Food was not warm. It didn't even melt the cheese in the burrito. It was some pretty bad taco bell. The girl working the register was very nice.

This TB is very dirty. The tables, floors and bathrooms were gross. They don’t have a changing station in either bathroom forcing me to change my baby on a table in the dining room. Which O had to clean before even using it to change a diaper. The women’s bathroom had a broken toilet that someone had pooped in. We ordered 4 bean burritos; none had cheese, onion or red sauce and when we went to get it fixed no one acknowledged us.

Ever since they went to AI system they are constantly messing up orders. When I called I’m told you can come back we will remake it. So I have to go out of my way to come back so I can speak with a human and get my meals correctly. I’m told that that ai system is very particular ok then get rid of it and have real people talk with you. We are a small town we don’t need ai or kiosk let people have jobs and stop using computers!

I order A Party Pack…. 9 out of 12 barely had any ground beef, tomato, lettuce n cheese. The Tacos had the bare minimum…. For the Price I paid NOT WORTH IT! Oh and the Nacho Supreme well Very dissatisfied Too …. Plenty of Nachos not enough toppings.

AI took my order, which you would think would give the staff time to actually prepare my order correctly. But you would be mistaken. I asked for no tomatoes, found them buried under the nacho cheese sauce, like they realized their mistake and just covered it up. Hardly any beef on the Nachos Bell Grande. Very disappointing. Taco Bell, like many other fast food places is getting more expensive and the food is less quality. Maybe instead of using AI, train your staff to do better.

I have no clue how this place is still running if I’m being 100 percent, it’s the AI AND the staff. Firstly the AI is bogus and makes it 2x more difficult for me to order and created frustration with my peers. Secondly the staff made it worse by being extremely unfriendly and didn’t bother to look the other direction when I was asking for some extra sauce packets. Very incredibly that for being in such a small town, AI is being used in this area. I absolutely despise it.

I went through drive through placed one order had a second order and was told 2 orders per car not available. This was today between 7pm and 8pm. I went inside made ordered paid then waited for drink was told it was unavailable they could give me something else. The staff was not friendly.

This Taco Bell is dirty. It is 2:15 on a Friday afternoon and there are two tables next to me that have not been cleaned off. The floor throughout is in need of sweeping: cheese, crumbs, and sauce packets are on the floor. Also, Taco Bell, I am not happy about the kiosk ordering service. I would prefer human contact.

Whoever is working the drive up on 4/25 at 6:30 pm needs to be trained on how to be personable. You welcome customers and give them their order by being nice. This person never hardly said boo and when she did you could tell she hated being there!!

It is very rare that I break down and eat fast food and I go to Taco Bell every time I go to talk about in Corning they mess up my order. They send things that I didn't order in my bag I order extra cheese don't get it. And I'm never compensated. Now I'm sitting here eating something I don't want to eat cuz it's not good for me and I don't have the energy to go back and have them fix it. It costs money for gas. I think Corning Taco Bell needs a retraining. The food is not good. Hopefully with better team management and not taking so long and your food getting cold while you're waiting. I'm eating cold nachos that I paid probably $5 for on the value menu and I ordered no meat the extra cheese should be free. But they can't even put that on even when I pay for it. Go figure do better Taco Bell maybe compensate me for the last 10 minutes you've messed up

I've been here twice on my lunch and asked for a crunch wrap supreme sub meat for potatoes and they write potatoes on the wrapper but didn't put any in, and also decided I probably don't want the nacho cheese either, so they basically give me a crunch wrap with lettuce and tomatoes, and the worst part is I have no time to go back and have them fix it because my lunch is up, avoid this taco bell if you're vegetarian or vegan
