Pane e salame Cremona Reviews
Service efficient and friendly. Food excellent. Prices are corresponding to the quality of the restaurant. I fully recommend.
Lovely little restaurant. Simple, rustic decor and menu. Really delicious, hearty food. I was eating alone , which I am not used to, but felt perfectly welcome. Friendly owners. A great choice, near the Violin museum and auditorium.
We arrived in Cremona to attend a family funeral so despite not being a particularly happy time for us the entire staff was immediately warm, friendly and super welcoming - We loved the smaller menu, each dish created and crafted perfectly - we felt so at home that we ended up eating here every single night of our remaining stay :) Thank you so very much for making us smile and for looking after us so well- we will definitely be visiting again! Highly Recommended

The grilled scarmorza and the risotto “pane e salame” are incredible! Highly recommend this place.
I love this restaurant as they have a varied menu of delicious Italian fare. The cheese and meat boards are awesome. Good wine selection. It's not crowded and I can always get a table without waiting.
We spent a very nice evening at this lovely Osteria in the heart of Cremona!
Risotto has classic taste. Must visit.
Really great food. Their fried bread is amazing. Delicious food overall.
The serving sizes are just adequate, but the food tastes amazing! Prices are low too: appetizers, a main course, water and service was just 15€!

Very good typical food of Cremona, with confortable prices. Just back to the Cathedral. Vey much suggested
Simple but well made dishes. Friendly owners.
Good quality price ratio. Local cusine. Not luxury but enjoyable a bit old style setting. I did appreciate the lunch and traditional food. Venetian chandeliers!
Was here for a late lunch and had the place to ourselves. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Wonderful ambiance, good food and very reasonable prices. My only regret is not trying the pane e salame risotto which sounds very interesting. Would (and likely will) go back!
The food was delicious. I had spaghetti and clams. When the waiter identified me as an English speaker he got the cook, who spoke English. The cook patiently translated items like "brodo" or "broth" which saved me from ordering pasta in soup on a hot night! The cover charge came with salumi and hot puffed savory pastry. The latter is hard to describe, but very good. It was reasonably priced, at 17 euros including wine and a liter of sparkling water.
Lunched here in this quaint tavern. Ordered murubini in brodo and parmigiano al verdure. Generous proportions of regional dishes. Welcoming and efficient service. Good choice for us for lunch in …
Food and coffee was OK. But after seeing how the waitress is preparing the food without any care for hygiene in the kitchen I would never come again.
We ate antipasti which was very good but the second dish we ordered Tagliala di mango con patate al Forno, it was not eatable but owner insist to pay for this dish as it was cooked. It was like horse meet We left with a sad feeling
I started going there three times every year (that’s a lot, as I live in the US) and I was happy it became popular (last May I couldn't eat there without booking). Unfortunately today the food quality was scarce (my tortelli were overcooked and my partner's pisarei and parmiggiana were too dry). But the most negative experience was the fact that the owner's reaction to my negative comments was totally careless. I'm sad I'll have to find another place to eat in Cremona.
