Moriles Ribera Córdoba Reviews
The food was delicious. The 3 dishes chicken tagine, meatballs and local stew we had tasted like home cooking. The waitress Emma was very helpful and provided friendly service. It was very cold outside but felt warm in the restaurant. Thank you!
I can highly recommend this place. Very good food and great service - friendly and also helpful to choose the right amount of food. Recommendations: -Battered Caliphate eggplants with a Pedro Ximénez sweet wine reduction and sesame seeds - Mazamorra from Córdoba: the white ancestor of Salmorejo, cold garlic soup made with almonds, milk, olive oil and vinegar - Patatas bravas with VERY SPICY sofrito and aioli (it's not too spicy and even if it is to you, you can cool your mouth with the Mazamorra)
Easily one of the best Spanish restaurants I have had during this trip! The atmosphere was superb and cozy, people were nice and friendly and most importantly, each and every piece of food was FANTASTIC. I would personally recommend the Flamenquín and Salmonrejo, if I can come back then I will try a dish of Rabo de Toro. Enrique was super nice and helpful, thank you for nice recommendations😉 I loved this place and would like to recommend here to everybody who visits Cordoba! GRACIAS 잘 먹었습니다✌️
Great culinary experience. The menu is varied and offers the Cordova classics like Salmorejo and all the traditional tapas and in addition some very unusual dishes. We loved the local cheese salad with pear and the tuna in mojito sauce. The sautéed squid was nice and tender. And the combination with purple cabbage worked wonderfully. All the greens and veggies were very fresh. The service was very welcoming. Highly recommended as a lunch or dinner option in Cordoba.
We had both a delicious and memorable dinner! A major part of our 5 star dining experience was our server Carmen. Her friendly personality and sparkling smile were evident as soon as we were seated. No matter what happened, including someone at another table asking for their salmorejo (Spanish cold soup) to be warmed up in the microwave (????), her positive attitude and smile would not be affected. Carmen deserves 5+ stars for her excellent customer service!
Our favorite meal in Cordoba. Our server, Carmen, was friendly, helpful, and attentive. You can order many dishes in 3 different sizes: tapas, medium, or large. Medium is great for two people. We ordered: -salmorejo* -Mazamorra* *note: these are soups but for Americans, they’re more like a dip. Order a basket of bread so you can dip it into both -Mozarabic meatballs -Battered Caliphate eggplants (A MUST!) The drinks are delicious - we got the sangrias and fitifiti (local drink). And don’t forget to order dessert! The cheesecake was fabulous.
José provided an excellent service and attention to our little one. A high chair and a diaper changing table are available. The interior is exquisite. Many tapas are original and different from the regular ones found in Spain. Everything tasted fresh. We really appreciated our experience. There are also bottles of wine you can buy to-go with a small discount price.
The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming,, even without a reservation at lunchtime, they found us a table. We tried the Iberian ham, mixed veggies salad, two hot dishes, desserts, and coffee; all of which were excellent. It was a truly enjoyable meal and a great way to experience local flavors. Highly recommended!
