I'm pretty sure I paid 4 dollars for yesterdays frys! I go there for my kid but don't usually get anything myself, even though being a McDonald's employee might suck ! At least have some class and serve food you would eat yourself.

This McDonald's needs some help. They always mess up orders and the food is not always fresh. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich protein style and this is what I got. Wth.

The last 3 visits to this location, the sausage and egg McMuffins have had TONS of eggshells in them. Just a warning to others, don't order these during breakfast. Someone in the kitchen doesn't know how to properly crack eggs or they just don't care. I'm going with the latter.

Go anywhere else staff sucks dont know what their doing will mess up you order argue about it. Manager is clueless dont make online orders they dont make the food prior so you show up 30 minutes late food isnt done

First time I’ve been in this McDonald’s in 10+ years. Was the worst McDonald’s experience of my life. Manager was rude and threatened me twice, and the lady before me was also treated very poorly by him. Food was stale and not worth what I paid for it. If this McDonald’s wants to improve I suggest starting with new management.

There is a middle aged Hispanic lady that I get the feeling is a manager or owner. Literally every single time I see her, I know the food and service is going to be even worse than normal. I waited I for 15 minutes for my food at the drive thru and EVERYTHING was cold as could be. It's getting to the point where I'm going to start asking who's working and if I don't like the answer, I'll just go to Goodwin's across the street and figure something out. I come here for convenience but I also expect my food to be somewhat warm when I get it. Or the fries to at least have salt on them because it feels like they've stopped doing that. if I keep getting food that is literally so unappetising that I spit it back out and throw it away, then I might as well go get some top ramen from across the street. It takes the tiniest amount of effort, but the fact that prices here continue to rise while the quality continues to plummet means that it doesn't make any sense to keep coming back.

I used to love this place but I feel soooo sad every time my order comes out wrong and most recently, I found a hair in my sandwich.... I did call management and they offered me a refund if I came in with my receipt but I kinda feel traumatized. Idk if I'll give this place another chance anytime soon. I will say the drive through staff is always nice. It is usually the food that is the problem. I've gotten my order wrong twice, and then they forgot about the order that was supposed to fix my order. And I wouldn't really recommend ordering inside...

Place the order at 6:13 in the drive-through there is only one person ahead of me and they asked me to park because they were in a competition and wanted to look good. It is now 620 and receive our food. There is no possible way. These people should win any kind of competition.

Worst place ever the people that work there playing around will never go back DONT GO got the burger and it was not cooked made us all sick forget this place go to lake arrowhead maybe they will be better but I doubt it

Spent $48.00 for lunch family of 5. They got the order wrong ,but did correct the order with only one concern quarter pounder and buttermilk chicken sandwich was served messy without a bun. We are hoping they are clean and we do not get covid because of this. Remembering domino's pizza of worker spitting in the sandwich. Nervous after thought

We have been waiting here for a long tome for our order. The drive-thru has been moving smoothly, people who walked up after us have been served indoors as well. We are still waiting. Very slow service Lids for cups were severely under-stocked, and the ones that were out were covered in sticky soda syrup. Tables are dirty. Just watched a man walk in with a dog. No one said anything. They just allowed him inside of their food establishment, with an un-leashed dog. There was a mess on the floor, we asked the girl to clean it up, as it is a slip hazard. She stated that she 'doesn't have time right now"... right after slipping in it herself. Eew. **finally got our food... well, half of it... they forgot half of our order. Told us they didn't bring our fries because they were out of them... as they gave multiple orders to a drive thru order, that had pulled up long after we placed our order. Served at least 5 walk up groups, and 10-15 cars before we received our order. When we arrived, we were the only walk-up. Worst service, dirty location, very bad experience.
