The place was packed from the moment it opened. Unfortunately, there was no table available. It's best to make a reservation. The pizza was delicious – the dough, the ingredients. Delicious. But the seafood pasta was still the best. Huge mussels, perfectly cooked, and the other toppings were also plentiful and delicious. The kids were happy and full. So were we. We recommend it!

Pizzeria storica vicino l'uscita della superstrada. Personale gentile, disponibile e molto rapido. Pizza buona leggermente croccante e sottile. Consigliati anche i dolci. Ampia terrazza ma attenzione alle zanzare in estate. Secondo me ci sono pochi parcheggi nelle vicinanze.

We stopped at this restaurant/pizzeria because it was on the way after a day trip. It's a shame the pizza dough contains milk, and since I'm lactose intolerant, I had to opt for a meat-based main course. The pizza, however, was excellent, and the staff were friendly!

Saturday evening for a family pizza, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere. The pizza was a little thin and a bit shy for my taste, but maybe that's how the locals like it. The mixed fried fish was good, and the apple ice cream was delicious. The final bill for three was around €50.

Al Paradise is a nice, unpretentious place with a certain local charm, and despite its flaws, we do keep returning — mainly because of its convenient location near our home, the good pizzas, and the pleasant surroundings (with the exception of the nearby road). This year, I ordered the pizza ai formaggi, which was very tasty overall, although it lacked that extra touch that makes a good pizza truly memorable. My husbands salami piccante-pizza was lovely as well. Last year, I tried the carbonara, which was alright: it tasted fine, but I could not finish it because I found a fairly large fly in the dish, which was, understandably, rather off-putting. Unfortunately, there were some small issues with the service this time. They forgot to bring our table the usual small bread, grissini, olive oil, salt, and pepper. We waited quite a while just to place our order, and when we finally did, I specifically asked the waitress if we could have bread and the usual accompaniments — she said “yes,” but nothing arrived. Instead, our pizzas came out relatively quickly, which in itself was good, but still no bread or condiments. In the end, I had to go to the bar to ask again, and although they did bring some bread and grissini then, they forgot the salt — so I had to request it a third time. Small oversights like these do detract from the overall experience. The staff are generally polite but could be more attentive and organised. To their defense, it was a busy night like usual (it’s an appreciated place for sure!). All in all, Al Paradise remains a convenient and quaint local choice for a quick, yummy pizza and we will no doubt return — though there is room for improvement when it comes to service and attention to detail.
