Been a while since I had a mocha but it was perfectly made, strong and delicious

Starbucks has great the young ladies are 👌 and got everything correctly. No problems

Staff is always friendly. I like getting my coffee here.

Always gets my order correctly with a winning smile too!

Every time I go to get coffee, there’s a lovely lady named Ariel who writes sweet, thoughtful messages on my cup wishing me a great day. It always makes me so happy and truly makes me feel special and valued. More than the taste of the coffee—which is already delicious—it’s these kinds of small, kind gestures from someone I don’t even know that really make a difference. Also, I have to say, the matcha she made for me (I got a light matcha) was amazing! I’m adding a photo of it too. I hope I get lucky and she’s there every time I order from now on. I also hope others get to experience her kindness. There’s another kind lady working there too—once I learn her name, I’ll make sure to mention her as well.

Small & clean with a ➕ vibe. Oh, and the best Brn Sugr Oatmilk Espresso to date. Although the friendly and patient barista doesn't get all the credit for that. I believe I have perfected the drink (if you don't count the nearly $10 price tag...). Use your stars for this one, folks!

Super friendly staff to every customer that walked in. They welcomed me in and ask how I was doing.

Nolan made my Morning, such a long road trip and needed a comfy Starbucks with good coffee, good people and good restroom. Here in Cotati he had a calming kind vibe, much appreciated and welcomed. Another gal there name starts with St was not so much. Bless her heart perf improv plan recommend + customer service matters ⚓️🧿 ps thanks St for letting me know where I could throw my trash away, behind me for the straw wrapper. I’ve noted where the trashcan is and I’ll be more courteous next time, put my own straw wrapper in the trashcan behind me, and other pissy attitudes you gave are forgiven St on Fri 10/25/24 mid-day 😳🤔🕊️ ** updated to 5 stars Nolan deserves all 5

Just passing through and needed a quick pick me up. My barista, Mary, greeted me with a sweet smile and was very helpful and patient while I couldn’t decide what I wanted to order. I am really loving my Cold foam blonde iced coffee with 2 packets of agave! This will be my new go to favorite cold drink! Thank you Mary for the suggestion.

Miss the old location in Windsor, but this location does offer better seating inside/ outside for customers. Staff is always very friendly and of course consistent with brand items.

Predictable beverages. Love the neighborhood vibe on their street side patio.

Never can go wrong if you need a quick fix for coffee, just make sure you order online before.

Coffee is nice it's not crazy all the time and if they mess up your order they will fix it

Chai Latte's is never hot at this location and the foam is so much it should be charged as a small size. and again doesn't taste right and if they paid more attention to making a good drink and not so worried about talking at the counter, they might make a descent coffee.

I used to love this location. The new seating layout is not condusive to much social interaction, comfort or privacy. Truly disappointed.

The employees hang around on their off time constantly, and are kinda super loud? They'r enice, but it makes for an aggravating place to study, sometimes.

Today, because their training is uneven and no one talks to each other, they made my drink in a disposable cup and suggested I throw that away after mere seconds of use. How stupid ARE they? No one is even trying to reduce waste. Back to boycotting.

Replaced with the right item. Mocha comes with whipped. Nicely notified the unsmiling staff... who then just use a spoon to get most of cream out. Asked for a new one - since I realllly don’t like cream. No apology given - they seemed put out that I asked them to fix their mistakes. Avoid this one.
