Di ritorno da una partita di basket ci siamo fermati con la squadra a mangiare in questo locale nel centro di Cossato. Il locale è molto carino con diverse sale. Il personale molto cordiale idem per il proprietario. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti tra cucina e pizza. Personalmente ho trovato il fritto misto senza glutine, molto buono con la farinatura perfetta e digeribilissimo. Idem per una foccaccia bianca. Si sente l'uso di ingredienti di qualità. Prezzi nella norma. Consigliato

Ottimo!!! Menù senza glutine. Ho preso birra e pizza senza glutine. ottime sfiziose. E c'era anche nel menù possibilità di pasta e tanto altro!!!! Con accortezza di portare anche dei grissini senza glutine. Ci sono anche i dolci sempre senza glutine... The place is decidedly elegant, exuding a sense of the past, complemented by the aromas of excellent dishes. The pizza is delicious, and that's not the only reason it's become a regular stop whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommended for those who value good food and good manners.

Cossato's historic restaurant and pizzeria offers consistently fresh and delicious food. The pizzas are their strong point. Run by an entire family, you can be sure of a friendly, helpful service. The wait staff is also very attentive.
We're a basketball team, and after a game, we went to this restaurant-pizzeria. We'd made a reservation, asking if we could arrive after closing time, and the staff was incredibly kind in accommodating us anyway. The service was impeccable: the staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and polite, making us feel welcome despite the late hour. The pizza was simply delicious: thin, crispy, and made with quality ingredients. A truly positive experience! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!
I visited La Bussola restaurant after a long break, and it was a real pleasure to return. The owners are always very kind, as are the rest of their families, all of whom are involved in the family-run business. In addition to the à la carte menu, they offer different, original dishes every day, especially fish. We had several dishes, all of which were excellent, very well cooked, and beautifully presented. Compliments to all the staff!

We received a very warm welcome. We all ordered different pizzas, and they were all delicious at unbeatable prices. The desserts were perfect. We also ordered a platter of "fritto misto di pesce" (fried seafood) for five people to take away for lunch the next day. It was very varied and delicious. I highly recommend it if you're passing through Cossato.
Dishes made on the spot, very fresh fish! Everything was to our liking. Excellent raw materials. Recommended! Courteous and kind staff. We also tried the pizza, a wide choice of very tasty desserts!

Ristorante e pizzeria sita a Cossato. Si può trovare parcheggio lungo la strada all'interno delle linee dedicate. La pizza risulta leggera e ben digeribile; il servizio di cucina è altrettanto buono, sia per primi che per secondi. La frittura di calamari è stato il piatto che più ci ha conquistato. Un consiglio: assaggiare sempre i dolci, preparati direttamente da loro
Bellissimo dehor e giardino interno, location rilassante e personale gentile. Abbiamo provato il rombo, saporito e cucinato bene, la pizza normale, tiramisù della casa come dolce per concludere in bellezza direi. Ottimo equilibrio tra qualità e prezzo.

Sono andato per la prima volta perché mi avevano consigliato.. che la pizza era buona.. purtroppo per me ovviamente per quello che ho pagato 3 pizze non so nemmeno se erano pizze perché a parte che non mi è piaciuta.. ma gli ingredienti nemmeno con il binocolo li vedevi.. attesa lunga.. la cucina non la posso giudicare perché non l'ho provata locale carino.. la pizza per me purtroppo non posso dare un voto alto..
We arrived and the manager was on the phone. The chef just stood staring. No welcome whatsoever. No smiles. Then the manger said we could have a table but had to be finished by 8 pm. He had no welcome either. Felt like they looked down on us and we were an inconvenience as we just turned up and had not booked a table. No atmosphere in the restaurant. Felt uneasy. Then another chef turned up. Went through to the kitchen and sounded like him and someone in the kitchen were having an argument. The pizza was nice and the waitress was nice. Would never go there again.

Twice in the space of a month, when I ordered regular and gluten-free pizzas (serving 4-6 people), the first and last ones arrived within half an hour. The last time I ordered coffees, after a very long wait, we gave up.
Vintage atmosphere, dim lighting for a historic venue, noisy, always crowded but of poor quality. Thinly sliced undercooked pizza and discount store ingredients, half olives, maybe 3 or 4, dry ham, almost no tomato. One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Fish soup without soup: a sauce of two shellfish, a few octopus, and two slices of toasted bread doesn't make a soup! Where do you dip bread without soup? Overall, the dishes are beautifully plated but of poor quality. The staff is always attentive and kind to every request, but that's not enough. Inflated prices for an after-dinner treat that leaves you so thirsty. Embarrassing.
