I ate there as a kid. My grandmother always invited over 30 people. The bill was astronomical. I celebrated my first communion 20 years ago. In the last three years, I've only been there three times, and I've never been disappointed. There are things that differ quite a bit; they've changed, but in more than 20 years, I see it as something normal; it's not just them. The seafood, depending on the menu, is better or worse, and the meat is similar. If you expect the stone-cooked beef from so many years ago, you're going to get a real shock. We tried the shoulder of beef two of these three times; it's one of the best we've ever had, and that's saying something: tender, flavorful, juicy, and crispy. The service, although this is always subjective for each place and depends on the saturation of the place at the time, was quite adequate on two days; it didn't stand out either way; it was adequate. On another day, when we were alone, they were constantly checking on us.

It's not a good idea to put ratatouille with egg as a first course and eggs with sausage as a second (just an observation), but it's even worse to put croquettes, especially frozen ones (I don't know what brand they were). In my opinion, the quality has gone down lately. The set menu is €13.50. The desserts are good, and the service is as friendly as ever.

After reading the comments left here, it didn't meet my expectations. They must have reduced the quality and service because, as I said, it wasn't what I expected. We ordered, among other things, a seafood grill, and it may have been reasonable, but nothing special. For me, the seafood wasn't very good quality. The flavor was average, nothing more. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

I go there for breakfast almost every Saturday or Sunday, but it seems the waiter didn't like it. Every day he serves the smallest tortilla pincho. Well, I'm reading the positive reviews and I'm amazed at how people settle for whatever they're given. Oh my goodness!!!! Looking at this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. It used to be a good restaurant where the food was very good and the service was exquisite. I think it's changed owners because Sunday was catastrophic and outrageous, and I don't know what else to say because I left without eating. They have set menus, and my husband and I chose the rice with lobster and razor clams for a starter. To start, we ordered beers, which took a while to arrive. And I want to point out that there were only five tables with people in the dining room. There are four or five waiters, very outdated and old-fashioned, who serve you with apathy and lack of empathy, angry and with bad manners. We asked for the rice with lobster, and the waiter told us, "Pay Attention... the rice will take 40 minutes, you'll see," he said... "GENTLEMEN!" Where is it sold like this please? And I tell them it's fine, no problem, there's no rush, and for a starter, we want the razor clams... Oh my God!!! Eating the razor clams was a real ordeal because of all the sand in them. I mention this to him, and he says he'll wash them better hahahahaha, really shameful, pathetic, and disgusting. WE WILL NEVER RETURN, AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE WHO KNOWS AND LOVES THEM DOESN'T. And one of the waiters tells me that the lobster rice is made like this, always. Hahahahaha. Look, the rice turned to mush, salty, frozen hard lobster. Well, I can tell you that it was one of my favorite restaurants, and as of today, I won't be returning. We went and got our food to go, since the weather isn't conducive to eating in public places, and I'll tell you about it. This is the third time we've gone to get our food to go, and I'm telling you, "Oh, I won't do that again." I ordered Fideua + Egg with chistorra sausage, and they don't give us any, not even bread for the eggs. I asked them to provide me with mayonnaise for the Fideua, and they told me they didn't have any when I went to the tables and they gave me sachets. By the way, they don't offer dessert to go either... The owner, who has always been very kind and polite, treated us terribly. I'm not talking about money, which I'm never talking about, but about service, quality, and quantity. Some friends and I had lunch there last week. And what a disappointment! Let's start by ordering some quite acceptable starters: anchovies and whitebait, and the steamed mussels were bland. Then we ordered the super seafood platter, and I don't know what to say. The crab was bland and the head was watery, the prawns were oversalted, and the crabs were equally oversalted, and I won't comment further out of embarrassment. Then we ordered suckling pig and lamb chops, and it was neither here nor there. We skipped dessert, just in case. When it was time to pay, the waiter, who served us so charmingly, charged us well, but a fight broke out inside the restaurant, and the restaurant manager told us as we were leaving that money was missing. He was very rude and quite impolite, because after we had him count the money, nothing was missing. I will never return, as I'm waiting for them to apologize to us. Thank you very much.
