Past the drive-through got our drinks after we paid and still had to wait a little over 47 minutes for our order to be handed to us. By this point, our drinks Were watered down they didn’t replace them or give us even an extra piece of chicken or sides for the inconvenience.

Sat in drive thru for over 25 minutes with 0 people in line. No response after the first initial person saying we will be with you. As I was driving away. The people working inside were laughing and on their phones. They would get terminated any here else.

Absolutely the worst Popeye's in the world. Employees are very unprofessional, food and orders are always wrong or missing something. Inside the store is dirty. The regional leadership really needs to to something about this store .... It's absolutely horrible..... And I love Popeye's.

The service staff is very slow, bad attitude, poor quality. There is 1 male and 1 female staff wearing gray-blue shirts, big figure. Many times I came to get food, I received poor service like this.

I was the only car at the time on a Saturday around 5 pm. When I was at the window waiting for my order, I noticed all the employees were handing the food with no hair nets nor gloves, not one of them. One of the guys noticed me looking and told the cashier to tell me to pull forward to the door away from the window. Mind you there were no other customers, I found it odd and weird, but I did. After I received my food, I asked why did I need to pull forward, the reply was, "we'll get in trouble if we take too long". Really confused, bothered me i couldn't see what else was unsanitary. I didn't receive any napkins, nor condiments at all. Disappointed, will NOT be going back.

Don’t waste your money. This location is serving smaller portions than others to get more of your money for less food. They don’t fill the sides up more than 1/2 to 3/4 and the “large” tenders are smaller than a human finger. I guess shrinkflation is the policy from this location. Go to another Popeyes or any of the other chicken places in town so you can get your moneys worth.

I had an extremely poor experience at this location several months ago, but love Popeyes and hoped maybe by now they had some turnover or things had improved. I was mistaken. Firstly, why is it acceptable to let your customers order at the box surrounded by very large spiders and cobwebs? I understand it's not in a food prep area but it's disgusting nonetheless. What if a spider descends from the awning and bites someone while they're ordering?? Despite the late halloween exhibit, I remained hopeful for the food. To my disappointment they completely left out my mashed potatoes and gravy. Order issues seem to be consistent compared to my last visit here. Idk who the GM is of this location but they need to be fired. This is hands down the worst Popeyes I've ever had the displeasure of living near.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the breading is falling apart and mayo falling out the sandwich. I order again a spicy chicken sandwich and gave them another chance. Gave me a regular chicken sandwich. They don't know the difference between spicy and not spicy perhaps. Never buying Popeyes in cover. The inability to make a sandwich is painfully pathetic.

Popeyes in copperas cove texas is the worst I have been to in the United States. Order wings and got a box of grease and powder.Ordered an extra cocktail sauce for the shrimp..was charged 27 cents and they gave me a ranch dipping sauce. If I could rate this with a negative number I would

Tried to order the tackle box and 2 piece spicy chicken combo coleslaw was good mashed potatoes were good but the chicken made me sad my chicken was slightly burnt extra crispy I wanted dark meat the man could not hear me good so I got a chicken breast that was dry and flavorless I got a thigh that had barely any meat on it. Soda machine was down lemonade machine was just repaired and not ready I haven't been to Popeye's in months and probably won't go back now 🥺

Just left this location, around 3:45 on 23 June 2022. Food cold as hell, chicken taste unseasoned, and I don’t know what kind of thighs these are, but it shouldn’t be the size of the palm of my hand, and forgot all my dang sauce, Yes!!! I put time and date, so they know who was the sorry a** crew there, whoever the manager is you need to retrain or just hang up your Popeyes shirt.

Jan 10 2022 Order # 26 4:31 pm My Husband and I Chose to order for a Birthday treat for me from my Mom on our way back to our home in Killeen 11 miles away We have a limited budget so eating out is a rare chance . 17.64 for 2 Big Box Strips order the person working drive through had to stop our order more than once to consult someone about what went into the order she also lacked any customer service skills and my husband ordered 2 Coleslaws since there were no red beans and rice somehow she decided he wanted 2 fries by then it seemed pointless to correct that When we got home we found the chicken dry and cold the fries as well and the serving size for my Mashed /Gravy and Mac/cheese were in a medium container and only filled the bottom of those containers The entire episode has certainly not been the best and with my 17 years as a Customer service rep for Boost Mobile and Netspend I can say the drive through person would not have made it through my classes If this location is any indication of the others in our area I think we can pass on Popeye's also complaint left in email and Facebook have yet to acknowledged by Corporate so I think you know how they operate. Don't waste time or Money with them
