Togo's Corona Reviews
We served delicious togos sandwiches, baskin robins ice cream and cake at our party. They provided some cups and spoons too. So good! Everyone loved it!
Tasty sandwiches and great service! I ordered the Manager's special & was not disappointed! :)

Everything here was amazing. Fridays is my favorite to get the tuna special, also the baskin Robbin’s is so good as well. The employees in both stores since it’s merged together are helpful and friendly. It was also extremely clean.
Togos is the best sandwich, hands down. I ordered their #24-turkey avocado. It was loaded with everything. For me, it's always a treat when i get to enjoy this meal.
So much better than Subway! I wish there were more Togo's around. I had my first Togo's experience back in 1979. They'll prepare you a Real sandwich, not a salad-sandwich like those at Subway! This location is attached to a Baskin-Robbins. Now go get satisfied!😁👍
They make the world’s best sandwiches and I think they should really expand. I moved to an area and the closest one is 10 miles away. It’s killing me.
Super fresh bread! Nice and clean establishment. The only issue I had was that the menu posted online was not the same menu used in the restaurant. I'd decided on the sandwich that I wanted prior to my arrival, but when I got there the worker looked confused, and I was told they could not make it. Because there were people in line behind me waiting to order I had to make a quick, last minute sandwich choice. My second choice was okay but, other than the super fresh bread, it was nothing that I haven't had before. Doggone it, I really wanted to try that other sandwich and left disappointed.
This place has been here a while and it is kept clean and well maintained. Togo's quality has remained consistent and the staff is always friendly.

If you haven't tried the #9, what are you waiting for. C'mon man! I've been to the original Togo's on 336 E Williams St, San Jose, CA. Sadly they had to close that location many moons ago but lucky for you and I, there are other locations all over to get our Pastrami, Turkey/avocado, etc. fix. Hit 'em up and you will become a believer.
Been a few years since I had a Togo's sandwich, none very close to where I was living. The bread is outstanding plus they have a much larger selection than Subway, Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. Ordered the Italian, just the way described except w/o onions. Amount of meat was ok, not overly generous but adequate. Could have used more than 2 small tomato slices and only 2 pickle slices. Over all a strong 4 out of 5.
Last time I eat a Togo's sandwich was when I was around 18 years young in Santa Ana...yes Long Long time ago. First time here and it doubled as a Baskins' Robbins Ice cream. My son and I had #16 Large, The Italian....was very good.
#3 sandwich was good, sandwich maker was okay. No sugar/sweetener packets out for my unsweetened iced tea, when I asked, I was told they didn't have any. I ended up getting a different drink.

It’s the people working at this specific branch. They’re lazy with no customer services orientation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here until they hired the credentials people that can perform the jobs.

It has been a long while since I have eaten at a Togo's. Unfortunately it will be a long while before I go again. Upon arrival there was another group sitting down eating their sandwiches. There was no staff at the counter. I waited a few minutes until I called out for an employee to assist me. After three attempts, a seemingly preoccupied young lady came out from the backroom to take my order. Being unfamiliar with the menu and asking what my choices were as the sandwich was being made, the preoccupied server became almost surly in her attitude towards me. For a large sandwich and a medium drink my total was $14. Overpriced in my opinion, the quality of the food was no better than a Subway sandwich. As I only visit a Togo's eatery thrice a decade, I think I will stop altogether purely based on selection of ingredients, quality and price. Any employee can have a bad day, but Togo's is not the experience I was looking for.
Went for lunch and it was a frustrating experience. It took over 15 minutes just to place an order because the staff couldn’t figure out the register. The service was extremely slow, and they’ve even removed their drink machine. We paid almost $40 for two sandwiches that barely had any meat. The staff wasn’t friendly or apologetic for the long wait either. Definitely not worth the wait. Wish I would have just walked out.

I went in with plenty of time before they closed and the first thing is what they not making for the rest of the night. If you don’t close till a certain time then all items should be available and not ones that seem to long to make them. They didn’t say they was out they just wasn’t making certain ones. Kind of unprofessional and off putting
I ordered a turkey and salami and got the worst food poisoning! The salami must have been bad. Sandwiches were overpriced. The girl that made it was nice and friendly but the food poisoning ruined it. Won't ever be back.
Very nice staff but they eft up my order... ordered soup-no soup in the bag. Ordered extra meet ( payed extra for it- recd no extra meat. By the time I reached my destination, it was too late and too far to go back. I blame myself for not checking what they place in the bag--but I really shouldn't have to.. ..
I decided to go to Togos today since I had not had it lately. I was looking forward to a warm turkey and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately this became one of my worst experiences with this chain. As soon as we entered, we were met with the rudest employee with zero customer service skills. I’m shocked anyone would actually hire this individual. As we were not greeted with a friendly face or even a hello. Instead it was a lifeless stare that made us extremely uncomfortable. Even after asking the employee how they were doing, we were ignored and stared at until we asked a question. I simply asked what cheese do you have? The employee then completely ignored my question. And asked 3x times if I wanted mayo and mustard. Even after repeatedly asking what cheese was available, the employee continued to ignore the question in an adversary fashion. This made us both so uncomfortable we decided to cancel our order and walk out. Instead we took our business across the street to Jersey Mikes subs. This is very unfortunate. I don’t think I can give Togos my business and hard earned money going forward unless this employee is removed immediately. This really is no way to treat customers who look forward to a nice hot sandwich. I would not trust the food this employee serves one bit.
By far the worst customer service. Everytime I order from there, they keep messing up my order. What if I was allergic to a certain ingredient, big lawsuit.
What happened to this place? It has been awhile since I came back here and saddened that I was met with rude attitude like I was bothering her. I wanted the half & half special that no longer exist :( so I ordered a turkey Avo that had way too much S/P it was unedible. Then the Asian salad I ordered was horribly made way too much carrot and a whole lot of cucumber which is not in the salad generally. (I hate cucumber) :( I lived down the street and used to be a regular but moved away. Looks like I'm not missing much these days :(
