Starbucks is undoubtedly one of the most popular coffee chains in the world, and for good reason. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the menu offers a wide range of delicious drinks and snacks. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the service is typically fast and efficient. However, there are a few areas this Starbucks could improve. The patio tables were dirty and unkempt, which can detract from the overall experience. It would be great to see more attention given to cleaning and maintaining these areas to ensure that customers can enjoy their drinks and snacks in a clean and comfortable environment. Another area for improvement is the interior lighting. While the lighting is not necessarily bad, it could be better. Some of the stores are quite dimly lit, which can make it difficult to read or work on a laptop. Brighter and more even lighting would go a long way towards making the interior space more comfortable and functional. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, Starbucks remains a top choice for coffee lovers around the world. The quality of the drinks, the welcoming atmosphere, and the friendly staff make it a great place to relax, work, or socialize with friends and colleagues. With a little extra attention to the patio tables and interior lighting, it could be even better.

Okay so I ventured to this location because the one in Lewisville stinks! I'm not kidding either check the Yelp reviews! Good: -They weren't out of low fat wiped cream like the last two locations. - They know how to make a True Chai Frap! The other two locations completely destroyed it! -Awesome patio area -Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating options Bad: -Parking. They didn't really have much from what I saw. All in all looks like I'll be driving past 2 Starbucks to get something drinkable from this location!

This morning I ordered a matcha latte and waited over 10 minutes when there was no one else in line and very sparse people waiting. After the barista realized she missed my drink she rushed through making my drink and it ended up SUPER clumpy with visible matcha clumps floating in the drink. I nearly choked on some matcha and ended up dumping it out. I get that sometimes there will be small particles because matcha is hard to incorporate but this was just clearly sloppy. $7 wasted I will never get back. I have had fantastic, mediocre, and down right terrible drinks from this Starbucks. Results of this Starbucks are just highly inconsistent.

edit: the wifi works, but many of the outlets still do not. original review: Since the reopening, the wifi no longer works (it is impossible to get past the initial login) and several power outlets along the windows do not function. I've never had this issue at other Starbucks, so this is pretty disappointing, especially to find out only after you've already made an order.

This is my normal spot for coffee. Usually the morning crew is AMAZING. They greet you and are happy. Today I did an afternoon run, and was very disappointed. The barista who prepared my drink was very disconnected and void of customer service. I ordered my usual, which was a venti. She handed me the drink with a good 2 inches of head room. I requested some more oat milk and she handed me a tiny amount and said that's it, or I will have to charge you. I paid for a venti drink, not a smaller with all ice and a little drink. I went to this Starbucks in order to redeem my rewards before they expired. I had only 25 stars, but that would be enough to get a four shot Americano for the price of a Grande that typically includes 3 shots. I struggled to explain what I wanted at the counter, but the clerk figured out what I wanted and rang it up. I expected to pay 80 to 90 cents less than I usually pay for a venti Americano, but it actually came out about 20 cents less. I expressed a little dismay and she reiterated that was right. The barista handed me my Americano and I left unhappy. I was even more unhappy when I saw my Americano leaking from the side every time I hit a bump. I have white seats in my car, so I had to drive extra carefully until I got home where I discovered why my cup was leaking. The barista gave me a damaged cup! I am pretty much done with Starbucks' overpriced drinks and now the careless and oblivious service really makes me want to stay away.

I purchased a venti iced pecan crunch oat milk latte, however, the drink was not prepared correctly as the topping was missing, making it a wasteful seven-dollar expense and I will not be coming back.

The shrinkage of products continues. The bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich should be renamed to a breakfast slider because it is tiny. I remember these being much larger not so long ago. I’m sure Starbucks will put a spin saying they are saving us calories but the truth is they probably saved .30 cents to add to their record profits. I’ll cross breakfast off the list here.

the barista filled my drink halfway up... knowing I wouldn’t realize the lighter weight of the drink because I was using a tray for 2 other drinks too. He even put the cinnamon on top, fully knowing that I would only I get half the drink, haha. Pretty cruel... (took this pic before drinking any)
