Pumkin Spice Latte and blueberry scone is a wonderful choice, They are also allowing for 5 dollar donations to purchase a bag of Starbucks coffee to go to our troops at Camp Pendleton which is cool during the Holiday Season of giving, especially to those who give their all!

The Starbuck ladies were very friendly and greeted me as I entered the store. The barista even verifed my drink order cause I ordered coconut milk and whipped cream.

Everyone working there was smiling, I couldn’t believe how quick the service was. Nice environment.

It's okay. They always seem to mess up in store food orders because they are more concerned about the online/pick up in store orders. Had to wait 15 minutes just to find out my order wasn't even coming despite me paying for it. Was kinda bummed but they tried to make it right

These guys were fantastic! Peter made me an entirely different drink after I tried the 'New Iced Energy' tropical flavor, which I typically love. I chose the Sunner Refresher, that I knew I loved! AND added another pump of Vanilla in the little babes ' Pink Drink'... Grade A customer service!

Baristas are friendly and enthusiastic, and I love some added detailed touch here! For mobile ordering they have 3 places with alphabetical letters to sort orders. And added perk, they give samples. Limited parking but only waited 30 seconds for a spot

Kudos to this Yorba Linda Starbucks location. Cashiers & baristas are definitely awesome. Once in the store, a cashier treated me with a beautiful smile and a great attitude. My drink was made to perfection and I left the store super happy with their special treatment.

I was served quickly, my drink was made for me before I had even finished paying, which I appreciate because I work at Starbucks myself, and my drink was made correctly. The cafe was also kept very clean, and the employees were very polite. You would be surprised how many stores I've been to that I've given 1 star. I will definitely be back to this location.

Came in after the fair wanting a pick me up for the ride home. Came in and only saw one barista barring and charging with ease. Was getting busy to the point my partners and i wanted to jump in and help her, but she never lost her composure. Kudos to her!!!! Not one customer was upset they had to wait longer than expected!

When the drink is simple than the expectations can be met. Iced coffee with some extra sweetener. Caffeine and sugar rush. LOL

Baristas here are my favorite, always super friendly and helpful. I've sat at the bar before to study and they'll set your drink in front of you if they recognize that you're the one who ordered it. Several tables have the cordless charging pads, the charge is quite slow but it's better than nothing when you've forgotten your charger or there's no ports available.

Starbucks has great coffee and hot drinks but they have started to introduce some refreshing new cold drinks. This location has limited parking but plenty of indoor seating and free wifi. The service is pretty good too my only complaint would be the bathrooms werent very clean.

Yolanda and the other team members are super kind and have fast service. They got the new coffee machine here, its so good!

You could say Starbucks will always be Starbucks & despite that being highly accurate, the best thing about this one could be the splendidly modern architecture...but there's actually even more. The staff. I must say that is for this particular location its signature feature: definingly spectacular. Ask for Yolanda. You'll see.

I visit this place 5 days a week faithfully. Employee's know my drink and always give me a welcome by name each time. The manager is awesome.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks, because of the location it's a quick AC in and out couple minutes no hassle, the Baristas are really nice specially Stephanie she's always very good at taking her time to make the drink the way I like them, I always try to come to this same location

I wanted to take a moment to formally recognize an employee named Chris for providing an outstanding experience during my recent visit. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew, and Chris demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, strong product knowledge, and a clear commitment to quality. Instead of preparing the drink too early and letting it sit, he waited until I arrived to pour the nitro, ensuring the beverage maintained its intended texture and foam. As you know, nitro drinks can quickly lose their signature foam and smoothness if they sit for even a few minutes, which significantly affects the customer experience. Chris’s decision to time the preparation properly made a noticeable difference in the quality of the drink, and it reflects a high level of professionalism and care. This is exactly the kind of thoughtful execution that builds customer trust and loyalty. Chris is an excellent representative of the Starbucks brand, and I strongly believe he should be recognized and considered for leadership and management opportunities.

This Starbucks in 17th and Newport blvd I do like. However, their parking is not the best as I sometimes can run late due to scarce parking at this location. Other than that, i do enjoy coming here because they do get their mobile orders out in a timely manner.

They're happy to customize your order to exactly as you want it and barring being utterly slammed (which can happen from time to time) they are quick and efficient. I may or may not bleed Starbucks green, but I'm not biased. 😉

He always has a cheerful attitude regardless of how large the line is. I know I won't have to wait too long when Jose is working.

When I can't grind my own beans for coffee at work I will stop at a nearby Starbucks. This store that is near the fairgrounds has better coffee than any vendor on the facility. Now if only this store served Cinabuns, I will never buy anything at the fairgrounds for breakfast. Great WiFi also.

I enjoy this Star bucks. I went in to enjoy some coffee while I watched a podcast on the patio. I asked them when the patio closed and they said around sun down. I then told them to let me know if I needed to move and they simply said " oh, no, you just enjoy yourself sir" friendly people , great location

Can you say RUDE! Did a mobile order for my wife, she went in (unfamiliar with this location) 3 employees, not one greeted her or asked to help. When she saw the one employee finishing her drink , she moved to meet him and he asks.."did you pay for that"? It's a mobile order. FAIL at this location.

Came into this Starbucks location . Worst decision ever all 4 drinks we got were completely sour, out of flavor ,& watered down . I also had special instructions for one of the drinks and they weren’t followed . Called to tell them and they seemed to give little to no importance. I am very upset .

Never have I been treated as poorly at any business in my life as I was at this location. I was in California visiting family and friends for a week and was staying in a local Hotel. The room I was in had a broken AC unit so I asked to switch. They wouldn't have another room available for 2 hours, so I decided I would invite a friend to grab a cup of coffee and pass the time as Starbucks was across the street from me. I left all my luggage in the lobby, only bringing my laptop, swim attire, and snacks as we discussed possibly going to the beach afterwards. I walked across the street to the starbucks and arrived about 10 minutes before my friend. I bought a cup of coffee and a water and sat on the outside patio with the few things I brought for the beach (in 2 small grocery bags). I was catching a glare on my laptop and asked a gentleman at another table with open seats that was put of the direct sunlight if it's ok for me to sit there, which he says yes. He introduces himself and we exchange formalities. About 5 minutes go by and another gentleman arrives at the table. I again exchange formalities and resume what I was doing. They proceed to step away and ask if I can keep an eye on their stuff, which I said yes as it seemed inconsequential. An employee comes out about 2 minutes later asking if all this stuff belongs to me, to which I respond no, only the two small grocery bags at my feet. My friend arrives minutes later, and sits down at the table. We chat for no more than a minute before he heads inside to buy an ice coffee. While he is in line the two gentleman who asked me to watch their stuff come back. My friend comes back and sits down, and seeing them at the table politely introduces himself and makes small talk briefly before we get back to our conversation. One of the men leaves his stuff again and goes inside. I've been here for at most 15 minutes at this point, my friend for 5. The man whose table I asked to sit at comes back after 5 minutes and both him and his friend leave. After they leave we proceed to acknowledge that they were strange and I mention how i was about to just move tables before they left on their own. We proceed to talk for about 5 minutes before a police officer arrives out of nowhere and asks how long we have been there because STARBUCKS CALLED AND WANTS US ESCORTED OFF THE PREMISE IMMED8ATELY. I explain I've been here about 25 minutes at most and my friend maybe 10-15, explaining he is probably looking for the two gentleman who had left. He says they want us gone and has no clue why. We left without issue as we were headed to the beach anyways, simply confused and with the express intent to leave these reviews and contact corporate. Where does a place get off taking our money and proceeding to have us escorted off the property like criminals without reason, or let alone speaking to either of us first? I would have asked for a refund if I didn't think the situation would have escalated and become a bigger scene. I've never in my life experienced such flagrant disregard for a customer from a company You should be ashamed of yourselves as a company. I'll be demanding a refund before my vacation is done. Its not about the 6 dollars, it's about the principal. We didn't so much as speak to a staff member or a fellow customer in a way that would warrant a request from management to leave let alone the police showing up. We were not loud or unruly. We were not there for a long period of time, or even an extended amount of time. We were not abusing amenities provided at the location or there without being a customer. This is getting taken to whatever level necessary to recieve a full refund, a full apology.

Came here about 2 weeks ago. Need to update store hours. Door was closed in my face despite store hours saying they were open for another hour. I don’t mind if they were short staffed but at least a sign would be nice.

Jimmy who works at the Newport Avenue would not give me my recommended drink of which I ordered a iced caramel Brulé latte it was the worst service I had ever received here at this Starbucks I was treated like I lied and that your app did not do something wrong I didn’t have time to make a fuss so I went ahead and took the wrong order drink and asked it to be made ice and they wouldn’t make it for me worst service ever Jimmy should be fired
