Cicis Corsicana Reviews
As someone who loves Cici’s pizza and has tried several across Texas, I will always come back and say that this is the BEST Cici’s pizza. I lived in the DFW for several years and even though I tried pretty much every single one there I would still rather drive to Corsicana and eat here. LOVE IT AND LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE!!!
Great deals and all you can eat.
This is a very good CiCi's. Not the absolute best I've been to but probably second best.
10/10! Would rate it 6 stars if I could. Earlier tonight, we came in a little before closing looking for a late night meal; and Travis made our experience one to remember. He helped us figure out the new rewards app, checked up on us throughout our time there, and made sure our experience was a pleasant one. Travis went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and we would like to thank him and the rest of the staff for a wonderful time there!
It's been years since I had Cicis and boi have I been missing out. When my kids and I arrived we were greeted with friendly smiles. My kids we're looking around for particular pizza (suprem) even though they had there fav (pepperoni & Alfredo) and Ms. Brenda heard our convo and mentioned to the kids it would be ready soon, as it was coming out the oven. Meanwhile my tray was full lol they had all my favorites out from pepperoni, spinach, beef, to Hawaiian and more! My kids are those (the picky eaters) but I must say they ate good that afternoon from salads to desserts. And let's talk about the cleanliness at the restaurant. It was clean! This Cici's is a must for us when we come down south to visit from now on
I e been to other cicis and this one is the best I've been too. Place is mostly clean, service is on good, and food is usually on point and not been sitting for awhile. My only dislike is the tables are wobbly. Hard to find a good one. Time to replace or fix them
I am so impressed. Our program just brought nearly 150 teenagers to eat here. They never ran out of pizza. They never ran out of ice. The continuously cleaned tables to get everyone through. The staff was courteous. Everyone was very accommodating. We ate and were gone in 40 minutes. They fed 150 people in 40 minutes. Very thankful for them. It made our night so much easier.
I love me some cicis pepperoni pizza and cinnamon rolls. The lady that checked me out presented me with a smile so big and such friendliness. In today's food business, you don't see that often. Kamera service and the pizza was amazing!
I believe the manager on shift is named Victor. He was phenomenal. He was tidying up the store as we were in. He was politely reminding the other staff about tidying, which foods needed to be refreshed on the line. And giving pointers to the team. The restaurant was tidy, and we were impressed. We have a Cicis local to our house but it is terrible. We tried this one on a whim and can confirm we will drive here again. I do wish there had been more choices on the buffet, it seemed like they were rotating the same few kinds of pizza. But all in all, we don’t have any complaints! Thanks Victor, your customer service is bar none.
Great place to take your family for not only good service and food but also to play and enjoy the arcade. The place was cleaned and employees where great, but there was one employee that did stand out from the crew and that was Victor Flag he has great customer service very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is running accordingly. I was a store manager for a pizza restaurant for 6 years and when I seen Victor multitasking and handling multiple things at once I was very impressed employee like him are very hard to find. Thank you Victor for your hard work and for giving us great customer service. We will definitely be coming back more often.
UPDATE: Been going here for a couple of yrs. I was So Disappointed on this visit.. You can see in the picture No sauce, cheese or toppings just over an inch from the crust. And The Grease! I couldn't eat any of it. Neither could either of my boys. I got a salad to because they always have fresh lettuce but the ranch dressing was bad so didn't eat that either. I paid for three buffets and no one ate?? My sons did have a bowl of soup. Spike with the manager and I was informed that corporate was 'testing' a different cheese. Employees don't like it, customers don't like it but they are still forced to use it. I know it's corporate trying to save money by using cheaper ingredients. I'll have to call before I return to eat again to see if they are still using it. It's just way to greasy and ruins the pizzas. No I did not get my money back just an apologyfor the nasty greasy pizza. (First review next) I'm new to the area so we stopped in to try it. We'll my son and I are here again, right now. Always Clean, Always hot fresh pizza and best of all excellent employee's. This says a lot about the manager/owner. All around great
The food isn't quite as high quality as it used to be. Take the spinach alfredo pizza. It's not the same. It wasn't bad it just lacked that Pizaz it used to have. The rest of the pizza was good. The desert was still on point, though. I noticed this location has tickets and prizes for the arcade, which is cool. The counter was staffed with friendly, smiling faces. The manager or general manager was making sure the pizza bar was stocked. Very well run restaurant.
Very affordable. Very nice and well behaved younger people working here. My kids love to come here from time to time. Gets quite packed though on busy days and times. An after school favorite, so pick your timing for best enjoyable experience. Not a lot of games for toddlers. And games can be better. But the game room is way nicer with the remodel.
First time we went to THIS CICI'S, and got very much disappointed. Not much variety on Pizza. I had the pepperoni and ham with pineapple. Both noooo flavor at all. The best on that buffet was the dessert. It's maybe goid to bring kids and starving Teenagers who gobble up, but since parents and grand parents usually going with them, better flavoring the pizza should be main priority. Maybe management should get in contact with other CICI'S in Dallas, Houston etc and a ask for their seasoning technic. Pouring some seasoned oil on the crust would definitely help to keep it moist and flavored. All workers were very friendly and helpful.
Pizza was gross. Even the fresh ones. Salad bar was fairly clean but the overall restaurant was definitely NOT clean!
