Love that theres two restaurants in one building so hard to choose
It is very convenient to have Taco Bell and KFC on the menu. The chicken on my visit was not fresh. The biscuit and mashpotatos were fresh. There's a few homeless hanging around the restaurant. Please be careful if you visit after dark.
Absolutely love their chicken pot pie, however, the quality can vary. I had one that was only half full and almost dried out. They did replace it on another visit. Like most KFCs it does take awhile to get your food.. oh and they need to have their sweeteners out so you don't have to ask for them. They don't even keep them under the counter or at the drive up window. One more thing...they need more carrots in the pot pie.
Taco Bell here is definitely just a logo slapped onto the side of the KFC building. Cant use the Taco Bell app to earn or redeem rewards, line was long compared to other TBs, and they missed a couple items in our order.
The strips were hard dark and dry. I got 5 potato wedges with meal. 5 pieces strips. Got home had to cut strip with scissors so tough to. He’s. I had to drive all the way back for exchange. This is the 2nd time this happened in 2 months. No more KFC for me. Long time customer. Exchange for regular chicken. Had to wait and was Nit offered anything for my time gas and money. Done
Clean your dang tables it's a straight up embarassment. Every table, Every time I come in it never ceases to be filthy. If they can't keep a table clean then I dont even wanna know what's going on in the kitchen.
The drive thru was quick. I was so excited for my meal, but it was cold by the time I found a fork. I got an unknown large piece of round chicken… still with feathers, fried of course, and needless to say my appetite seemed to just disappear. I’m so grossed out.
This is the worst store ever. So slow and absolutely rude!
Chicken was cold, chewy and and dry. I haven't had this in over a year and thought things might have improved. The sides were the only decent thing to eat.
Did not get what I ordered. They will not answer a phone. So I can't quite tell him what's the problem is. Don't go to this restaurant.
I walked in I had to use the restroom it took them 10 minutes to unlock the door. the smell was HORRIBLE the food was fine but I will never be coming back.
The drive thru speaker box couldn’t hear me, they couldn’t accept EBT, they had no cream for their Mountain Dew Peaches n Cream drink, and gave my KFC drink in a Taco Bell cup. FIX IT, FINGER LICKERS!
Went through drive through & ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. I got home sandwich must have been sitting in a warmer for an hour. It was rock hard & the fries were hard & dried as well. I tried calling immediately & a recording came on telling me they are currently busy & to try my call again later. I called for over an hour & no one ever answered. They also conveniently forgot to give me a receipt.
When I ordered a 6 Piece Chicken and a 6 Piece Tenders Meal, the biscuits and chicken were smashed up in the bucket and there were no tenders, it looked like a prank. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog, I already called the customer support number and got a partial refund and food remade, extremely appalling service.
I just picked up my food and even though I asked for A fresh chicken, which they assured me that was a fresh batch. It that was the absolutely the worst food I ever seen. It was fried so many times that it was black and not eatable at all. That was the last time I order from this store and probably KFC.
It says they close at 11pm. I went at 10:45pm and the workers were hanging around outside in the front just talking to each other. No one took my order through the drive through. Multiple cars were behind me and they did not serve a single one. Would give it a 0 star but doesn't let me.
This location is terrible every time I visit my order is wrong. Tonight I ordered a four piece meal and only received two pieces very disappointing. $17 for a two piece meal outrageous.
This was my first time at this location, and the last one. I ordered two three piece meals. The chicken was cold, the biscuits were missing, and the quantity of fries was a joke. Zero napkins, ketchup, etc.
Let's just say I am not recognizing the KFC that was great and iconic. No one seem to care about customers waiting at the counter, they gave me the wrong item... and the dining area can speak for itself - see photos. I tried my best to finish my dinner - the sticky table really got to me i had to clean it myself then leave. *sigh* Is this a corporate-owned or franchise store? Either way, i am shaking my head on what I came across.
If you want a taco with something Inside of it don't go to this taco bell go somewhere else with good food
