This Pollo Loco is easy to find from either the 91 or the 15. Of course Pollo Loco offers above-average value for each dollar in that most of their offerings are healthy compared to other fast food. The food is true Mexican food and the chicken is grilled not fried! Don't miss it in Southern California!
Food was great and served almost instantaneously. I ordered inside due to having to make an office run and even with 5 separate orders spent maybe a maximum of 10 mins there. 8 of those mins were spent filling up Togo salsa cups

Great service from manager at 12:11 on 8/19/2017.There was a problem with the fryer that does the vegetables for the fajitas , so she had me pick something else for the same price of $5.00. What great service that was.Cudos to El Pollo loco for having a great manager. She is awesome.
Excellent customer service. My husband orders the same thing every time. 2 piece chicken with beans and salad and corn tortillas. A breast and a wing. Or sometimes order the wing combo if they have extra wings. When ever I go I'm always getting something different. My favorite is the double chicken tostada salad. YUMMY I would recommend my family and friends to go to this place.
I live on the East Coast. I come out to California to visit family and I always like to eat El Pollo loco. I've been a fan of them for a long time and I love the tortillas and salsa. If you are new to the area give it a try. The family meals are best bang for your buck.
I had an excellent experience. Flor, the manager on duty was very welcoming to my family. To me that means a lot. It makes me want to return. Also the food was excellent and served promptly. I loved the new Double queso quesadillas.

Regular customer since 2000. For me This branch has Always kept clean and drive thru has always been a snap to get through. Food is delicious. However I can taste a difference in the hot sauces. Also there's plenty of parking.
Foods great! Love the salsas, always freshly made. Dining room is a bit crunched for space, but food and great customer service more than make up for it. As for the people who wrote racists comments, if you don't like their employees, then you shouldn't go to a Mexican restaurant. Simple as that.
Had the double chicken tostada bowl. Very fresh and tasty. The dine area could have been cleaned up a bit. Floor was sticky from spilled drinks. But food and staff was great.
I like El Polo Loco. The food is really good. Whether you are ordering tacos to soup. It's all good. But, be warned, all facilities are not the same. I have visited where the food was simply aweful. The portions were small and the salads had water in it.
Our go to place. Place is kept clean. No complaints about employees. Food is always fresh. Adela is such a nice and courteous employee. I was going to order on the machines and she offered to take my order in the cashier. She was so nice too.
Came here for the BOGO deal they had for national burrito day and was very satisfied with my experience. The food was ready fairly quickly considering it was crowded. The service was excellent and the burrito was very tasty. I would have no problem coming back to this location again

This El Pollo Loco has Amazing Customer service and food is always fresh . The Manager Maria extremely professional and always remembers customer whom are regular. Surprised one of the few places where I can buy a decent meal at a decent price is now only El Pollo loco. Good food. The place was very clean inside. Impeccable service. No complaints for my fast food.
The Original Chicken Bowl has to be one of the best lunch values available at less than $6!
When I first enter whole staff was very Welcoming!! I went here two days ago. A Very sweet young lady helped me out. The place was clean and nice. The food was excellent!!! Honestly, I had an amazing experience. 9/10! I would recommend coming back and their new dessert flan is delicious with the churros! Thank You El Pollo Loco!
I had a great experience at El Pollo Loco. Carla was super friendly and helpful when I asked what is a healthy choice. She helped me with my order, gave great suggestions, and had such a positive attitude. Food was fresh and came out quick too.
Love this location, customer service is sometimes a bit off. Certain employees can be incredibly rude but overall a great experience. Highly recommend signing up for their rewards program as you get a birthday reward, free entree yay. Small location, with a small parking lot surrounded but a gas station and car repair place. Excellent dining area as well as patio, would definitely recommend visiting around the evening and enjoying the sunset while you eat.

A little neighborhood fast food place and usually they're exactly what they say on their menu however I've ordered chicken breast from there and from time to time they will be a decent size and other times they will be burnt and under-sized, and I've ordered a lot of things off their menu. So, you might need to check your order before leaving that place and make sure it's exactly as you ordered it.
Customer service at this location is awesome!!!... we loved the family combo with chicken and nachos, we never tried their churros before and we did this time ... are fantastic for the price!!! .. we loved 'em!!! i am no giving 'em the 5 starts because dining area was kinda messy...
If you plan to stop by during lunch make sure you have plenty of time. Their service is fast, it's just that everyone likes coming here at the same time so it gets backed up pretty fast around noon. The food is good and so is the service. Just expect a wait during lunch.
Their chicken is the bomb.. so are the side orders. I gave it 4 stars cause if you go inside you can only order through kiosk. That's time consuming and I don't appreciate it. Where's the customer service.

Been to this location 4 times within 2 weeks and the longest I've waited is 10 minutes which is pretty good because the food is great! The salsa is always fresh, and there's no funny over ripe avocado taste or slices thrown on their plates. The only thing I've noticed is that the portion size varies?! Also, they shouldn't advertise any plates with broccoli, they either don't serve it at this location at all or they always run out by 2pm.
Food was fresh, the restaurant was clean & welcoming, the service was good.... Except when calling the order numbers for pick up; I think they called out my number 3 or 4 times before I could even get up, and I wasn't seated far at all, maybe the 2nd table back. Not a big deal, but just a lil irked, because I'm 7 months Prego & the worker kinda looked at me like I should've ran up there... Just a little too urgent for the atmosphere & pace of service. Over all, had a pretty good meal.

The experience was cool. The chicken was delicious. I can't tell you how good the chicken was. That's why I love el pollo loco. The only reason I give 4 and not 5 is that the beverage dispenser was the only thing accessible. I had to ask for plates, forks, spoons, napkins. I had to ask for cups for the drinks I ordered. I had to rate the service poorly because absolutely nothing was offered to me. If the napkins, utensils, and salsa were accessible, I wouldn't care so much about the service but when everything is behind the counter, at least offer something. We dined in. Forks and napkins should be automatic followed by "would you like some salsa?" which is obvious so be ready for a "yes, please".
The food is what you expect, but the service and especially the cleanliness of the dinning room is much to be desired. I get my food to go because the place is always filthy.
My chipotle chicken burrito was ok, not a fan of fat and gristle in my food but guess that 8s what happens when you chop quick with a cleaver. The wife says her chicken breast meal was good. Unfortunatly the restaurant smelled like a fish house not sure how you her that smell when you are cooking chicken. I did not see fish on the menu. Overall an average experience.
last trip was horrible, bought 4 meals and each one was horrible for each of my family members. chicken tasted old and dried out, the lettuce was old, wilted, and some pieces were soggy. All of us had stomach issues later that night, this is not usual for this location and is very disappointing. hope its a fluke and not a trend
I stopped by for lunch at 10 am. Bring a driver in the Riverside County has definitely had it challenges with eating healthy. I actually googled the location and it says they open at 10am Dine-in, Curbside and for Pick-up. The doors were still closed. So I placed a call and was told only the drive thru was open. Sounds crazy. Someone needs to update the website and Google. I expect a timely schedule when it comes to el polo loco.
Fist time I use the app to order boy did I regret it. Placing the order was easy enough and I set it up for curbside. It gave me a six minute wait time and I arrived right on time. 25 minutes later no one came out and nothing like waiting for food. So I decided to drive up and wait another 15 minutes in the drive thru just to be told the system was not working correctly and my order was not processed but absolutely it was charged but ofcourse. Finally got my order but i don't think I'll be using the app anymore.
I used to coming to this location. I came during lunch time but expected it to not take me 40 mins from start to finish. It also didn’t help that I was charged the wrong price but they quickly fixed the issue. Food was great so no complaints there.
We were not sure what to order, it would have been nice if they had told us what their specials were while we were trying to decide. We would have saved money, and gotten more of the chicken we wanted, a much better deal. As it was, they screwed up the order anyway, we didn't get what we wanted. The food was good though. (We were hungry).
Food was great. Inside was horrible. Ice cubes and chicken bones all over floor. Tables had salsa and drinks spilled on some that were empty. Food was hot. Fresh, and on point.
Okay place. The food is pretty good. Except for the very last visit, which was fast, the food service is generally very slow. It's not uncommon to wait 20 to 30 minutes after you place your order. Though, drive-thru maybe little bit faster.
Came to dine in, the lobby wasn’t open, said drive thru only and there was a huge line so I decided to order curbside on the app. Ordered on app and waited 15 min then I knocked on the door, worker was there and ignored me. Finally called the place and asked what was going on, they said curbside ordering was off 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️. Gave 3 stars cause the lady who answered the phone did bring out my order eventually.
So this is how it works now. Everything is about speed. They crank out as many people through the drive thru as possible as fast as possible. This is faster than fast food. The quality of the chicken does not suffer. They are just cooking it all up ready to go before to get there. The room is not open. The door is not open. The phone is not answered. You can order online or with the app, but you're still going through the drive thru. You're getting good chicken and probably what you order. You're discouraged from checking because speed and drive thru, but if you don't check, you might not get your gravy like me. Also you need to know what you want exactly and ask for it in advance. If you don't ask, you get no forks, napkins, etc. For example, Ask for exactly what salsa you want. I mentioned we like the green salsa, and we got 12 of those but only 2 regular salsa for a 14 piece dinner. tl;dr Good 🐔🍗. Fast. Know what you're doing and getting before you drive thru.
Chicken always seems dry everytime I come. And I upgraded the largest family meal to substitute the wings for breasts. And when I got home there was no breasts. Only thigh and leg. I was told by a manager after a phone call that I can come in for a refund for the upgrade I never received, but when I went the cashier said there was no such note left behind for a refund..
Overall a good experience but I won't give them a 5 star. Cashier seemed really confused about my order when it was straightforward and when I pointed out there was no onion the manager told me it's because they had run out for the day and then proceeded to tell the staff in the back, in Spanish, to chop up some more. Great customer service would have been asking the staff to chop up some more at that instance. For this reason they only get 3 stars.
Cashier was friendly. However, big line in Drive-Thru and Lobby service too slow.. Store entrance door too hidden & far from parking lot. Hall too short to form a healthy physical distance with more than 3 customers. Cashier bagging the food!. And worse of all, chicken neither tender nor fresh. It was hard to chew, looked and tasted old!. For a Chicken Place, not good!
I understand bc of COVID things are a little complicated. But if indoor pick up is not an option, than don’t include it on the app or maybe add a sign that says “Pick up through drive thru.” I scheduled a meal 2 hours in advance for pick up at 2PM, I get there all the doors are locked and the phone number doesn’t work, I called at least 10 times, what’s the point of the phone number? By 2:45PM I still hadn’t received my food. I ordered ahead to avoid the drive thru line to make it back to work in time. I knocked on the door and was ignored, I was not the only one knocking or with the same issue and when I brought it up to the workers they got really defensive. This obviously a problem that corporate should be addressing with their managers/supervisors/restaurant owners to make it an easier, quicker, and less stressful experience for all parties involved. Completely ridiculous that I had to go through the line that I was trying to avoid. Terrible customer service, no apologies no explanations. Me and my mom used to come here all the time so this experiencing was shocking and such a turn off towards this location. I’m glad the food was sort of a saving grace.
Although the food and service was GOOD, the restaurant itself was dirty. I was shocked at the number of dirty tables and the floor was gross. They have a now hiring sign posted, but who wants to work in a dirty store. This is one of my favorite fast food picks, but I will not go back to the store on Main St in Corona.
I wrote several times on the survey but no one cares. When I used to eat chicken they used to sell pollo bowl with just 6 little pieces of chicken while in other locations Pollo Loco serves at least double the amount the chicken. I became vegan and loved that they had the "chickenless" pollo. At this particular restaurant most of the time they did not have it. I went there last week and they said they discontinued that option. So I asked for avocado instead. The avocado was brown and really gross. I asked for tortilla chips and they gave me 5 chips. Horrible quality of food and very embarrassing for the Pollo Loco chain which I know is not that bad in other locations.
Out of order kiosk but they don't bother to mark it so people know ahead of time. Just keep allowing people to wate time using it. No ice tea, some sodas were empty. And bathrooms are filthy. Food tasted good though.
The food is generally very good especially for the price but the sides like the loco salad, beans, and broccoli are loco over-priced. This location is nice but they frequently forget items so double check your order before you leave with it. Also, don't order through their app unless you don't mind not receiving your entire order. There isn't really a way to give feedback on their app so use Door Dash to get more protection.
Waiting at the window at least 10 minutes with no greeting, no one around. Then I was handed the food and could have driven off without paying but I'm not like that. Food was good. I was not given the tortilla strips and cheese for the tortilla soup.
It was a long time that I'm at El Pollo Loco. That night I crave of it. We went with my husband. Prices are more than double. I got the double chicken salad. I felt it was regular, didn't see a lot of chicken. They don't offer the salsa bar. You have to ask for salsas, cilantro, onions, pico de gallo. It is anoying. Then you buy 4 pieces of chicken, it doesn't come with tortillas. You have to buy the tortillas. There were not that expensive but it is awful to ask for each thing that you want. I didn't enjoy my visit. I was unsatisfied. I never going back to that restaurant.
Customer service needs to improve. Now, the latest, you have to order yourself using ONLY "touch screens." I asked about some help ordering something obviously NOT showing on the screen, and I got a very disappointing answer from a person behind the counter, " Do it yourself," and walked away from me. If you asked for " help" about a specific item, workers behind the counter need to help. That's why it's called "customer service," and the customer will return again. Not in this case. More training from upper management.
I had the chicken tostada bowl, and there's almost no chicken in it. Mostly lettuce now. It's not the worker's fault. It's bad company practices going into effect, which is shrinkflation. It sucks that I'll never get the salad again because of this. Same story at another location. Their 2 piece meals remain unaffected thus far, so yay for that.
Drove 30 minutes from our hotel to get this. It's on me for not checking my food, bit I was so happy after 9 years to finally eat this again. I kept telling my kids how good it was. My order sadly was missing the Mac and cheese. All my tortillas were torn or falling apart. I saw them heating them in the microwave, making them soggy on top of everything. No napkins, silverware or salt or pepper. If you eat tortillas regularly you know they only fall apart when old. The chicken was dried out. So disappointed. The only reason I am giving 2 stars was because the service was friendly.

They never put salsa or pico. When you ask if they did, they say yes. But they DO NOT place any in your order. Even more so when it comes to the creamy cilantro sauce.

Thought I would try one more time - fail! Chicken is ALWAYS dry. Tosdada Salad - chicken was more like beef jerky, rice was so dry it was crunchy. Ordered their new Biria Taco and it's just a deep fried taco with no flavor
They have the WORST service I get it it that they had a line in the Drive thru but you also have to take care of the people in the lobby is it really NOT fair that a person has to Wait 15 min to even have their order taken and then another 30 to get the food. And for the manger to tell the worker no to take orders in the lobby is unacceptable
I just sat at drive thru speaker for 5 minutes, nobody took my order. Tried to go in to order and the doors are locked... At noon. Hours say open and I see an employee sitting in their car. I don't appreciate being late back to work with no lunch. Who's running this place?
12pm Lunch rush is on. The drive thur is backed up and crowded. I go inside and I can see why, this place is severely under staffed. 1 guy taking orders and partly running the drive thru. People are in line, several people standing around waiting for their orders. I give it ten min as I stand there waiting for someone to take my order. I leave for Wendy’s. Why… because I’m hungry. If time is not an issue, by all means… waste it here. 1 ⭐️
I had to edit my review that I had posted a while. This place never has Chicken and the inside is never open. They only use the drive thru. Also if you go in the morning they don't have anything ready to serve. I don't know why this location is still open. I rather go to Juan pollo because I know they will have plenty of chicken ready anytime of day.
This place consolidated the ordering so Uber, DoorDash, App ahead, and regular orderers have to use the drive thru. I waited for an hour in line. As long as their dining room isn’t open for pickups for curbside Im going to go to the other Crazy Chicken down the road. You can eat inside I think
I go inside like I normally do and order a 16pc family meal. Got the food very quick. But.... when I get home and unpack the food . There are no pinto beans in the container. By that I mean there was only pinto bean juice... NO Beans . How does a person pour beans into a cup with a ladle and not see that there are no beans.. only juice . I called the manager and she was nice about it and offered to replace them. But I was already home and my shoes were off and the family was settling in. Can't help but think tho. It had to of been done on purpose. I mean seriously. How does a person pour beans into a cup and not see that its only bean juice.
Didn't give me all my order and they gave me someone else's quesadilla as well as water bottles that where not cold and when I asked for hard tacos they didn't have hard shells. So far these employees that maybe new can not get a simple order correct and all the food that other restraints have. No wonder that place was practically empty inside and out in the drive through.
Girl at drive thru had a horrible attitude. Forgot to ask for a SAUCE at the speaker so I asked for it at the window, she said “next time ask for it at the speaker” rolled her eyes and closed the window. When she hands me my food she immediately closes the window, I needed more sauce so I waited she came back to the window and when I asked her for extra sauce she again rolled her eyes and said to next time ask for it at the speaker! Girl! It’s sauce how hard is it to hand me sauce?! Horrible service from this girl! I’ve come to this location several times and have never been treated with horrible attitude!
The manager is some really rude lady. I called because my quesadilla was just chicken and no quesadilla and I was attempting to explain to her that I didn't receive a receipt and ordered it through the app but she actually didn't give me an opportunity to speak. I requested if she would please stop talking over me and she put me on hold for 2 minutes and then hung up the phone. People do not deserve 20 an hour
Food it's good but due the cleaning part I can only give one ⭐ entrance outside it's was a homeless shoes. Door entrance really duty floor all over duty not a single table was clean used napkins food remainings all over. Seriously probably last time at this location. Please do something.
I had one of my worst experience, probably ever, at this location so far on the 1st of October of 2021. To begin with, out of the multiple employees available, none of them helped me out until 20 to 30 minutes after my arrival. When an employee there actually helped me, she was rude and she had the attitude that she didn't want to work there. On top of that, she picked up a phone order halfway through my order, which I usually be bothered, but I was on my lunch break and just time was quite important to me. When I finally got my order, my chicken on my bowl wasn't even warm, as if it were sitting there for a while. On top of that, there really wasn't any clean tables to sit around in. Really disappointed with this location's service.
Was there yesterday at 5pm. Wanted to treat my family. Place was not busy. Placed orders for two family packs, 12 and 10 pieces. Once I got home we found side orders were ok, but most chicken pieces were overcooked and dry. Got embarrassed in front of my family. That's my last visit at this location.
Management was rude and kept blaming a particular employee for the mistakes. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and had forgotten items in my order. Had to drive back across town and waited an additional 20 minutes to correct my order. Counted at least 2 other customers with similar experience. Some not as nice as others. Normally would not complain publically but the service that day was awful.
YUCK 🤢 chicken luke warm on a cold tortilla with ice cold red salsas. =$2.89 small soda $3.19 Salad has old lettuce (not fresh) arrived with elderly mother request help and service , unfamiliar with computer =there is none (kiosk only) employee response was unwarranted. customer service unwelcomed employees with attitude before i even spoke my first words.
Placed a mobile order on the app to pick up and upon arriving, the doors were locked. If the store is closed, customers should be notified that they will have to wait in the drive thru line regardless. The line was extremely long which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time. When approaching the window, i asked for a cilantro salsa and was told that they are running low so they are only distributing it to customers who order certain items. It was ridiculous. If you can visit a different location, do it. I will not be returning.
I drove thru around 12-12:30pm. I ordered 3 Tostada Salads and a meal! Each shell was only filled with food about 1/4” if that!!! Whoever prepared the tostada salads should be fired! What a rip off! , definitely not worth the $8.47ea., I will never go to this location again!!!!
The girl Zoe was having difficulty taking my order don't know if it was the speaker or her..and then when pulling up at the window the young Caucasian gentleman..not so gentleman was staring me down kind of weird..in a way like a mean angry stare..sure Zoe had something to do with it..he kept staring back alot of times while talking to someone..and then I can tell he was laughing..I'm sure they were saying something about me...my kids even noticed..I waited like more than 10 minutes at the window for my food!!! I know it was on purpose because I was getting frustrated at the one that took my order but she was getting frustrated too and the dude was very unprofessional also!!!! The whole wait was about 20 minutes from the minute I got in line to the time I left!!! Horrible place..unprofessional staff!!! Rude..disrespectful!! I pray they didn't put anything or spit on my food!!! Bad experience and never going there again..or maybe I'll send my husband!! Let him handle it if they are rude!!!!! If I can give a negative rating vs a 1 star I would!! Also filed a complaint when I did the customer review!!
We ordered and paid for a BRC burrito (2.99) and a chicken queso burrito (9.49). What we received was 2 BRC burritos. Quality control is obviously lacking. By the time we realized the problem, it was too late to turn around and go back. I paid 6.50 more than what I received was worth. Be very careful that you get what you are charged for. We made a special trip to get El Pollo Loco since they don't have them where we moved to. This experience was horrible and we are completely dissatisfied. Restaurant responded with a gift certificate to cover my overcharge plus some. They put it iny loyalty account but their website will not let me log in 🤬

Worker Yessi refused to help an old Hispanic man place his order even after him telling her he did not know how to read. He only spoke Spanish and did not know how to read, he was not able to place his order using the computer. She ignored that and told him to place start his order by using the computer and walked away… As a healthcare worker it really hurt seeing someone ask for help and not receive. It’s part of her job she should have taken his order. I ended up helping the old man and he was very thankful. Come on now, we can do better.
I went on 1/5/26 order double avocado bowl the chicken was bit and pieces and looked old was dry avocado was old the lobby dirty the fountain machine red drink all over the counter and floor my table had crumbs all over it. The store smelled like they having plumbing issues like sewer. I would not recommend that one.
I caught myself stopping by just for the convenience of the location and again for the 4th time i find little to no chicken in my pollo bowl, burrito etc. pollo loco y no pollo. It’s only a big deal to me here, other locations leave me satisfied. Stick to 4 star pollo locos .
Attitude problem at the drive through, food is not fresh, taste old and experied... I threw away my food because it tasted bad. Thanks pollo loco I will no longer return.
The service here at this location was absolutely terrible. I payed for take out and when my food had been made the lady didn't ask if I wanted any salsa and it had also slipped my mind. I left the restaurant and was about 1 min to my house when I suddenly remembered that I didn't get any salsa. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get it. And when I went through the drive through to ask for some salsa the lady gave me a terrible look, she rolled her eyes, and sent someone else to give me the salsa. She herself didn't even want to help. Even after I went all the way back to the restaurant and to get a dirty look, isn't great. She didnt even say sorry or anything she just gave a dirty look. I don't give bad reviews but honestly I just had to for this one.
Came here at 6:30pm to order a ton of food for 6 adults and 4 kids. The girl in the drive thru was already extremely rude. Started ordering a kids meal and asked what drinks they had for kids. Her response was "Same drinks we always have." Lol What???? So I replied that I wasnt sure what drinks they normally have which is why im asking. She responds again even more rude saying they carry coke products. I asked nicely why she cant just tell me what kids drinks they carry amd she starts arguing with me. So I backed out and went across the street to Wendys. I also work right down the street at a very large company. We eat here all the time and I will NEVER be returning and I will be spreading the word to all my coworkers. Dont go to El Pollo Loco on Main St. Couldnt even get anybody on the phone to deal with their employee. And to the ignorant and rude girl in the drive thru, dont work in customer service if you dont want to provide customer service. You could have easily told me the 2 or 3 drinks you carry for kids and we could have moved forward. I wasnt asling for much and thats what you get paid to do. I will be pursuing this to the fullest. Calling corporate and filing a complaint asap.
I dont know if its incompetence or food issue but the mashed potatoes and salsa were sour gone bad. When trying to call, no one picks up. I rarely go to this pollo loco because there's always some issue. Get it together
This is frustrating.... Tldr, forgot my order and messed up my orders. i mean i understand that it get's difficult and all but today at 4:49 pm, with only a car infront of me.... I ordered a meal with mac and cheese and corn. Plus an extra order of flour tortilla. First , after going through the drive thru, they forgot my extra order. So , i had to turn around and get it again. Then... when i get home to open everything up, they messed up the sides. Wrong sides! This is not the first time, this is actually the 5th time they messed up my order. From missing sauces, missing tortilla and etc. I mean, I've been patient and all but heck, this is just frustrating . See attached photo with receipt. Geez.
i saw a huge line in the drive thru and attempted to go inside but the doors were locked at noon on a sunday afternoon. that just did not make any sense to me. the drive thru line was extremely slow as i had to line up all the way in the back after not being able to order inside. the burrito i ordered was very well made, hot and fresh tasting. the nachos we ordered were the complete opposite as they didn't put enough of the toppings so it was basically paying $5 for some chips.
