Been having issues with curbside, charged me twice for an order and refund never came, had to dispute through my bank. 9 times out of 10 your order will be missing things, always check.

The drive through is always very poorly functioning. They can never seem to keep it straight as to which car is next, i.e. 3 cars from the same speaker are serviced before the other even though that person was there before the others. Orders are never ready and you have to pull up to the 3rd window and wait, and they never get the drinks right.

It’s a bit challenging to review McDonald’s because typically it’s mediocre fast food at best but I decided to try their steak for breakfast today, as it was new and a special advertised. Waiting for my DoorDash to deliver with great anticipation like it’s gonna be Christmas morning and I get a fun package….. It was like a Christmas present that you open and discover it was a present you gave somebody last year. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between the steak and the sausage patty. It is literally the Temu of steaks.. I did finding it fairly entertaining that there was a smallest morsel of onions and garnishment on top. Maybe they were hoping I wouldn’t notice that it was essentially a large squished sausage patty.. my husband didn’t divorce me over my choice so there’s that, but if you’re really expecting a steak, I guess you should realize McDonald’s isn’t gonna give you a steak, is it gonna give you a mediocre fast food version of a pretend steak?

Their customer service is well below standard 🤷🏼‍♀️. They don't speak to you. The guy who gave me my good was singing. And I'm ok with doing what you need to to to make the mornings more manageable. But no greeting and no thank you. And the eggs were watery🤷🏼‍♀️. But the speed at which my food can out was fast and hot. But. They could do better.

Very slow workers, feels like no one knows how to do their jobs. Would have better service at a shady gas station at 3am than here. Would complain to the manager but even she seems like she doesn’t have a clue to what’s going on. Food came, looked horrible. Do not recommend.

I should have went with my first instinct and bypass this place. McDonald's in general is now a toss up as to if the meal is edible or not.. well I order a double quarter meal, not many people in line at the drive through, only 2 cars... ordering was fast, food was delivered quickly.. the fries were great and usually are but the burger...omg, I thought maybe they were trying to kill me because the amount of salt pour on it made the burger not edible. I took bite , thought wow this is salty, then I opened it and started trying to shake of the salt from the meat and bread thinking that would help... but No this crap was terrible. Oh well, I'm not wasting anymore of my money at McDonald's ever again..75% of the time, my meal is bad..so the odds are NOT in my favor and I'm done wasting money..never eating at this establishment again as long as I breathe air.

I visited this McDonald’s recently and had mixed feelings about the experience. While the dining room itself was clean, the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. The manager, Karen, was loudly yelling at multiple staff members, which made the environment tense and unpleasant for both employees and customers. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it, the fries and my meal were not hot, and the quality felt off. To make matters worse, I noticed a dead roach on the floor, which was very concerning. Cleanliness, food quality, and respectful leadership are all important in a restaurant, and this location clearly has room for improvement. Will not be returning.

Michael, who stated he is a manager, was condescending and unprofessional. Pending charges being canceled because he's supposedly unable to find an order that magically has a receipt and matching store info doesn't put the almost $60 straight back into my account. He also stated ordering from the app closed at 7pm as if we were lying. It's 8:43pm and the app will still let you place a pickup order for tonight.

Everytime I drive thru they mess up my order. Every. Single. Time. Not once have I gone through where they didnt. Im not going here anymore. If theres a spicy variation I always order it but for some reason they always give me the wrong one. Always always always. It wouldnt be a problem if this didnt ALWAYS happen. I even had a conversation with the lady in the window to make sure they were all spicywraps. Im not exaggerating. If you drive thru here pull over and check your order. If you leave get to work, home, wherever and your order its wrong its your fault for trusting them to not mess up your order.

Went to drive through, got home, opened bag. Bug was in the chicken nugget box. Looks like a roach. Put a Pringle lid over it to take pictures for the store. Called them, they offered replacement food and were very dismissive. Called customer service and was routed to some foreign call center. Don’t want free food, it’s just nasty.

Normally it's fine but waiting over 40 mins for chicken nuggets and fries on curbside is a bit much don't you think? Not only that, I went 20 mins before a rush in drive thru and yet I got my food after drive thru was clear? Make that make sense Edit: Ended up going inside where they made my food then and only then got told that the shake machine wasn't working, just ended up leaving for food only
