Out an online order in after calling to make sure they had what I wanted and they said they did suddenly they call me saying they don't have it so upon owing me money in part of my order they refuse to put something else in its place without charging me double now waiting for a refund I may never get. This little Caesars needs a wake up call between workers running over a friend of mine and refusing to make orders and insulting customers. The location needs shut down

They have given us problems every time we tried to go and order stuffed pretzel crust pizzas, and a few other items. One time they just acted like they just didn’t want to make certain things on menu not sure why, maybe just being lazy I guess.

If had the option to give this zero stars I would. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and I couldn’t back up with cars behind me because they wouldn’t tell the person at the window to park. Once I got to pick up my order the cheese on the pizza was gross and dry. Not to mention the aberration of customer service some black girl that was the cashier at the time didn’t even look at me when I said excuse me after just counting coins at the register. Do not buy from this place especially the drive thru it’s absolutely incompetent people there.

I had ordered delivery through doordash from Little Caesars and was wondering why my order was taking so long. Doordash driver contacted me saying employees were on their phones. You can see at least 2 in the photo attached, and this pushed my order time back a lot. I understand maybe if there weren’t customers but my doordash driver was waiting. Especially being on phone in front of customers is rude.

I just received my order from Door Dash, and I could immediately tell the pizza was sitting for a while. The pizza came fast too, so it couldn't be the driver. And to add the worst part, the pizza was burnt. I Couldn't even enjoy it. I'm very dissatisfied especially because I can't just go back and return it. A waste of my money.

There is a rush every day for dinner, yet every day, there are no pizzas ready. Definitely not "Hot and Ready". I understand that they are cheap and not gourmet, but for stuff like school events and youth group events, these are perfect. Was in line today and waited 15 min to order at the window (even though drive through worked). When I got up to the window, I waited another 5 min before anyone opened the window. The young man, Joshua, opened the window and was confused about what to do. He asked if anyone had taken my order, I said no, and he closed the window and proceeded to talk to someone else to figure out what to do. He came back, took my order, and rudely asked me to go park. I said, I rather wait here, he shut the window in the middle of my words and then talked about me rudely and loudly enough for me to hear. The manager came to the window and asked me to pull up to the curb, I did. No problem doing so, just don't be rude about it. I waited another 22 min for my pizza. uh! Annoyed!

The round pizza was round bread dough aka cracker. Disappointing product. Quality should be a focus. Airline and mcardle location . Pic saids it all . Look at location of cheese and the crust that goes almost halfway before you see any toppings!

Usually go to this one cause it's super close by and they are quick but super grossed out and upset today. They didn't even attempt to cut the pizza then me an my hubby both had alot of long hair in our pizza 🤢🤮 we both have short black hair so deff wasn't ours won't be coming back super gross!!
