Si ordina al piano inferiore tramite Pad o personale e si consuma al piano successivo, salendo tramite scale. Il punto vendita mi è sembrato pulito e ben attrezzato, i tavolini ben distanziati ed il clima ottimo…fa ovviamente parte della catena McDonald. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Peccato per il parcheggio che non è facile trovare nelle vicinanze..

Place is reasonably clean and well kept considering how many kids were present. Service and general attitude seems to be quite good too. Food served quickly and warm exactly how it should be. Toilets locked and clean, yet for some reason door lock code was missing from my receipt despite visual guide nearby. Staff member happy to help.

Good location, right next to Loreto metro station. I see more food delivery boys outside than regular eaters here. Blame it on covid. Anyway, the place is clean, and has a first floor too where people can sit and eat their food. Automatic ordering machines really helps and staff too are ready to help anyone who gets into trouble in using it. Looking for quick and economical fast food on your trip? This is the one. Btw, how many here know that this very complex was the place where Mussolini was hanged back in those days? Yes, this location is really historic.

è successo un pò di giorni fa, avevo ordinato qualcosa da loro e stavo aspettando di ritirare. Non riuscivo a sentire chiaramente quando mi chiamavano perché stavo chiacchierando con i miei amici per ordinare dell’altro. Ma il punto non è questo. Ero andato a ritirare e mi ha insultato dicendo che ero stupido e che mi chiamava da un po. Il personale era scortese e maleducato, i colleghi non se ne fregavano e quando eravamo al posto ci fissavano male.

Mi sono recato in questo McDonald e sono rimasto estremamente deluso per diversi motivi . Chiedo una brioche e l’addetta al bar imperterrita continua a fare le pulizie, pazientemente attendo e si mette poi a pulire la macchina del caffè , alla terza volta spazientita mi domanda cosa voglio, le richiedo la brioche e me la consegna in mano con un tovagliolo senza nessun piattino dove appoggiarla. Prendo il mio ordine e sorpresa!!! È RAFFERMA. Spazientito butto il tutto nella spazzatura ed esco più che innervosito. Fortunatamente non tutti i Mc sono così. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Entro felice al McDonald’s per prendere il menu con la tazza di X Factor, chiedendo, ingenuamente, se fosse possibile avere quella blu per mio nipote. Che follia da parte mia! La commessa, custode delle leggi universali del caso, mi informa con tono solenne che la scelta è casuale. Casuale come? Beh, prende lei stessa la tazza da sotto il bancone e poi, con grande convinzione, mi spiega che pescare a caso da un cassetto è scienza esatta. Nessun cambio possibile: l’algoritmo del destino ha parlato. A quel punto, speravo almeno che il panino fosse buono… invece no: scondito, triste e dimenticabile, come la cortesia del personale. In conclusione, un’esperienza “casualmente” pessima — ma almeno ora so che da McDonald’s Loreto anche la gentilezza è randomica! I’m lovin it mica tanto!!!

Hanno lasciato il mio ordine in stand-by per oltre dieci minuti, servendo i clienti successivi. A un certo punto le addette, infastidite dal vassoio sopra il quale so scambiavano con continuamente cibarie, l'hanno spostato. Arriva il mio turno e faccio presente che sia le patatine che la coca cola erano lì da tempo e la capetta, permalosa e prepotente, si offende, prende le patatine, le tocaccia tutte e insiste a darmele perché "ancora bollenti". Non le tocco e lei e i suoi capelli non brillanti, al culmine dell'offesa personale, esplodono, compiaciuti da ragazzini ridacchianti "se non le tocca, non gliele cambio". Gliel'ho lasciato lì mentre alzava il mento compiaciuta. La responsabilità non è dells donna ma di chi l'ha selezionata e le permette di lavorare a contatto con il pubblico. Non lassativi ma ticket di fascia A, con i miei soldi.

La cassiera sembra che non sia mai andata a scuola, non sa fare 10-2 e da 3€ di resto. Molto maleducata

we don’t usually do this of giving bad reviews or writing about it but if we pay for a large order we should get what we order the night supervisor does not know how to treat clients we order from here at 00:13 at night the order arrived on time but to our surprise when we order a large order of fries we get what you see in the picture ... we call to ask what happens and the answer was that’s how it is ....
