Always good place to eat. They are always busy. Drive thru is nice. They welcome you and get you done fast. Nice staff, and I was told Merr Christmas *.* . So far I get what I ordered, nothing missing. They are extremely busy and can get your order right, that's cool.
That spicy chicken sandwich is so good. I just came in here for my 30 minute break and glad I did. That spicy chicken sandwich is a GO!!! The staff was great and you should check this sandwich out. BAMA TRUCKER - ROLL TIDE
Im just going to say I drove a hour and 24 minutes to this location because I was craving the wrangler burger. They unfortunately dont have it on the menu anymore but I was told that they would help me as much as possible by recreating one. We'll they did and it was super delicious!! We were treated so well from the moment we walked in! The whole staff including the kitchen went above and beyond for me and my family! If only the whole world could be as curtios, friendly and professional as this staff! Thank you again and we will drive a hour just to eat here!
They were busy so it did take a little bit to get our food. maybe short handed for rush hour? But the two ladies taking orders and helping get food out were very nice, helpful and friendly! There was another lady helping get food out and she was nice and helpful also! I loved the prickly pear raspberry drink

I had never been to a whataburger until I came to this one a few weeks ago. They may all have the same food, but not the energy this location has, from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted cheerfully. Everyone is so helpful, and genuine.
This is the best Whataburger I've ever been to. Super friendly service, comfortable seating, and good food. The seats and tables are much nicer than most Whataburgers. If I lived in Crockett I'd probably go twice a week.
Best Whataburger we've had yet! The staff were all so friendly and courteous. They frequently walked through the restaurant checking on people and taking trash trays. The food was DELICIOUS and fresh. Any needs with the drinks, etc were immediately addressed and remedied. The atmosphere was a nice, rustic theme and very clean. We loved how the pictures on the wall were mounted with horseshoes! Definitely will stop here any time we come through!
I can totally see why this location gets high ratings. My family and I stopped here today, and from the moment we walked in the door, we had a great experience. We were greeted warmly right away. The staff was so funny and personable, but they were also real pros! Quick, delicious food and service will always bring me back for more.
Walked in the door and was greeted by one of the nicest smiling faces! Our order was prepared perfectly and fast. The restaurant was clean and full of what I assume are "regulars" because the sweet woman who greeted me up on entering was walking around refilling coffees. Truly a wonderful Whataburger experience!
Stopped off after 2 days of very long travel. We were so exhausted that our order was misunderstood. The manager had to fix and she was understanding and fixed the error immediately. The food is fresh and delicious just like home! The establishment is clean. 5 stars 🤩
This Whataburger is one of my favorites. There is so much team work amongst the associates working. When they are not waiting on customers, they are busy cleaning and wiping all the area down. The manager runs a good restaurant at this location. Their interior is very well decorated as well. I highly recommend this location in Crockett for your next meal!!
This particular Whataburger was awesome. The food was good, the parking was good but the service was great. We have never visited this location before. We were just passing through but if we are ever in this area again we will definitely stop by and get us some food. Our favorite is the number 4 with onion rings and a chocolate milkshake. Sometimes we also order a side of French fries. We recommend this restaurant.

$15+ for one person. Prices are getting crazy at this franchise location. They are lucky it's pretty much the only decent place to eat in the entire town. The quality of the food sometimes sucks, some times it's great other times it's a sloppy mess

Absolutely horrible. Food was awful and tea tasted like cigarette water. I will never eat here again.
