Every time I order food or coffee from this location I have never encountered a problem. The food is tasty at the right temperature, and my White Chocolate Mocha with whip cream is consistently great! It's an asset to have Jose serve me. He always has a cheerful attitude regardless of how large the line is. I know I won't have to wait too long when Jose is working.

These guys were fantastic! Peter made me an entirely different drink after I tried the 'New Iced Energy' tropical flavor, which I typically love. I chose the Sunner Refresher, that I knew I loved! AND added another pump of Vanilla in the little babes ' Pink Drink'... Grade A customer service!

I had to kill time before I could check in to my hotel, so I decided to walk over to this Starbucks. My drink was great and the staff were professional and friendly. Not only that, but I made new friends while waiting there. It made for a great part of my first day in Costa Mesa. I’ll be heading back this morning for more good times.

Baristas are friendly and enthusiastic, and I love some added detailed touch here! For mobile ordering they have 3 places with alphabetical letters to sort orders. And added perk, they give samples. Limited parking but only waited 30 seconds for a spot

I was served quickly, my drink was made for me before I had even finished paying, which I appreciate because I work at Starbucks myself, and my drink was made correctly. The cafe was also kept very clean, and the employees were very polite. You would be surprised how many stores I've been to that I've given 1 star. I will definitely be back to this location.

Kudos to this Yorba Linda Starbucks location. Cashiers & baristas are definitely awesome. Once in the store, a cashier treated me with a beautiful smile and a great attitude. My drink was made to perfection and I left the store super happy with their special treatment.

I've been buying my coffee two or three times a week, plus my breakfast sandwiches, for almost two years. And yesterday, I just stopped to ask for a glass of ice, and they refused me because I had to buy some coffee or other products. It filled me with rage and anger.😡

extremely dirty store. very unwelcoming environment. service was awful. this has to be the worst starbucks i’ve ever been too. extremely rude here. everyone was just huddled together talking when i walked in, no one welcomed me. this is why people are choosing REAL coffee shops these days.

Love Starbucks... However if the barista is telling you that the bathrooms aren't working... With a smirk on her face, I'm beginning to wonder what's going on. Usually Starbucks staff is super friendly, this lady was just happy to tell us that we can't use the bathroom... No apology or any indication that she regrets to have to tell us this information. No signs that the bathrooms are out of commission either...Would have happily driven to next Starbucks and ordered my drinks and used the facilities there. Will not be coming back to this location. Unfortunate!
