Sushiko Cremona Reviews
I messaged on WhatsApp to arrange a surprise delivery for my mom on New Year's Eve, because living in America, I wouldn't have been able to call or order at the right time. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me. My mom was thrilled, and the sushi was truly delicious! Highly recommended! Thanks again for your helpfulness and professionalism ❤️
The food was very good and tasty, and arrived quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless with a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.
I've been to this sushi place many times and I have to say it's truly excellent. The food is good, but most of all I have to praise the friendliness and kindness of all the staff. The prices are fair and the fish is excellent. They're super friendly every time!
It's not your average SUSHIKO! The entrance already shows the uniqueness of this restaurant... It's a nod to the Orient... a very cute place with attention to every detail... but the entrance is even more WOW! The overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Strategic location near the shopping center, so there's plenty of parking! All the courses arrive one after the other in less than 15 minutes (something I value very much). The staff is qualified, friendly, helpful, and active (which isn't a given); the fish is incredibly fresh, the flavors are TOP-NOTCH, and the menu offers a wide variety. All these factors undoubtedly raise the restaurant's profile. Personally, in terms of value for money, I think it's hard to find better. The owners are very friendly, I've been a customer for years now, and every time they leave me with a wonderful surprise on the dishes ;) I highly recommend going there at least once!

Absolutely best sushi's restaurant in this town, the chief also offer to us some bitter after dinner, very appreciated. I will certainly return soon!
best service and food is fantastic must visit once to enjoy best sushi restaurant in town hi5
Very nice and unique place, the staff are kind and friendly, they speak excellent Italian, we ate quite well, the menu is really varied and satisfies everyone, there are also desserts that you often don't find in an all you can eat, I recommend the coffee sorbet as a truly excellent end to the meal, a tip for the guys who serve the tables, it would be nice to say the name of the dishes you bring to the table, otherwise you risk not understanding who and what ordered, recommended! 👍
I went to eat there with my partner for New Year's Eve and it was a disaster... We had completely different expectations since we had chosen a menu. We thought they would make us a special menu instead we found ourselves ordering the usual things like when we go to an all you can eat. A bottle of wine that we tried to hold on to until the last minute. For the midnight toast we were supposed to eat the pandoro that was on display on the counter but they didn't even give us a slice. We were hoping they would come by and bring us a piece of pandoro and a glass of wine because, rightly so, the bottle was so expensive that it arrived at midnight but because we sloshed it... We went this weekend remembering that we had the card that was supposed to be used to get a €25 discount and he made a mistake in giving the change. Unfortunately, we realized it too late and we can no longer find the receipt because if there was one, we would have agreed as soon as we left and gone back straight away... We have always had a good time but lately it has really been pitiful. For goodness sake, the food is good but the fact that with the excuse that we are regular customers they think they can rip us off is the fact that we are regular customers. It doesn't suit me, I don't know if I'll go back there again, I was already disappointed by New Year's Eve, I wanted to give it a chance but after this, in my opinion, it can close its doors
Nice, clean, and welcoming place, even though I ordered takeout (while waiting for my food, I wandered around the place). Unfortunately, among the many dishes I ordered, several arrived freezing cold (the fries and all the fried foods), and we're talking less than a two-minute drive home. Despite this, even without the all-you-can-eat option, it was cheap and the sushi was very good!
We've been going for years, even with the old owner. We sat down at 8 pm and after an hour only two tartares and drinks arrived, while the others were eating continuously. After that we got up and left, a total disappointment that has never happened in my life, and I don't know how many places I go around. They lost three customers. Poor food and very little professionalism. And damn, she chased me in the parking lot with a tray of 🍣. What a shame.
Contrary to expectations, our experience at this restaurant was anything but positive. Starting with the food, the fish didn't seem fresh at all: the shrimp were bitter (very worrying) and the batter was hard, almost burnt. We forced ourselves to eat them to avoid waste, but if we had gone back, I would have gotten up after the first course and left... Even the salmon in the nigiri looked and smelled unappealing, far from what you'd find in restaurants of the same caliber, so much so that we couldn't finish them. We also tried the rice dumplings with beef and mushrooms, but the mushrooms had a truly unpleasant flavor and the beef was equally so, so we ate only the dumplings and left the rest. The service, while polite enough, was very slow. The moment we decided to get up was when the plate of calamari and salt-and-pepper shrimp arrived; Comparing the menu photo with what we were served, it felt like we were in two different restaurants. Furthermore, given the unpleasant taste of the shrimp we had received earlier, we decided not to risk it any further. Furthermore, compared to other all-you-can-eat restaurants that offer the same or nearly the same price (around €15-16), the restrictions on dishes are excessive, as almost all grilled dishes can only be ordered once per person, unlike other places where, for example, you can order two portions of shrimp and two of shrimp skewers per person without any problem. A real shame, because the place has potential, but the quality of the food and the service policies make it an experience I wouldn't recommend.
Terrible experience, never before. We're a family that eats sushi often, and never, ever, had we encountered a situation like this. The fried food smelled and tasted terrible, so much so that it resembled used oil or rotten fish. My daughter vomited as soon as she put a piece of fried salmon sushi in her mouth, and soon after, the rest of the family started experiencing stomach pain and nausea. We had to go to the hospital. We reported everything to the staff, who were kind enough to listen to us, but didn't offer any concrete help: they simply avoided charging us the extra fee (which, given what happened, seems like the minimum). A situation like this isn't just unpleasant, it's unacceptable from a health and hygiene standpoint. They said they "didn't know how to help us because no other customers had complained about the same problem." But this seemed very unfair to us: we had no reason to invent anything, especially since we still paid for the €17.90 lunch menu per person for five. We were told that their priority is serving quality food, but the real priority should also, and above all, be the customer's health. Another unclear point was that popular dishes like salmon tartare or shrimp skewers could only be ordered once and in single portions, despite the all-you-can-eat formula. This was very disappointing, as it had never happened in other similar restaurants. We've always eaten fried food and tempura at many different sushi restaurants, and we've never encountered such poor quality. I really hope a serious investigation is conducted, because serving food in those conditions is dangerous.
