Came by Tue afternoon for a pick-me-up. We were greetly warmly and the cashier apologized for not having lemonade for our hot drink. It's totally cool because it was handled courteously. My soy chai was well done with enough froth and richness. Been to some Starbucks where the chai can be watery. The store was spacious and airy. Very relaxing time with my chai.

The location of this starbucks is so good. Parking is ample. It is near to the highway. Very clean place. It is a very cool place to hangout with a coffee and some tasty bites. Starbucks coffees are anyways super hot. They also have wifi. Staff is good here. This place also have out door sittings.

Cozy franchise w/comfortable seating & friendly service for the most part. Features seasonal outdoor seating w/2 bike racks & just enough parking. Service is pretty quick. Food & drinks taste like standard Starbucks fare. Popular w/SUNY Cortland students too.

I'd rate it 5 stars. But I'm a true believer of, in order to get 5 stars. It needs to be near perfect. The only complaint i have is the drive thru, sometimes as your driving out, you have to back up to let the person in. Change the drivethru exit and I'll rate it 5

Really great staff interaction at this Starbucks. Our iced white chocolate mocha with extra shot was great, and our bacon Gouda egg sandwich wes good as well. Only complaint is that the bathroom was probably the dirtiest I have seen of all the Starbucks I have been to. This should to be addressed as it is not typical.

Inside the store was very clean, staff were great. Chairs were all clean and comfortable. The parking lot was a different story. This is clearly somewhere people driving long trips down highway 81 stop often and because there isn’t a garbage can on the outside of the building it seems everyone just dumps it all in the lot. Old food that had be driven over, and even a bag that was tied up was placed in the garden area. Very inconsiderate guests considering there is a garbage just as you walk inside.

This store is rude to everyone around them. Took a break from caffeine for a couple months and all of a sudden my drink tastes like nothing and made wrong. The manager seemed annoyed with the amount of orders, I felt pressured to not order here because of his attitude. So unprofessional. Not the first time with this experience.

I honestly usually love coming here but today the lady at the drive thru window was rude. I felt rushed as i was ordering at the speaker and then when i wanted to add something at the window she said “no we can’t do that”, there was no type of accommodation or suggestion like “ if you pull back around or come in store i can help you with that”, basic customer service skills are clearly not taught to workers at this store. I can’t wait for Ai to take over these positions so i no longer have to interact with people who are having a bad day.

Friendly service, but after trying it 4 days ina row, espresso drinks started bitter than became more milky. Not enough coffee flavor. Used to enjoy their coffee but it won't be my first or second choice any longer

Rude employee specially these lady we ordered 2 coffees and a drink for my son. She had confused what we order she asked my son something then she was saying literal “ I don’t care about your order” . We were really confused with behavior and we left.
