Brick Streets Brewery Corsicana Reviews
Brick Streets Brewery is one of the best spots in town! Aside from having several amazing craft beer choices and a literal Cordon Bleu-level chef, this is a great spot to meet friends or interact with the community. My husband and I appreciate that they welcome/allow friendly well-behaved dogs. I can't say enough good things about this place. The beer-tenders are all friendly, lovely, and helpful. Corsicana, TX should cherish this gem of a spot forever.
This is the best place! Great location, good, friendly crowd, nice staff! And I LOVE the options of beer... light beer and dark beer! Flipping fantastic! I choice dark, which was yummy, and am giving me an excuse to go back for the light ;)
They only had two beers on tap today. The Smash IPA and the Amber Slammer. Only tried the Smash so far and it was good. Vienna malt and Idaho 7 hops. Will try the Amber Slammer next. Very nice place and we had a nice talk with the gentleman running the bar. They also have wines.
Seems very popular with the locals and justifiably so. Comfortable, laid back space that makes you feel free to enjoy the ambiance, free peanuts, and chat with your neighbor. Appreciate that they're not trying to be "too big for their britches" and just brew a couple crowd-pleasing beers at a time. They do it well and take pride in their product -- this isn't a hipster microbrewery that's overly enamored with the tedious IPA culture that characterizes so many these days, or experimenting with a dozen obscure varieties no one really wants to drink much of. It's simple, tasty, enjoyable, unpretentious, and deserving of patronage from townies and visitors. Nice little space to sit outside too, if the weather is permissive of it. Definitely recommended!
Beyond the Brew: Chef Gandhi's Grass-Fed Burger Revelation at Brick Street Brewery Brick Street Brewery might draw you in for the craft beers (and rightly so, they're excellent), but stay for the culinary magic orchestrated by **Chef Gandhi**. Tucked within this lively brewpub atmosphere of gleaming copper vats and the comforting scent of hops, Gandhi is quietly redefining what a burger can be, with **grass-fed beef** taking center stage. While the menu boasts solid steaks handled with clear expertise, Chef Gandhi's true masterpiece, the crown jewel of Brick Street, is undeniably **his burger**. Forget greasy pub fare – this is an artisan creation built on a foundation of impeccable sourcing. The **100% grass-fed beef** isn't just a buzzword here; it's the soul of the dish. You taste the difference immediately: a deeper, richer, *cleaner* flavor profile than conventional beef, boasting a satisfying minerality and beautiful leanness. Yet, through Gandhi's masterful technique, it remains **astonishingly juicy and bursting with savory essence**. Ordering "The Gandhi Burger" (or whatever it's aptly named on their menu) is an event. The thick patty is seasoned with precision, seared to achieve a sublime, crackling crust that gives way to a perfectly tender, ideally rosy interior (medium-rare is highly recommended). The texture is revelatory – substantial and satisfying without being dense, meltingly tender without disintegrating. It's a testament to both the exceptional quality of the grass-fed beef and Chef Gandhi's profound understanding of how to honor it. He doesn't stop at the patty. The supporting cast is chosen with the care of a maestro: a buttery, toasted brioche bun that stands up to the juiciness; crisp, garden-fresh lettuce and tomato; perhaps a tangy house sauce or perfectly melted artisanal cheese. Every component harmonizes, elevating the star ingredient rather than competing with it. This isn't a burger hiding under toppings; it's a pure, elevated celebration of **exceptional grass-fed beef**. **Verdict:** Chef Gandhi is Brick Street Brewery's not-so-secret weapon. His dedication to premium ingredients, especially that outstanding grass-fed beef, combined with his precise, flavor-forward technique, results in what can confidently be called **one of the best burgers, period.** It transcends the brewpub setting – it's a juicy, deeply flavorful, ethically conscious revelation. Yes, come for the great beer and lively atmosphere at Brick Street, but you'll *return* specifically for Chef Gandhi's unforgettable burger. Prepare to have your expectations permanently raised.
Corsicana's first and only brewpub. Clayton is the owner/brew master who turns out a nice smooth ale... He only has three brews at any one time, but they are ever evolving and you can always find one if not all three very satisfying.
A must go for beer lovers. There is always something new and interesting on the beer list. The people are great! I would recommend this place to anyone. Perfect place to spend the afternoon. Don’t miss this place.
We've been waiting for this new brewery to open! And we finally made it while they were open! The Lutra's Pale Ale was sooo smooth and very tasty! My husband drank Downtown Brown and he was not disappointed either. Both were very fresh and flavorful. Cheers!

Great brewery in historic downtown Corsicana. Beers are fresh brewed and red wine on tap. Also fresh and crisp. Lots of parking. And food trucks to satisfy munchies and dinner. Wonderful addition to the city!
A little piece of heaven nestled in down town Corsicana where the Cold Beer flows like a river refreshing on a long hot summer day. And where the dark beer grabs ahold of you and tells you your home now. The IPAs are Smashingly good. The food tastes like it was made from the Gods and make a boy slap their mama. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and family friendly definitely a home away from home.
Came into town for a family reunion. Went there on a Friday night. Although we've never been there before, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Excellent staff, great beers on tap, the menu is delicious!
Awesome place! Pretty cool concept, with the entire brewing process on view. The owner and bartender are top notch folks. Always has a couple of delicious fresh beers on tap. Great atmosphere, and well executed business model. We go here several times a month and have always had a blast.
Amazing brewery! Nice people and great service. 3 beers on tap and basically that's all you need! I wish the food truck was there longer, but oh well. Live music was fun and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Patio is spacious and has corn hole for your entertainment. I absolutely love the building and how its being kept as original as possible yet new and fun at the same time. Beer was cold. Will definitely be visiting again when im in the area
Nice little brewery in downtown. Only a month old at this time. I was impressed with the beer. We tasted all three they had on tap and enjoyed them all. All three were ales, though that may be seasonally driven and it sounds like with the small batches they are producing, new beers will be rotating on tap pretty frequently. Will definitely come back when around Corsicana.
The beer is exceptional! The brick street eatery is top notch as well. Absolute best burger and fries in town..Hands down
Feel fortunate to move into the area, when the first brewery began in Corsicana. Not only was that music to my ears, but the beers Clayton has brewed have been fantastic. It’s beer that tastes like beer. Imagine that. He couldn’t be more friendly and inviting. There’s always something to do, board games, sporting events on the tv, out door games on the patio and great conversation… good food is usually available from different food trucks or you can bring your own food. Pumped.
Cool place. Great burger and beer!
Our first time there. Absolutely loved it. Beers was so good. Cheese burgers were very tasty. Fries a bit to spicy. Friendly people. Prices are reasonable. Service was great. We definitely will go back. I think its going to be one of our favorite places to go. Dannie & Cindy Boatright 11-1-2025
Found this gem, yesterday! Wife and I had a beer and French fries. I had their "Smash IPA" and she had a "Cold Beer". Refreshing beers come in cool glasses! Their French fries are made straight from a real potato, no BS preservatives. Try their dipping sauces, plenty of them. Awesome bartender. Didn't catch her name, but she was friendly and great customer service. We'll be back very soon!! Thank you!!

Nice atmosphere, great new and fresh brew pub. Usually has a couple of fresh ales and IPAs. Brewing new stuff all the time. Hoping to twist his arm to brew lager pilsner type, I'm sure he can do it. Never disappointed with fresh beer with flavor from a brewmaster. Nice Outside area with cornhole, can drink and practice. The new Corsicana hangout, across the street from the Corsicana Opry.
Only had a few beers and they were out of some. No beers I really like. Menu was very limited. Burger was about the only thing. We had a (not very good for my taste) beer and left. Went elsewhere for lunch.
