Christian at the front counter had a great attitude and vibe. Genuinely looked like he was enjoying talking to customers. Very very rare nowadays even at sit down restaurants!

I stopped at this location today, and was really impressed with the experience. They greeted me with a smile, and the food was fresh fresh! It made me look around, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I know, it's a fast food restaurant! I live nearby for 6 months, and I never been here until today. I will definitely choose this over Rice Pot everyday, and twice on Sunday. Two thumbs up!

Please note - the atmosphere is for a quick and efficient drive thru experience (I have never been inside here). The food is well prepared and very quick when ordering. I live in Denton and while the 288 location is closer, this on/off to I-35 makes this a much easier location to visit. The staff us also very welcoming.

I called and was able to get it back immediately and everything was there as I had left it. Can’t thank you guys enough. 10 Stars if possible! ⭐️

Ro was absolutely amazing we had a brief pleasant conversation and she was very nice but the reason I'm leaving a review is because of all the positive interactions I witnessed while eating there. Greating everyone with a smile striking up conversations with everyone that came in. Even one lady thanking her so much she ended up giving her a hug asking her to keep in touch. It was very touching to see, sounds small but I can tell she has such a great heart and is an outstanding human being that made the experience so pleasant. Thank you Ro you rock🙌

Really enjoyable lunch experience. Good food good vegetables good chow mein. We can’t go wrong here.

I used the drive thru and ordered a few plates... For myself and my kids. It was difficult to order for my kids because nearly everything is spicy and veggies are cut too large. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait on two of the items because they were cooking a new batch. That was fine, I get it, but I ended up waiting 40 minutes. Had I known it would be anything close to that kind of wait I would have declined, I had two starving kids in the car! I would have appreciated some honesty when I was given an approximate wait time. The food was delicious as always.

The workers are super friendly and the store is pretty clean. We enjoyed our visit here on our roadtrip through Texas. Their orange chicken is good and their lo mein is okay. Their fortune cookies are amazing.

The food was pretty good as expected. They seemed to be a bit understaffed so service was slower than expected. The fried rice tasted like it had been out for a while. Overall it just wasn't the experience that I'm used to with Panda. I'll give them another shot and hopefully, next time will be up to their usual standards.

I love Panda Express food, and usually we get great service. This restaurant is still fairly new, and they are still going through growing pains. There was only 1 other group in the restaurant, and a few people in the drive through, but they were out of several items. They seemed out of sync and lacking direction. The food was good, but some had obviously sat for a while. I will give them another try.

I come here frequently so that’s why I have the food 5 stars! I would give service a higher star but I gave it two because this employee name Willow was so rude! I am pregnant so I have my cravings and he was rude about me asking for extra veggies in my chow mein! Like I usually have no problem with the employees picking out a few veggies but he was just in such a rush with no customers in the store waiting behind me. I could understand if it was busy but it wasn’t and he was being dismissive. Next time I’ll just ask another employee to help me.

Asked for food to be cooked fresh, but it appears they may have mixed old with a little fresh on one order because pieces of the orange chicken were hard and crunchy. Went through drive in around 8:40, so it could be the reason 1 order was not completely fresh.

Small portions compared to other panda express locations.

You get food fast. Not temperature hot like I expect. I ordered 2 beef & broccoli bowls. Maybe 5 pieces of beef in each and the broccoli was so big it was hard to eat. No knife was provided but was necessary. It wasn't much for a $9 bowl.

Ordered shrimp freid rice and was told they didn't have that. Ordered fried rice with shrimp, that they had???? Vegitables were hard and under cooked and cheaply done. Broccoli was nothing but undercooked stems No crowns Shrimp was good and spicy

first time on this panda in other ones the portions were good and the staff friendly, on this one the staff was rushing me and one portion was a joke, i ordered broccoli beef and the girl put 4 pieces of meat and these were too small, and 11 pieces of broccoli, not return again.

Update: guy at the drive thru was very rude & curt. He forgot to give me a drink I ordered & when I asked for it he rolled his eyes & got an attitude. They didn't give me any soy sauce either. Had to wait 10 minutes for our meals but it was hot & fresh. Would go here again.

Lots of empty pans on the food line. I should've known something was wrong when there wete3 no cars in the drive thru and no guests inside, every Panda I have ever been to is ALWAYS busy. So yeah just skip this one unless you're like me and are craving it. I wasted $25. So you have been warned. My food had no flavor and was sub par. Barely ant sauce on my orange chicken. Chow mein tasted funny. Steak tasted like liver. Egg rolls over cooked, but I like mine thay way.

Came to pickup an order that I placed online and the service attendant at the winfow was rude and ask me to come around when my order was ready and did not offerto take it out to me. Then he when and slammed the service window after I asked if he could bring it out to me when the order was ready and he refused. Bad service do not bring people back.

They barely put any of the entree in either of my bowls. I didn't pay $20 for a super greens and chow mein. I wanted my chicken and wife wanted honey walnut shrimp. Never answered their phone when I tried calling back to tell them I got shorted ony order. Very upset and now I need to go get my dinner from somewhere else. Bad service all around and waste of time and money.

Super long wait. Understaffed. Love Panda, but this panda keeps disappointing. You will spend 25-35 min every time in the drivethrough line. Then they always tell you they are out of some item and it will be “3-5 minutes, pull around and park out front and I will bring it right out”. 25-35 more minutes someone will bring out your food. This has happens regularly. Unless you want Panda and are willing to wait 40-60 minutes for your food, you may want to try somewhere else.

What a continuous disappointment...tonight was absolutely the LAST time I order in Panda. Ordered a plate...nothing to write home about as usual...noodles, 2 meets and 2 small veggies spring rolls. Pretty fast realized it was way! too spicy...though what I ordered is not supposed to be spicy. Threw away more than half cause it was totally inedible. What also set me off this time is that none of the (basic) sauces I ordered were in the bag. No..I did not check...it's kinda obvious. That's the 2nd Denton location that does all it can to make sure that customers are NOT back.

I go here alot and the meal that I picked up thru the drive and got home was terrible. First it smelt alittle weird. The noodles were not cooked fully and the shrimp was Terrible. I ate 2 bites and threw it away. I was very disappointing. I will not be going back to this establishment.

I ordered a bowl and everything tasted great but the portion was a huge issue. I ordered beef and broccoli and rice and no exaggeration got 4-5 pieces of beef and 3-4 pieces of broccoli. This location needs to really adjust their portion sizes, I don’t expect a heaping amount but 5 small strips of meat on a giant bowl of rice just doesn’t cut it for $9.

Placed my order online for pick up and the app said to arrive 15 minutes later. When I arrived they couldn’t locate my order and then the staff realized they had left the ticket on the printer the whole time. No big deal to me, I know it would only take a few minutes so I asked if I could have my drink I ordered while I waited. She said that I would have to wait until I got my food which I found odd because if I had ordered in the restaurant they would’ve given it to me right away. Got my food after 10 minutes and went home to find the portions were way under filled to the point I got only one piece of steak (which is extra) on my entree and the small “entree” box was only filled half way as well. It was honey walnut shrimp and I only got 3 pieces. The lomein was barely even there, I only got 2 bites and the rest was rice. They used to give decent size portions but this was super disappointing as I paid almost $20 for my food. I had planned to save half for later but the portions were so small it didn’t work out. Will not be ordering here again.

The workers here and especially the manager are incredibly useless and all need to be replaced. I have never gotten a complete order. Ever, however I was always willing to over look the simple mistakes but today finally did it for me. My order arrived burned, completely inedible. Went to the store to get either a refund or the food replaced and was basically told to kick rocks because it "doesn't look burnt". I was the one that had to sit through the incredibly uncomfortable position of eating the disgustingly burned food thst these workers seem to think I'd acceptable. I got my money back from talking to the bank, but I will forever go out of my way now to trash this place. Buyer beware, you're better off going a few miles up the road to any other panda. Edit on 01/27/25 Wow, you know I came back today tk give this place another chance. Just as bad as I remember. Never again. Their apple pay terminal isn't working at the window, manager tried telling me its never worked. Gtfo, why is thus specific panda so terrible

I ordered over the phone to pick up in 5-10 minutes. When I got there, well after 10 minutes, the team didn't have my order ready nor did they have my bill ready for me to pay let alone my drinks ready. I sat in line for dang near twenty minutes after I ordered over the phone to pick up. I paid $26 for two bowls of food that were lukewarm and mainly rice- I didn't even get a full scoop of the meat and vegetables in either bowl. The egg-rolls were downright disgusting. They were over cooked and greasy and looked like they'd been sitting there for ages and the insides were pale and dry looking. Never have I ever been more disappointed or dissatisfied with a meal at Panda. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone I know.

No problem with the food (it's awesome!) at Panda Express, but there are real issues with the service at this location. Clearly, carry out customers get served before customers dining in. I get it - you gotta serve both. No problem. However, we stood in line for almost 15 minutes before it moved at all. This was due to the staff serving carryout orders before in-store customers. Also, quite a few entrees and sides were all gone. Customers dining in now had to wait additional time for fresh entrees/sides to be made. Not cool. When the staff continued serving carry out orders first, we left.

Asian female manager working at 2:30 pm on June 13... very rude to customers. She needs training in customer relations. I am handicapped and I needed the food in to go box instead of the loose plate so I would not drop the food. She got angry and sarcastic and pulled out a random box and not the to-go plate. Then when I insisted on the to go plate, she filled the plates half full. I then ordered 2 spring rolls. She said, you can't order this way... you have to say 1 order, not 2 spring rolls." By the time it came to pay, I had lost my appetite. All the other staff in kitchen and to go window were super nice to everyone; they should teach the manager some manners.

Was given horrible food. Turned around and asked for a refund. The female in drive thru stated she couldn't. It was against company policy. But, it's okay to sell bad food. She was very rude refused to give a refund. Per store manager directives over the phone. Called corporate, Individual over the phone stated no call back from the district manager. Useless to resolve issue

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Panda Express. I ordered broccoli beef through the drive-thru and was told it would be a 5-minute wait, which I was completely fine with. But when I got my food, it honestly looked rushed. The meat was extremely pale, and there were only about three small pieces in the entire bowl. I know it’s called broccoli beef — but where was the beef? It was mostly broccoli. The rice was mushy and didn’t taste fresh. For a moment, I honestly thought I had been given chicken because of how light the meat looked. Very disappointed in the lack of quality and care. This was not worth what I paid for.

I’ve now been to two different locations recently, and both times they were “out” of white rice near closing. When I asked why, I was told it’s management policy not to cook anything the last hour before close to avoid waste. That’s right—white rice, the cheapest, most basic staple in the world, is apparently too precious to risk having leftovers. Meanwhile, they’re still charging full price for your meal. So enjoy your cold orange chicken and whatever scraps are left behind, because full service clearly stops long before the doors actually close. Here’s a tip, Panda: if you’re not going to serve the full menu, don’t pretend to be open. Or maybe just invest in a calculator to realize the cost of a little rice isn’t worth alienating paying customers. Until then, I’ll be getting my rice (and dignity) somewhere else.

Extremely slow service. Was told the chow mein would take 3 more mins, ended up waiting almost 15 mins. Staff couldn’t care less when I asked and did not rush to bring my food out at all.
