Nice place but small truck park

I ordered a crispy chicken and got beef instead of chicken. No coffee other than espresso in McDonald's. Service extremely slow. I am adding one star for Dua Lipa playing in the bathroom.

They put old salad on the hamburger and the meant was not great a bit like plastic. Bad service. I can't imagine eating a salad here. I think not even wash

We stop here with the bus like last time and the bus drivers and teacher didn't get a free meal(menu). Food was awful and no help from the workers inside. Two girls weren't helpful to us. They were rude. We bring them today 100people! First time that we didn't get a free meal.

McDonald’s used to be known for consistency and convenience, but after the recent scandal, it is impossible to see the brand with the same eyes. What should have been a simple meal now feels like a gamble with quality and safety. The real problem is trust. Once customers start questioning what is really in the food, the entire foundation of the brand collapses. Instead of clear answers and transparent accountability, McDonald’s has responded with silence, vague statements, and corporate spin. For a company of this size, with millions of families relying on it every day, that is simply unacceptable. Visiting the restaurants only reinforces this disappointment. Food quality is inconsistent, often served lukewarm or poorly prepared. Service is rushed and impersonal. Cleanliness in several locations falls below even basic standards. Combined with the shadow of the scandal, every bite now feels tainted with doubt. It is shocking that a global leader would allow itself to fall so low. McDonald’s has the resources to set the highest standards in the industry, but instead it has chosen shortcuts, cost-cutting, and damage control. The scandal made one thing clear: the brand’s priorities are not the customers, but the profits. For me, McDonald’s no longer represents safety, trust, or value. Until the company makes real, visible changes, starting with honesty, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The golden arches are supposed to symbolize happiness, but now they only remind us of what happens when trust is broken.

We was here today Sunday 25th and we waited for 20min. We asked several times to the worker Davide when the order will come, he said it’s coming, however we was here 20 min and many persons received the food and us waited for a very long time. Only when we asked for the complaint book, the order came. Terrible service

The worst mc donalds we ever visited!!! Very slow service, they always forget half things to give to us, very impolite and rude staff 🙄
