Girl with the maroon/dark hair at the registers was so sweet! My coffee and munchkins were ready just as I walked in (5 min from placing my mobile order).

Delicious coffee! My favorite! They run out of many donuts too early in the day. Please plan better, especially for Sundays! Have more cream filled and Bavarian cream. It was before 11 am and cream-filled were gone, and only 3 Bavarian left!

The closing staff are amazing!!! Two thumbs up!!! Always friendly and accommodating!!! If Kristen is working and I see her vehicle I always swing in she is always 💯% sweet and my kids live her. They were out of chocolate milk and my daughter was screaming 😭😭😭 so she made her one with the moca swirl and a regular white milk!!!! My daughter always remembers that when we go. She made her day!!!!

This is your typical updated Dunkin’. You can get lovely coffee drinks and excellent Everything Bagels! Not as good as those from Long Island but good. 😉 Updated exterior and clean interior. It gets quite busy so it’s a matter of timing.

Had a great time sharing a breakfast sandwich and coffee with my daughter. This place is always hopping. The store was in pretty clean shape and the staff was super friendly.

We stopped in for coffee and a bite to go early Sat. AM (02/21/14). The staff was friendly and helpful, the coffee was served as requested, and the food was good. Unless a Tim Horton's comes to Corning, we'll stop again on our next visit to the area.

During my visit they were not taking inside orders for some reason. You could order via mobile app or use drive thru. Bathroom was clean, ordered online, service was quick and friendly.

Great coffee, I love the iced coffees. There donuts are about average in my opinion. Also pretty pricey, a little over 4 bucks for a large caramel iced coffee with 4 sugar and 4 cream. If I'm ever close by I would defiently stop in for a iced coffee If I have extra money.

It's a well staffed Dunkin. You can't expect perfection but it's not because of the cleanliness or the staff. Just Dunkin is the bare minimum in quality of food and coffee.

I've been to this Dunkin a hand full of times and have never had a problem. The drive-thru line has been long, but it moves quickly. The food has been fresh and I've always gotten what I ordered. I'm not a huge Dunkin fan, but when I get in the mood for it, this is a decent one to swing into.

Inconsistent. Some of the sraff are awesome and some act like they just don't wanna be there. Sometimes the food and coffee Is great other times its horrible. I give it 50/50. Pain to get in and out on busy mornings.

I don't like Hotel coffee so we came here. I don't really buy Doughnuts at Dunkin' Dontus but my son eats the bagels there. Now the cashier was super friendly and fast which did not help much to speed up the line. There was a new kid working and he was just not getting orders right. Apparently he also did not know a cappuccino is not a Latte.

Love the frozen coffee, when the machine is working, but some staff at the window should be a little more courteous. I know they're busy because Dunkin is popular, but some people like the friendly interaction too.

This Dunkin is always slammed. A good thing, but that means delays and mistakes when the team rushes. Overall it's ok Dunkin, but be prepared to wait inside or at the drive-thru.

I love Dunkin, and this is my closest shop... but the service at this Dunkin is the slowest of any other Dunkin shop I've been to. If you want a morning coffee and muffin either make sure you don't need to be to work until 10 or drive a half hour North, East, or West to the closest shops and you'll still spend less time there.

I think some staffing has changed at this Dunkin' because drive-through has taken 15+ minutes two out of my last three visits (2-week span), which never used to be the case. Used to take 5 minutes, even with 5 cars ahead of me.

This location is crazy busy in the morning. The drive thru cars block the road & entrance. Once I got inside customers were everywhere waiting for their orders. Took me 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Wouldn't stop here again.

Not a huge fan of DD. I honestly find the coffee to be weak and the espresso to taste burnt. The drive thru in this location is atrocious. I love their French Vanilla swirl flavoring though just have to order dunkin dark. The ice tea is usually good as well. Donuts are not made on site anymore. Bagels are good. Overall the place is ok.

Used to be great, this past year or two though it's changed. The food and drinks always taste great, when you actually are given your order and not another customers order. If you get in the drive thru line with more than 2 cars ahead of you, you'll be waiting easily 20 minutes or more most days, when it doesn't normally take more than a couple of minutes per car at other locations.

How can I get the same drink at other locations but I get it here and it tastes disgusting. The servers are rude as well. What are you doing differently than the dunkin in PP? I'm never coming here again. Linea always backed up and coffee tasted horrible.

Selection of my favorite donut (old fashion) seems to be out always. Coffee is good old DD though. Wish they didn't have stupid paper cups. They don't keep coffee hot, just your hand. For that reason, I don't hit DD much anymore.

Get two out of three orders wrong

This is a very busy small location. Doughnuts sre shipped in and stale in my experiences there. Drive thru usually blocks intersection and impedes traffic most mornings.

Absolutely slow and never right. We were in town for 6 weeks and the lines daily were in the road, than never walked out of store or drive thru without something if not most being made incorrectly.

Three visits in a row, and my order had been wrong every time, even with me standing at the counter. Apparently if you order one of their combos, and don't ask for each individual item in the order, you won't get it. They also charge more for items that should be included in the combo. And if you address it, they just say "Sorry" and don't actually try to rectify it. Tired of getting it wrong. If you are from out of town, go to Wegmans instead. You won't regret it.

No consistency with dark roast coffee. Temps of coffee not consistent and added cream is I am guessing up to the server. Donuts not good anymore breakfast sandwich are a RIP off. You see businesses like this taking away from the ingredients using lower quality or fake processed foods at the same time raising prices. I would rather pay more for good donuts and breakfast sandwiches. So I give you Wegmans. Wegmans should incorporate a drive threw with their coffee . They would make a killing.

There at 11am on a Saturday morning. They were already out of many donut and muffin flavors. Most of the bins behind the counter were EMPTY and the drive through line had about 6 cars in it. This is poor management to improperly stock your shop so your stock does not even last until 11am!!! All we wanted were blueberry muffins, but all sold out before 11am! Go elsewhere!

The only thing good about this place is the sandwiches. Coffee is never good or mixed and service is horrible. There is a few nice people but most are horrible. Starbucks here we come.

Stopped a couple weeks ago for breakfast but the dining room is not open. No obvious sign posted on the door or any indication why - but dining area lights are off. The drive thru appears to still be open. That's fine, unless you have a truck with a trailer and literally cannot fit through the drive thru.

Drive through line was long so decided to go in. With no one inside I waited 5+ mins before my order was taken, then another 15 mins for the order to be completed. 2 iced drinks and a bagel. 1 iced drink was not made properly and my bagel was warmed and cream cheese on the side? Not sure what's going on here, but stay away from this Dunkin.

I ordered my two drinks on the opposite side of town. I waited in line 10 minutes with three vehicles in front of me. These wait times are consistent with what I've had to endure just for a drink within the last two months. Review 11/2021

I was so disappointed today with how my order was. I ordered a muffin which I asked to be warmed and it wasn’t! I also ordered a cinnamon roll. When I got my bag I had left the building so I could go to my office. Both of my items were just put in the bag no tissue paper around them! I had to ask for napkins and my muffin was not warmed! How are you supposed to eat something in the car without napkins or even the tissue paper for you to be able to place it down!

Sorry I have been to alot of dunkins across MANY states and this one is probably the second worst one I have been to. I also had my order wrong and had to go back and my hot coffee was so hot that it still wasnt drink able 20 min later. That is wild.

This Dunkin is poorly managed they mess your order up then refuse to remake or refund your money. I always have to get corporate involved. I get the same thing Everyday normally don’t complain or have them remake it but when it does get messed up they get pissy when you call them out. I spend almost $10 on one coffee Don’t recommend!!

Horrible. Every time i come here the coffee is either missing something I asked for or really really old. I just got a large iced coffee and it’s so old it tastes like feet. I sincerely dislike this location.

I went to Dunkin today before taking my daughter to the doctors. I placed my order had a few minute wait didn't think much of it. I got the the window the lady took my card gave me my coffee my daughter's donut and told me my sandwich (i ordered a ham wake up wrap) would be right out. I waited I waited waited some more. (20 minutes total) There was a line of cars behind me people leaving.. i tried to get the staffs attention. They ignored me. The lady that rang me out came over by the cash register i tapped on the window she opened the window. And said yes.. i said i was still waiting for my food she said can't you see there is only 3 of us working and i was making 8 coffees. I said no im in my car. She said well take the survey on the bottom of your receipt it will help us out. I said you could have said something like we are behind or im sorry still working on it. But you just left me sit out here. She said she wasn't the one to take my money i said yes you were. She said no i wasn't. I started to say yes you gave me... and she cut me off said she wasn't arguing with me said here is your food and threw it at me. I would have given them 0 stars but at least the crazy lady got my coffee right. What ever happened to customer service. I am sorry that you are short handed i think most of us have been there but if your that unhappy with your job dont take it out on the customers. Shame on Dunkin for letting staff treat customers so poorly.

Terrible service. Ordered online and still waited. 20 minutes in the store for one dozen donuts. 10 people in front of me. Still waiting for their orders after 15 to 20 minutes. Disorganized and inconsiderate. This is not uncommon for this location.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else I MEAN ANYWHERE...If I could give zero stars I would... Ordered cold brew first tasted like it was 2 weeks old and they added water so I traded it in for a hot coffee after they argued with me nothing was wrong with it...the hot coffee was just as bad if not worse as someone who travels for work and drinks coffee at least 3 times a day I've never had coffee that bad EVER..It's obvious the employees could care less about the quality of service and the quality of the coffee/food they make.

This used to be my go-to Dunkin. In the past even if the line was to the road, you would still get through in about 5 minutes. Now if I do stop in, I seem to spend half of my lunch break waiting in line for a simple coffee. And also the person who works the window usually has some sort of snarky, probably trying to be funny comment. Luckily there are two other Dunkin locations that can easily get you a coffee without ridiculous comments.

Literally everyday this week you guys have messed up my coffee. Usually I’ll just drink it anyway but today I’ve had it. First time I got a hot coffee instead of a iced coffee (#604) then I sent a coworker to pick up my remake and got #624 for Joseph which was an XL hot chocolate, called and talked to some lady that insisted the order was correct. Maybe yes Joseph’s order was correct but Jaki does not sound like Joseph so yet again mine was not. I go there everyday but will not be returning it’s Atleast $15 a day lost and your hot chocolate sucks.

Sucks at 230pm today i waited in drive thru ten minutes and never made it to order had to leave to go to work....Last Wed. Waited in drive thru took a few min. got up there ordered got to window they apologized for the wait then proceed to give me someone else's order which was blah ..Thursday last week 230 pm pulled up to order waited 5 min. No one answered intercom so pulled around waited at window 5 min. No one around so again had to leave. I Love Dunkin Iced Coffee but who they seriously need to get there act together or need some time management training ...Not Impressd

I would give less stars but not possible. Worst parking lot lay out ever imagined. The drive thru should be in the Guinness book of world records for smallest drive thru in the world. Lobby still closed and can't magane to staff properly so total trip time is north of 15 minutes at 3:30 PM on a Wednesday.

Twice I have gone to the dunkin on Denison parkway in Corning and have ordered HOT coffee and it wasn't even warm and both times they have not had donuts ugh! I'm done won't go their again. Not to mention I waited in line for 20 minutes and the place is filthy!!

Waited in drive thru for forever. Then my coffee was cold and they were all out of most doughnuts. The Manager that was at the window was also rude because I wasn't familiar with the different coffee's.

Every-time I go here it’s never a good experience they are always out of something and will leave you sitting in the drive through for 5 or more minutes without saying anything and there are only 2 cars ahead of you. This Dunkin is not worth it I don’t recommend

usually go to painted post dunkin but ended up here. asked for a buttered bagel and gave me cream cheese. my friend also asked for cream cheese on the side of her bagel and they slapped 3 inches thick of it on her bagel.

I was in today about 330pm. There was one employee swearing loud enough for the whole store to hear. The fbomb. The manager was not in. The employee I talked to was very nice and waited on us in a polite and quick manner.

I ordered a DoorDash order from Dunkin’. I received my package with missing hashbrowns so I called them and they said give me a minute so I waited and finally they came back and hung up on me so I called them again, and a different person answered and he was a little more helpful. But still they need to work on their customer service and actually completing orders.

Probably the worst DD I have ever been to. Look if you had one Dunkin' for the the most part you have had them all. So it comes down to customer service, employees, and cleanliness Wow. Some of the worst not only for a DD, but for any business. Do better

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been to almost e ery location from Rochester to Corning. This location is the worst. I waited 20 minutes in line before coming into the building to order. I was not allowed to use the bathroom until I ordered. It took another 20 minutes to get an iced tea. This location will NEVER get my business again.

This Dunkin is slow and the workers are rude. My 14 year old daughter and her friends were given rude looks, told to be quiet and were told that they couldnt order food. Then I went through to get a frozen coffee and was told they didn't have the right ice even though they just made a frozen drink inside. Then kicked everyone out saying the lobby is closed when they are open until 7. What a joke.

If I could give this dunkin 0 stars I would. This is the 3rd time my family went to get Dunkin’ since all of the changes in employees. I feel terrible for the employees but it seems they got thrown on the job without proper training. My coffee is always wrong and every time I get donuts for my kids they think shoving 5 donuts with frosting on them together and tossing them in a bag is a good idea… whatever changed needs to change back or give your employees the proper training they deserve so they don’t get so many complaints.

Open at 7 but they already shut down all machines so no hot coffee and no donuts. If you close at 8 your establishment should still function properly at 7:15. Otherwise close at 7. I stood inside for 10 minutes while staff smoked in the back. Very disappointed

Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru while cars in front and behind me drove around to the front door. Those cars were able to go in, order and leave before I could give or receive my order. Most of the donuts were out or very few (ONE) available!

This a horrible, horrible Dunkin. We made a quick stop to get couple coffees and a egg & cheese. The coffee didn't come for 10 minutes. When it did it was cold and burnt. The lady forgot about the egg & Cheese. I had to remind her twice. When I went to eat, i found out she had messed up the order. The employees were fighting with each other behind the counter. A quick stop became a 30 minute stop. This is the worst possible Dunkin you could go to.

Very rude service! I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and got some coffee lotte that I didn't like! I took it in and they said their ice machine was down and they could do any thing cause I ordered online so I was out the money I paid!

Ordered door dash. Sandwich was made wrong. Both coffees were very weak and tasted watered down. We also ordered a cappuccino and it was just another watered down coffee. Sadly, most of the times I go to this Dunkin in Corning they don't seem to have things together. It's very disappointing spending extra money for a coffee and sandwiches and then having them be so bad. You think Corning would do better.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Everytime I go in the store there’s a long wait regardless if there 10 people in line or you’re the only one!! The other day I ordered a white hit chocolate and hit a regular then i complain saying I ordered a white hit chocolate (my son likes white) and they acted like they didn’t care or do anything. Today I went in at 3 and all they had were a few doughnut holes, no doughnuts 5 hours before closing so I ordered a few, the guy dropped my change change on the floor and I didn’t get it all back and he said it rolled under the counter so I was shorted al it’s $1(not much I know but it’s principle). Today was it fir me, I’m done here and going to the painted post one…

It's 5:18 AM and Google and Facebook both state that you open at 5AM, I saw 2 girls on the inside but all the lights were off. I drove up to the drive thru and was told you were closed. If you changed your hours that's fine but if your workers are purposely not opening because they aren't ready or don't want too, you might want to do something about that.

Went to the Corning dunkin. Drive through was packed so went in. 4 workers wandering around but no one manning the counter 8 minute wait. Order was all wrong even though they had stickers. My LARGE iced coffee came in a large coffee cup and was told "we're out of the size you paid for" after I already waited another 5 minutes. I'm just leaving so pi!?&ed. Adding had to go back as hot coffee was cold. 😳

I was handed an extra large coffee thru the drive thru that the lid was not all the way on. Coffee went all over me, inside of my car and burned my hand. Not a great way to start my day. This is the first time something like this has ever happened and hopefully the last.

Worst DD in the Twin Tiers! Been waiting for my drinks for almost 30 minutes now! Yet watching cars pass through drive thru like they are going out of style.. Sat and watched staff argue and fight with another customer! Will definitely be contacting the franchise owner!

This location needs to go ahead and completely shut down inside pick up, parking is obviously horrendous but placing an order 5 minutes prior to walking in watching them get to the order make the order and put it down with a handful of others and them not even read the names after they talk to you and which one's yours. What would you like me to do go up to put my hands on every single one to read the receipt underneath? Good covid protocol

While waiting in the drive through, an employee came out with the trash and swung the large metal door open so far that it slammed against the side of my car. Dented and scratched the whole side. A police report was filed but Dunkin’ Donuts has not paid for the damage and will not return my or my insurance company’s phone calls after they had agreed to pay for the damage. I would be wary about going here. Very shady and no customer service whatsoever.

I have always been a huge fan of their donuts and other stuff. Never dissatisfied. On the other side, anymore their coffee is disgusting. Seems everyone I go to anymore, the coffee is watered down to the point that black coffee is just slightly darker than water with dirt in it. There is just no such thing as a solid, strong black coffee in there store's anymore. I will stick with gas station coffe and I hate to say it, but Starbucks too !

Consistently disappointed with this DD. This is about the third time I’ve ordered nothing but a small iced tea and they must make the tea in the same pot as the coffee because each time it tastes like coffee. $3 wasted this trip. I will not return to this DD in the future and will take my business to the DD in Painted Post. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed at how his/her business is being run. Reviews are horrible and you should be stepping in to fix many of the issues instead of leaving them for your employees to figure out. I can’t even call the phone number listed to make a complaint, I have to do it here for all the world to read. This was the slowest longest and unforgettable visit ever. I went through the drive through and I waited at least 5 minutes before I drove to the window and gave my order of 2 hot medium coffees. The girl that was at the window never apologized for not getting our order, or even gave me a receipt. I had to ask for it to fill out a survey. I could of made my coffee faster at home.

The staff is always nice, so this review is not aimed at them but the management. This is a donut shop that is always out of donuts by 4:00, closes at 7:00, and now won't even let you go inside to order. How are you supposed to pick what donuts you want when they have so few anyhow and different availability every time. We've been coming here for years and finally had enough and won't be coming back. You're nothing more than a drive through coffee stand, and McDonald's can do that as well, even faster, plus I can order inside.

If you want to wait 20 minutes for a coffee this is the perfect place for you! Slow service and orders constantly messed up. Employees are rude and food is almost always cold. I feel bad for employees as I feel like this may be connected to management/training. Would not recommend coming here. The Dunkin in Painted Post is 100 times better and is worth the drive if you have the time.

Worst DNKN ever - period! This place needs some serious overhaul, mgmt on down. Drive-thru is way too slow. Got the item ordered (nope). So bad and so much time to get A COFFEE, I didn't even want to turn around and waste more of my time with that drive-thru and getting the CORRECT coffee I ordered. Avoid this location at all cost. Better yet, just shut this place down. Almost $5 dollars and 15 mins of my time, only to pour it out. I don't know who's coffee they gave me, but that person shouldn't drink coffee. This Dunkin use to be so nice, what happened? The line is always insanely long and doesn't even move. If you order online and go inside to get your order you can't help but be embarrassed for the workers there. They have no idea what they are doing, walking around like they're in outer space. Also wearing pajamas must be their new uniform. Send in someone that knows what they're doing!!!

This has to be one of the worst locations. I swear half of them can not count or read. Or maybe they just dont care. Never any kind of consistency. The person that runs the Victory Highway Dunkin needs to come and shoe the entire staff how a Dunkin is run. And if you take offense to this then you are part of the problem.

So unfortunate that the one Dunkin still standing in Corning seems to be infested with workers who don’t value customer service or basic ethics. I was disappointed to be immediately greeted with horrible customer service to then find most employees following along inside laughing at how their rude female employee is speaking through the drive thru system to customers. When you actually have the products I want that you do make, my review will be better, the Dunkin wraps are the only food products I eat from Dunkin, but you haven't had it available for me to purchase in over 2 weeks. I like the other Dunkin wraps, but no longer available at any Dunkin. Please make sure you have enough products on hand. Disappointing

Ordered a 16 oz mocha and got about 10 oz of foam and maybe 6oz of coffee for $7. You all suck. Door dash wouldn't replace the coffee and when I called the lady was like yeah too bad huh.

I really hate it when the staff lies to my face. I asked for a hot latte and they rung it up as an iced latte, which is 3.99 on the menu that I am currently looking at. I get charged $6.59. I ask about the difference and they tell me it’s the same price right to my face. I’m not going to cause a huge scene over a dollar, but it is frustrating enough that I will share it in my review. Hopefully the next person doesn’t let them get away with it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to the drive-through this morning and ordered a caramel signature latte and guess what they forgot the caramel. Not usually one to complain but how can you forget the key ingredient in the drink? If I wanted a regular latte would've ordered that. Better off going to the Dunkin' in Painted Post for better service and better food and drink quality.

EVERY time I go there, EVERY TIME, the toast is NEVER toasted. Doesn’t matter what I order I just get warm bread. I don’t know if the machine isn’t working properly or the employees need to be trained on how to make TOAST, but it’s ridiculous. And the ROASTED red tomatoes are always cold. Where are the standards? So disappointed.
