My family and I are new to the area. I personal am a Chick-fil-A fan and will always find one in the area that I live that I will frequent. In the pass I would drive 30 mins to an hour to go to the one I liked most because I didn’t like the serve of the others around me. With that being said I am a big fan of this location. I had one bad experience and they handled it with ease. The employees are very respectful and courteous. Not just to me but other customers (because I watch everything going on around me). My little person is very vocal about what he likes and don’t like so when ordering food the employees address him and listen to him when he is speaking (he is 8 y/o). I like that he is treated with respect as well. Glad that their play area is open as well. Also, I think it is awesome that the owner helps around the store without hesitation. Family of 5 dining.
Best Chick-fil-A I've ever been too everyone seems genuinely happy to work bathrooms smelled amazing food was good they even had fresh flowers in the lobby . I talked to Tonya she seemed like a saint. Im not from the area but I'll make an effort to stop by whenever im around just because of her.
Omg best chicken burgers in the world, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Will 100% be going here at least once a week.
This is by far the best Chick Fil A I’ve been to. Emmanuel Rosas in front of house has the best customer service in the industry!
overall five star, just the place it is located is a little akward. in this town, we have three McDonalds. could we not have another ChickfilA in a different place? anyway, love the food. i always want more lol. just don't close down like Papa Johns
They got our food to the table before we even sat down. Food was fantastic of course. Service was amazing and everything was nice and clean.

It's always a good idea to visit Chick-fil-a but, this location has the best staff, all of them are VERY polite and friendly... Especially a lady without uniform but attending to customers. Thanks
This Chick-fil-A is easily a benchmark for what makes Chick-fil-A the best fast food restaurant. Excellent service, whether curbside, drive-thru, or inside, the food is always made high quality every time, and I never have to worry about an order being messed up. I've been to this location a lot, but I travel around a bunch and it's easily among the best I've been to.
Stopped in early on a Sat morning (before 7am). Staff was friendly, service was quick. Dining and bathrooms were clean. Food was to order and as expected.

Love our Chic-fil-A in Corsicana!! The food is great, but the employees are even better! Highly recommend using the mobile app & pre-ordering...it's SO much quicker & easier!! I don't think that my husband or I have ever had to wait in line at all...ever, except for waiting for our food but not to take our order. It's just so much quicker to use the mobile app, drive up, scan the code & they start making your food! Highly recommend the Spicy Delux Chicken Sandwich & the Cob Salad!! That salad is huge & so delish. Get some of that Honey Mustard dressing too!! Oooh Weee!
This chick-fil-a should be one where managers of other chick-fil-a’s should have to go and work and observe. They are always quick with app orders and they are always BUSY. The order is always correct and the workers are so nice and annoyed at their jobs or fake. Love this location!
Great food service was quick placed our order. Got our drinks walking down to find a place to sit and the young man was right behind us. Waiting for us to sit down with our tray of food. That's quick. Plus the food is awesome
This was a next level fast food experience. Crystal took our order, brought our food out to our table, and came by to check on us a few minutes later to ask if we needed any refills or had any trash she could take away for us. Natalia also came by our table to ask if she could take away any trash. I can always count on Chick-Fil-A to give friendly and efficient service, but this was probably the best fast food experience I have ever had.
Had a great experience at Chick-fil-A in Richardson! We ordered the Grilled Egg White Muffin and Spicy Chicken Biscuit, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the quality was just what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A. A special shoutout to Caresa, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting options and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She was so kind and even brought our food to the table once it was ready—such thoughtful service! The ambiance was clean and cool, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a quick meal. Overall, a fantastic experience with great food and even better service. Highly recommend!
When I tell you that this is the best Chick-fil-A I ever been too I mean it . I’m from Houston and have been to so many different Chick-Gil-as . The service was amazing the workers are truly so kind and a pleasure . And the sandwich at this exact location was the best Chicken sandwich I ever had . It was so hot and fresh . And the chicken was the thickest and crunchiest I ever seen from any Chick-fil-a . Imagine Popeyes crunchy but with Chick-fil-a seasoning . Truly delicious , this place has reignite my passion and love for Chick-fila
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick-fil-A and it was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s evident that they take great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment. The team at Chick-fil-A truly stands out. Every staff member I interacted with was not only courteous but also genuinely friendly. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. As for the food, I must say, I was blown away by the Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich. The unique combination of flavors was a true culinary delight. It’s evident that Chick-fil-A puts thought and care into crafting their menu items.
Great customer service. Food came fast, came tasting scrumptious, and it was right next to a Starbucks which was a plus. I always get the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and a soup bowl to get it down. Great location.
Probably one of the best Chick-fil-A places we stop at traveling between The Woodlands and Richardson Texas. Better than our local one. Ordered +6 extra pickles and got about a cup of them!
The service and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the food just wasn't that great. Normally Chick Fil A toasts their sandwich buns and this time it wasn't. The cheese on my sandwich was still cold. My bowl of soup wasn't filled as much as it normally would be. I really wish the food was better because the service was some of the best.
Food was typical for chick fil a, which it tasted good. Disappointed to find out that adding orange juice to the kids meal was about $1.50 more, but no mention of it with ordering, tried to order on the app, which also does not notify you that the meal is more expensive with orange juice. Then realized the same things with lemonade for the adult meal. Disappointed there isn't transparency with ordering.
well i never thought they'd mess my order up two times in one. Got charged for the bacon, never got it, asked for no pickles, got those. And right after i gave yall good responses on the survey too :(
