Wow, why why why have I not stopped,here,in ages.. Great lunch food fresh. Cooked and displayed well, and my test buds were well satisfied. Two of us ate together and sampled each other's choices. Great meal for fast food prices.
I really wish I could have got the name of the manager today 7/22 that was there at 1:30. I was having a very low sugar episode and I had my oldest order my food while I sat down. The gentleman let my son bring me my stuff before he paid, that may seem like a small thing to do but as someone who is having a blood sugar crisis it’s a huge deal. He kept watching over me and he did eventually come over to see if I needed anything to drink. I had to sit there for about a hour before my sugar came up enough for me to make it home. If he sees this, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This Panda Express is very efficient, clean and the workers are all very courteous. We have been to a lot of Panda Express and this one is great. We always order a family meal plus lots of extras and we have never had to wait more than five extra minutes at the most!
Me and my family came to eat here for dinner, and let me tell you. The atmosphere and the people at the Copperas Cove location was phenomenal. Kheegan and the manager Michael along with the rest of the team know how to make you feel welcome. It was a joyful experience, and good to see that there are still restaurants out there that now how to keep their employees joyfully and have such excellent customer service. If I could 10 stars all the way around.

We have been going here to support the fundraising. It is a great thing that Panda Express does. Food has always been done quickly and accurately. We have been very pleased with our experiences.
Love the service at this location, I didn't have to wait on anything, everything was fresh hot and ready. I love the walnut shrimp! The manager was awesome great customer service, treated his staff respectfully and I was surprised at how much he was multitasking. I've been to several locations in the area and my experience hasn't always been the greatest but i will definitely refer people to the location in Cove! Needless to say I will be back !
I don’t care what anyone says. This is a busy place in one of few locations for the area. The people who work here hustle really hard to give you quality service. They are honest and hard working. Every time I am at this location everyone is on their feet, practicing cleanliness, and serving what they can. Every time I go I don’t see the same two people working. I’ve been at all different times. I really appreciate this staff. ALL. OF. THEM. All walks of life. The food here is always delicious no matter what I get! This is one of my favorite places to get affordable fast food. Shout out to the staff!! I see you!!
If it had not been for Maddox, I would be leaving a 1 Star review. I came in to grab an online order and waited well over 30 minutes. I watched other people wait over an hour (!) before any employees would even talk to them. Literally nothing moved until Maddox came back and took over the front line. The three employees at the front practically disappeared while Maddox got everything moving again with a smile i need to add. Everyone else was extremely grumpy and uninviting while Maddox single handedly changed the atmosphere.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Treated all customers like regulars. Bench is very friendly and relaxed.
Food was amazing. Food was hot, timing was effective, manager was approachable, helpful, and friendly. I ordered the family bundle with teriyaki chicken, rice, and noodles. The amount and price for my family was well worth it. I will defiantly visit again and again and you should too!
WOW wish I could give this location 10 stars all the food was so fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff worked so well together. And would like to give a shout out to Marc and Tye the manager. I had a problem with another store they helped me and took the time out with me and were so professional. This will be the only place we will go next time we place a big order or just want to stop in and eat.
I hardly ever write a review for fast food places. But today I was impressed. The staff especially Bench, and the service and food were great. These guys are awesome. Great environment.

I had a great experience at the Panda Express drive-thru thanks to Zechariah. From the moment I pulled up, his friendly and professional attitude made my visit stand out. He was polite, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect while keeping a positive and welcoming demeanor. It’s not often that drive-thru service feels this personal, but Zechariah went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. His excellent customer service reflects the high standards of Panda Express, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Keep up the great work!
We arrived at the perfect time, always fresh and hot food. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. We had a delicious dinner, orange chicken, one of our favorite dishes, fried rice and roast chicken. But you can find a variety of different dishes to suit your taste. A place that is always clean to enjoy a delicious dish.
Great food and service. Food is always hot and fresh. I will say though one time I had to wait for an entree that they were out of and they gave me a "Free entree" coupon and it said "with the purchase of ANY plate". I went to redeem it the next day with a "bigger plate" and all of a sudden they tell me their policy won't allow them to give out an extra entree with bigger plates. So if you get a coupon buyer beware.
(This review was written a while ago, they’re definitely doing better now. If they don’t have an order it only takes 10 minutes for them to get you one. And the staff is definitely better now). This location really need some restructuring! They never have anything in stock and always rude in the drive through. We pay money for our food, it’s not free so take some pride in what you’re doing.

Taking our order through the drive thru took a while. Repeated the order 3 times & still got it wrong. Was running late to work, couldn't request it being fixed. BuT the plates were fully loaded, fresh, & hot.
Went in at 9:30 PM on Saturday night. The staff was tired and ready to go home. However they (for the most part) were pleasant. They replenished the chowmein and super greens etc. I appreciate that. My server was Alex and she was polite even though I could tell that she had a trying shift. Thanks
Food is always good. This time service was lacking. Order at drive up menu board then when I got to the window had to repeat the entire order because for some reason it was not entered correctly and then the cashier at the pickup window caught an attitude 🤬
Going here is a hit or miss. When the lunch rush begins they don't make enough to accommodate it. They tell you they are out of something, but inquiring further their not out of it. They just need to cook more. They are always asking you to wait 5 or 10 minutes. When your on lunch break that is really too much time. I get really frustrated with them, but the food is good when you a hot lunch.
It's wrong to charge full regular price for a 2 entree plate and the what you get doesn't even amount to 1 entree serving. And to know they don't care that they shorted you the food because it's what they are to do. I won't be spending my money here again.
These guys were slammed when I went in to pick up my order. The only part of their team that had their act together was the kitchen. Those guys were on point. The food was ok at best. At first they couldn't find my order slip in the sea of other slips. There were probably a dozen other people waiting for their take out orders. I think I waited about 30 minutes for them to find our order and about 10 for them to serve it up.
Don't always have everything available on menu. Person taking order in drive through either not paying attention or their headphone sucks because they can't hear most of the time and you have to repeat your order several times. They got my order wrong last time and there was not a fortune in my cookie. ☹️
We got to the menu window, and felt rushed, we got the right food but the chow main was only vegetables with 4 noodles, just felt a little ripped off after paying what I paid.

Had to wait for my order as they ran out and made fresh, I ordered a bowl of broccoli beef on veggies to go. When I got home I quickly realized there wasn't any actual beef in there at all. It was very disappointing to find the bowl crammed with only veggies. I took it out of the bowl to take a photo. My other 4 to go orders camp out great though, as I saw everyone enjoying their meals, with all that protein on top.. 😢 Make sure you watch them fill your order.. don't be a forced vegetarian like me.
It seems like it's hit and miss here too. Orange chicken has become Orange crumbles. The Spring rolls are good. If you want to guarantee a good portion of chicken, choose the teriyaki chicken...
The employees are pleasant enough and clean restaurant. But this is THE LEAST consistent Panda. If the shrimp is turned, THROW IT OUT. Don't sell it. Every other time I come here, the shrimp isn't good anymore. I'll drive to the other end of Killeen to get Panda if I want it that bad.
Went through the Drive Thru. Kind, quick, order almost great. She forgot my drink, and when I got it, it was about 3/4 of the way full with soda dripping from the bottom. It seemed like it was due to the hurrying to get this out the window was maybe why it was a mess. It could have been wiped off before giving it to us seeing as there was only one napkin in the sealed fork package. Had to pull over to clean this up. It would have been a 5☆! The large sodas aren't exactly cheap so I feel it should be handled better, as well as filled up! Only soy sauce, and no fortune cookies? I guess here you have to ask? I love Panda Express and have had better at other locations. Thank you!
I gave 1 star for food because there hardly any food to rate sometimes. Recently went to pick up a order I placed on the app, had to go through the drive thru because lobby was closed for some reason at lunch time on a friday, and the first thing the drive thru attendant says is they're out of several items, again at lunch time. The portions of the entrees are always smaller from this particular restaurant compared to other panda express restaurants. Go the extra miles to harker heights panda express for full entree portions and wider selection of choices
Once again, we were not happy with the food availability at this location of Panda Express. At 6:30 pm, Item after item after item on their menu was not available or sold out. The broccoli beef entree only contained two small pieces of beef and I was served orange chicken, even though I ordered a different dish. Very disappointing.
I keep telling myself I'm not coming here anymore but I continue to think my experience just might be different next time-- never is. They are ALWAYS missing something whether it's mixed vegetables, string bean chicken breast, chicken egg rolls, cookies, etc. They forget to give you utensils in the drive thru and honestly, the meat is old and can tell its been re-cooked MANY times. Not coming here again.
half of the items weren't available for purchase. the person at the drive thru was rude and very short with me. ordered 3 bowls and each one had a huge portion of rice and a little bit of the entree. only reason i'm giving it 2 stars was is because it was cheap and 1 or the 3 meals tasted good.
They always seems to be out of multiple things. This time was the worst. The young lady at the window was very sweet and helpful but it didn't make up for the food issue. We get home and we wanted was still wrong one of the orders looked old and burnt.
Missing items with a side of bad attitude. My order included 3 plates and 2 orders of cheese rangoons. When I got home chow mein was missing from one of the plates and the cheese rangoons were no where to be found. I live 20 minutes away from the Panda Express location so I called into the store to try to rectify the situation. As soon as I started explaining the issue, the worker hung up on me mid sentence. This location always sucks, theres always missing items, bad attitudes, and a lot of the time they’re “out of food” in the middle of the day. (Update: I just found a hair in my food as well)
Terrible service, wrong orders, but alright food. Placed an order today with an employee who offered an "Uh huh, and what else" multiple times after telling him I was done ordering, only to receive the wrong things. I ordered orange chicken, broccoli beef, and white rice. I got Chow mein and THREE servings of orange chicken. The only thing they got right was the drink and at least one serving of orange chicken. The food is fine, but some of the staff need to work on paying attention, their attitudes, and getting orders right.
Something told me to stop coming here the first time they gave me more onions in my chow mein than actual chow mein. I went again today and got the same result! It felt like I ordered onions with a sprinkle of chow mein here and there. I lost my appetite. I feel like if I put all the pieces of onion together I would've gotten a whole onion. If you want this type of food just look elsewhere there are plenty spots further down the road in Copperas Cove.
I have visited other locations and consistently enjoyed flavorful, well-seasoned dishes. However, at this particular location, the food was disappointing—dry, lacking in seasoning, and the steak did not have the expected taste or quality. The service was excellent.
My husband and I went through the drive through on our way home and found the time/service poor. The service at the window was also unsatisfactory. The server was rude and unhelpful. After leaving, we checked the bag and found several items missing. I called to report the missing items and yhe employee who answered was laughing, holding a conversation with someone ine the background, so I had to repeat myself several times. When she finally "heard" my complaint, she said, "I'm not giving you free food just because you went through the drive through and we forgot some items." I never asked for free food. In fact, in my complaint I stated my reason for calling: let them know I received poor service and missing items, so please have their employees double check bags. Once on the phone with the manager, it did not get better. The issues were the same.
I was doing a favor runner order and the employee who's name tag said Tori at the copperas cove Texas location made a comment I felt was in a snide remark tone when the forks and napkins fell from the bag due too poor packaging and a lack of want to do their best at their job and felt she needed to tell me "everyone has those days" as she proceeds to walk off. Im very disappointed as it was a $40+ order and felt maybe a little more Care could be taken to ensure helpful and courteous customer service.
You would think by the time they open they would have all the food available. And instead of trying to relay in a nice way that the food is unavailable the drive thru lady was rude and laughed the entire time I tried to order food. The beef and broccoli was more broccoli and contained only 4 small pieces of beef when I ordered a plate, not a bowl. The customer service is horrible.
We went to Panda today 5/23/21 could not go in to order AGAIN! So we go thru the drive through and they were out of vegetables and steamed rice, How does this happen this is the main course? Then when we got home the fried rice was not even cooked RAW could not eat this mess and to top it off the lady was rude as heck, food was cold and the servings was so small. Never again Panda in Copperas Cove.
I was told no beef on Sundays?... Got fried rice and the rice wasn't even cooked all the way, every grain was crunchy. The teriyaki chicken had barely any flavor almost like it wasn't seasoned/marinaded or however it is they make the teriyaki chicken.
Close this location or hire new management! This Cooperas Cove Panda Express location has very poor customer service and undercooked, cold food. The portions are too small for the price you pay. My bowl had one scoop of hard chow mein noodles and some cold greasy spring rolls thrown on top. The power greens were not ready during lunch. The ladies at the window launched the food at me. Why do they have the Beyond orange chicken signs posted and they don't sell that item anymore; poor management.
Not impressed. Girl at the window was rude, impatient, and tried ordering for us. When paying she slammed the window. We were told a 20 minute wait, but we were waiting almost an hour. Crew manager brought us our food and said she'd had to recook our food because the other employees made the food and just left it on the counter to go cold. Saying that when she asked them who's order it was they would give her a deer in the headlights look. We ended up one plate short.
Terrible customer service. We ordered the walnut shrimp which you have to pay extra for they gave us 4 shrimps when I asked if that was the right portion the man at the register was as rude as it gets, saying that was all they gave, quite honestly I am disappointed in the way I was treated considering I choose this location over any other because I am used to it being the best. Today that changed unfortunately.
I have been here several times and this is the third time I was missing items so I am leaving a review. I order food through the drive through and drive home and I am always missing the egg rolls, or cheese ragoons. I am never missing the sweet in sour sauce even though I always pass on it. That sauce ends up in the bag but not the side items I ordered. This happened again last night. I have noticed the noodles have changed and the food recipe has changed and a lot of there items have become more spicy. The people are rude at times.
Went to eat at 5 and all the doors were locked even though there were people eating inside. They posted a sign on both doors saying the lobby was closed and use the drive through. Not only did it suck that we could not sit and eat like others already inside but it is also a city ordinances violation and OSHA violation to have the doors locked during open hours.... More so with occupants inside.
They were sold out of everything. When I pulled up to the window the first words out of the cashiers mouth were, “we are out of all rice products, out of plates (bowls only), etc.”. I swear it went on for over a minute of all the things they did not have. It would have been easier to say what you do have 🤣. At that point why be open? Cashier was rude. “Do you want us to close” is the response I got after asking why they are open if they don’t have food to serve!? Sounds like a management issue not ordering the correct supplies. From all the other reviews I’m reading sounds like a constant and recurring issue. Won’t return for awhile. Just moved here and don’t want to drive to heights but I will after this.
I was the second car in a long hiatus in the drive through. Woman began taking my order. Everything was coming up wrong on the screen but I didn't say anything. She asked if there was anything else so I ordered a drink. She became quiet for no reason and I sat there for 10 minutes. The screen said order canceled. I ended up leaving after wasting about 18 minutes in the drive through and didn't get any food ordered
I came around 130pm, and they didn’t have about 3 things I asked for, and the response was it’s going to be about at least 45min to an Hour before the items would be ready! Seriously a hour ??? This location is straight garbage! Every time I come to this location they are out of 3-4 things and it’s always going to be a 10-15 minute wait! Don’t even try to come 2hrs before closing time they won’t have anything and it’ll all be soggy food that’s been cooked and sitting on the warmer so they can clean up and leave! They don’t care at all about serving decent food or providing great customer service! There’s a reason why this location has a 3 Star Rating!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
It says they close their drive thru at 10:30 but theyre always closing at 10. Every other Panda Express closes their drive thru at 10:30 i dont know why these lazy people dont want to work.
Doesn’t matter what time I come here there’s always an issue. I do door dash and do not even get acknowledged until I ask about an order. Another customer came in right after me and was greeted and his order was immediately made. He was door dash also. It’s 20:55 and the sign says the lobby closes at 21:30. Chairs are put up and the lobby is already closed so now me and the other 15 cars in line are waiting in the drive thru. I don’t expect customer service anywhere I go anymore but it’s a Friday night and you are closing early. Update: got to the speaker and they have none of the food the customer ordered. Thanks for wasting my time Update 2: we should all understand that it’s not the regular workers there making the decisions. It’s the upper management and the owner to blame. Profits over people
Horrible place to eat!! I waited 30 min the the drive threw lane then the kid at the window was so rude. Then my food was cold and soggy. Never again!!
For service of give them a negative review. I get there and most of the plates are empty. Then when I ask how long I'm told 7-8 min amd they'd bring it to me. So after waiting about 10 min I go to check on my order which is still sitting there not finished off. And the young lady that seen me standing there says " I didnt take your order so I dont know what you had" then told me id have to wait another 2 min for my ragoons because somebody gave mine to the Drive-thru anyways I got my money back and I'll never go back!
The customer service at this location is RUDE . You mean to tell me you pay your employees a fair wage and they come to work with an attitude. Snatching money from customers . Seriously you need to talk to your staff . I understand it’s a job but the least you can do is have courtesy for your customers. I am big and pregnant and so happened I wanted panda well today was the worst experience I had ordered orange chicken once I began eating the chicken was all black inside bad smell rotten also the rice had a awful smell to it as well.
Zero stars honestly I was there and got 2 plates one sesame chicken honey shrimp. One kungpao chicken they gave me shrimp and the kungpao. I’m allergic to shrimp I was told by Alejandra at this location they cook everything in the same oil. Which should be reported cause they don’t care about allergies and she kept interrupting me and hung up while I was talking. Will never eat here again. The drive thru people are always high and messing up my orders.
I ordered a bigger plate from here and it was a roach in my food ! It came tied up in the bag. It came from the store like that! I called them the same night they were closed. So I called the next morning and they didn't give my money back! I wasn't able to take a picture because I had a mouth full of food and felt something moving on my lips I spirit it out with a mouth full of food. So I freaked out! Just BEWARE!! Never again!!
I posted a photo already, but we are extremely disappointed with Panda tonight. When we pulled up to the window my mom asked if we could add egg rolls. The girl said no. But why? Doesn’t really make sense. We’re paying customers. Well we get all the way home and I open up my order which had broccoli beef, except there was no beef. Absolutely none. Highly upset with the service this evening.
This is by far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever ordered from. The manager clearly is incapable of keeping food/condiments in stock. The staff had a poor attitude. I have had Panda Express is Florida, Louisiana, and their food/customers service was impeccable. This Panda Express needs new staff and management. The reviews speak the truth. Yelp has this location with 1 stars across the board. Google shows horrible reviews as well for this location.
Customer service has never been good here .. mostly girls that seem to be bothered by questions and or having to something as simple as putting napkins in a bag. Don't go after 8pm because they will be out of almost anything you want. Funny but true. Foods not good but without any real competitors, it seems thus place won't change...
We stopped by the drive thru for lunch. We placed our orders. I asked for a plate with double firecracker shrimp and steak and chow mean. My wife ordered a bowl of orange chicken with fried rice. Upon getting home we found our order completely messed up. I received one order of firecracker shrimp with a double order of fried rice. My wife order was a double order of orange chicken and chow mein. My steak pieces were full of gristle and had no flavor. The shrimp was very good. I do not recommend this restaurant.
When I went there , Panda Express I wasn't very happy. There was only leftovers cold and it looked like already dry. I took only very little and made sure nothing to scratch from the corners of the food or was really dryer Out. It wasn't a Good experience so I'm not going there again it was around 5 pm maybe they were going to clothing the restaurant , I don't know,,,,,😟😳

Why does this Panda Express Stop serving fresh food at 9:30pm? They ran out of white rice and chicken at 9:30pm and weren't making more. Then closed 10 min early! Is it just the Cove Panda Express that does this... Harker Heights doesn't.
Keep driving it’s NOT worth the stop. I ordered a bowl for my grandson fried riced and beef and broccoli. Well after getting home we were given someone else’s order and after a long day too tired to drive back. I should of Door Dashed from Great Wall on Willow.
Why order ahead 45 minutes if they cater to every customer and give you bullshit excuses on what's taking your order so long? Literally. Sat here and watched lines of people walk off with their food and my order was never ready. I could had went to setchezuans with this wait time good lord
The Staff and management refuses to cook their vegetables and meat throughly. Instead of serving cooked vegetables, they serve almost completely raw vegetables. Hard large chunks of broccoli that is extremely difficult to chew. They make it clear that they don’t care about their customers, they only care about how they want to it. Bad practice on their part.
We just placed an order thru the drive thru and I ordered a 2 entre plate with kungpo and honey zest chicken im very disappointed that on my honey zest chicken I only got 2 pieces.....
This is the second time we have been here that they are out of items and there will be a 10 wait. That was after being in the drive thru line for 20 minutes(only 3 cars ahead of me) and waiting 5 minutes for the person to come to the mine to take our order. The person ahead of us waited a good 5 minutes to have her order taken also. We left and went somewhere else. Will not be coming back to this location. Hopefully Harper Heights location has it together
I should have known better to come right at opening. Google says they open at 930. They do not. They open at 10. However, their staff doesn't show up, so they don't open on time. My kids begged for Panda for their birthday lunch, and I get to let them down because this store isn't consistent.
Signage on door, google listing and Panda's website all say this location opens at 10:30am on Saturdays. Doors were all locked at 10:40am when I arrived to pick up an order. Employee came out and said they don't open until 11am. I explained their hours listed everywhere and she responded with "oh well, we have no food ready" and shut the door on me.
The only reason this review gets a one star is due to the employees. I went through the drive-through and they were very quick. The young lady who gave me my food was beyond nice. She looked me in the eye, smiled and said thank you for coming. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a teenager or young an adult do that to me. Thankfully, I was so hungry that I went ahead and opened the box about a block away from panda. When I looked inside, I could see that I did not get the fried rice that I had ordered but noodles instead. Thankfully, I didn’t wait to open the box in till I got home… which is an hour and 15 minutes away. No big deal, mistakes happen. I turned around, and parked in the parking lot and walked in and explained the problem to who I think was a manager. He immediately said no problems and he went and got a box of rice for me. As I said above, I was hungry. So I opened that box of rice and took a bite. I could tell that they attempted to season it, but fell far short. I would much rather have had white rice since there was nothing appealing about their fried rice. So I tried the honey chicken and have eaten three or four nuggets and I’m still not sure that I’ve had any chicken in it. I’m pretty sure I’ve been eating batter. So I decided to try the noodles the race was not agreeable. I’m not sure what was wrong with them, but they were on the verge of being mushy. I checked out Google reviews before I went there and if I remember correctly that you were 3.3 stars. After this experience, I understand why.
So after not having three of the meats that I asked for this is what I got. Apparently I am on a diet or they are running out of food. Not even a scoop of rice, the green are old and over cooked, and the meat looks less than desirable. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location. Truly disappointed!
Have ate at this location several times, how hard would it be to cook the vegetables. I understand we all have different tastes but if i want raw vegetables, i can go to heb or walmart and get a vegetable tray.
Ordered big plate. They wanted to charge 1.50 for each of the entrees, because I wanted all shrimp instead of 3 different entrees. Turning a $12 meal into $15 due to a “premium” entree. This is the second time I have left this panda frustrated. Panda constantly has staffing issues and poor attitudes at this location. FYI last week I was here and got the same thing and did not get an up charge.
I called Panda Express to advise that the chow mein I received in my bowl was overcooked and everything was pretty much mush/soggy. When the manager answered the phone she has a HORRIBLE attitude like she was bothered. The manager is absolutely DISGUSTING with her customer service!!! She is working 05/13/2024 at 12:30pm at the copperas cove location and I called to advise her that the order I received had soggy noodles and veggies and she had a HORRIBLE attitude like she could care less! I asked her if there was anything that we could do to fix it, she straight up said “NO” I asked her why, she said “because I’m here with my cooks I know I didn’t send out soggy noddles and veggies” her customer service is absolutely horrible!! She should definitely look at a different line of work because customer service is NOT for her. I will be telling everyone I know not to go to this location because they will be treated like their food that was messed up is their fault and not Pandas. I hope they get a better manager because the current one has HORRIBLE customer service.
Order was completely wrong, no fault to the Uber driver. Once I called to notify the manager, he stated that I would have to come to the store and a refund could not be given or compensation. Every time I visit this Pandora Express there is always a issue. Definitely unsatisfactory service. The bowl was supposed to be chow mein and honey sesame chicken and the plate is missing honey sesame chicken. Only gave one star because I had to. 🙄
