I stop by for lunch every now and then, and honestly, it never disappoints. I usually dine in, and the vibe is always chill and clean—just the way I like it. My food is always hot, fresh, and hits the spot every time. Solid lunch spot!

When you spend over $20 for a large combo which includes the sweet and spicy wings. This is the "extra" sweet and spicy sauce. I've eaten here several times and its a hit or a miss on if its done correctly. If you like sauce go to a different location.

This is more of a suggestion. This location is in need of a better system. My coworker and I waited 20 min-25 min, to get our order, we had to ask the lady for our food. She just turns around and grabs it from the counter, so you tell me we were just sitting there waiting to be called and the food has been ready all this time. As I'm writing this, I'm eating my cold chicken. I will suggest placing some steps for a better service. I know it is a new location, that gives them some time to improve and provide an awesome service. Thanks.

The worst Popeyes ever! The menu was limited compared to other Popeyes I have visited. For as long as we waited, I thought our food would be hot. It was lukewarm! It hadn't even been microwaved. I will not visit the Popeye's Chicken in Coppell Texas ever again.

Idk man, when you buy from chain store you expect the food of quality should taste the same as other locations, but this location has failed me twice. One time with over-fried, the second time under-fried, room temperature inside the thigh. Not to mention longer wait time than average at other stores even you order ahead on app. Need to improve asap or won’t come back.

So this location is on my way home, the day before I bought a breast and paid $3 and some change, went by there today and the cashier didn’t hear me so I asked could a get a breast and the manager told me for 1 breast it would be $6 and I said it was $3 yesterday and he stood there and said $6 with no customer service at all will not be spending my money there ever..

Wasn't going to leave a review here, but I didn't have a receipt in the bag. And I can't leave a comment on the website without it. Fries cold, popcorn shrimp not edible old and un chewable. Bottom of the biscuit hard and inedible. First visit back to Popeyes in 6 years, I won't be fooled again. If you can't run a fryer and watch food retention time right, what else is wrong?

This place is a disgrace. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I waited 17 minutes for a 6 wing combo. A guy came in way after me order his food held a conversation with the cashier got his food and left. I was still waiting then a lady called my name to tell me they were making me fresh wings. I had already been waiting almost 6 minutes at this time. I asked for a refund she walked away came back with the food. I still demanded a refund. Like how do you make a person take something when they already asked for a refund after waiting for a long period of time. I'm on my lunch break and don't have time for a long wait. I will never return to this location. 🤬

I had been there 25 min and my order was never made. Had to get a refund. What a terrible Popeyes. Never going to Popeyes anywhere ever again. All I ordered was a $5 sandwich. So hard to make that I guess.

She told me they don't have garlic parmesan anymore. She then proceeded to tell me about the other flavors they have available. The icing on the cake is the receipt they gave me back after my refund isn't the receipt I handed back over to them. Maybe this is the order they actually wanted me to have. NEVER AGAIN. 🤬

Hate it when you are looked at like you are not supposed to be at popeyes and order food....like it is such a burden to give you something you paid for...hate it, but love popeyes chicken that much I will go through this horrible service.
