parking space to wait 15 mins for your order. The parking structure is already packed and tight whoever came up with this policy made a horrible choice
This place has gotten SO EXPENSIVE and ownership has gotten very stingy. The prices went up, portion size went down, and quality/consistency has tanked. I have been coming here since the place opened and have noticed such a difference from. When they first opened. Very disappointing and I think I'll just go down the street to steak and shake from now on.
Burgers are tasteless although there was a nice crust on the patty. The shake is super sweet, wouldn’t come back, unless I need to choose between Culver’s and McDonalds , then it may worth it
I come to culver for years but at this location the problem is dishonesty. Is it really worth losing a good customer because of greed? Charge me every time I come here a different price. I paid 3.39 each ice cream and one size came small. charged me double on sprinkles than last time. Its about honesty fam. Managing does not have a good team
First time here and last. We ordered the Butter butter burger double bacon, and the the Butter burger double mushroom and Swiss. We got two dry, burnt tasteless warm pieces of meat. It looked like they took a patty and sliced it in half and put a slice cheese in the middle, and a small piece of mushroom. If this what we got went is was not busy, I could imagine when they are busy.
Highly disappointed Culver’s! I had high expectations and was recommended by many to try Culver’s. My milkshake was ridiculously thick that I barely was able to drink it through the straw. The sourdough melt was burnt. The spicy chicken sandwich was not the best. Didn’t even have mayonnaise on the bun. I don’t think I will be returning.
First time here and last. I’ve never been to a Culver's before and will not go again. My food was very bland and not worth my dollars… I definitely would not go back its a over priced fast food restaurants with not much to offer, very disappointing 😞. I ordered the W Swiss melt single and a large fries. The food was dry, burnt and tasteless. Fried to the point of being a tad hard to swallow. It looked like they took a patty and sliced it in half and put a slice cheese in the middle. Fries was OK. I'm really surprised at the positive reviews for this location.
I really don't do this but I have had a long day and I just wanted to get some food and go home. The girl at the window was just goofing off, after exchanging few words she says, ' if you don't like it my name is Dia and you can write a review. I lost my appetite. I will never go to this culvers again because the staff is very unprofessional! Theres my review Dia, grow up!
The burger was forgettable. The patty was cold, dry and flavorless. The toppings weren't fresh and the sandwich was just thrown together. The Coke Zero was flat with an after taste. Gave 1 star because of the awesome hot & fresh crinkle fries! The cashier noted they took gift cards but couldn't get mine to read. After numerous failed attempts, never asked for assistance just handed card back to me. Not impressed. Burger King is KING!
Very poor environment as soon as I walked in literally five employees are standing in place with their backs to the registers just talking amongst themselves. I asked for a menu and one very helpful employee with glasses gave it to me. I returned to place an order and the other employees were still talking and facing the back wall. As I was standing at the register, one employee was calling over other guests and ignoring me at the register. I had to move directly in front of her to be acknowledged. When I received my order, I noticed that one of the drinks was not filled properly. I expressed the issue to the employee at the register and she gave a look that was both condescending and showed that she did not care about my concerns. She called over another employee who I believed was the manager on staff. She also showed no concern for the issue I noticed. I explained to her that my drink was not filled and she said that is how it comes when they make an iced drink. I literally showed her the menu which showed EVERY drink was filled and she said that advertisements look better than the food and drinks they serve customers. So I said you mean to say that it is false advertisement and she was quiet after my observation. They didn’t fix my drink, which was highly disappointing for a first time experience at their restaurant. The burger was good (4/5 stars) fries were a bit stale (2/5 stars)and the milkshake was not bad but nothing out of the ordinary (3/5 stars). I would consider ordering for this chain but it would have to be a different location since the customer service was terrible. If you can tolerate the poor customer service, you can go here. If you require good customer service while dining, I would suggest the Sunrise location which I have heard very good things about.
The Double burger with cheese had a LONG BLONDE HAIR across the top. It was DISGUSTING. I guess NO ONE wears hair nets any longer. Also the top bun was very hard around the edges. Had to throw it all in the trash. The standards in this Culver's has gone way downhill. I will not be back... purchased today Jan 17, 2026 .
First time customer, ordered curbside. They couldn't find my Honda Car make but they didn't go up to a single Honda and they didn't even check the curbside pickup side. We had to walk out of the car to retrieve our items as they went car to car. We were the only one idling on the curbside. Wasn't at all an issue for me. It was the fact that we didn't have everything we ordered when we got home. Spent $71+ for 3 burgers, a fish platter, and some chili but they forgot our one beef roast sandwich. We called about it, as we are home already unpacking(should have checked our order there ourselves, sure) and the lady on the phone frantically passed it to the owner who made us repeat the entire story only to make us feel bad about them making the mistake. He said he could not refund us for the order and we had to go there in person to have it made again. The one sandwich, after a 25 minute drive and waiting 20 mins in the lot for. Not worth 71 dollars for a family of 4 when you can pay the same at chili's and get 2 sides for around the same amount. Ernesto Limon (the owner) said it's fine if I write this poor review instead of truly rectifying their mess-up. Anyway, fast food is too expensive to even put this much effort. This is far out of line for the little we Americans make, now.
