This is the most consistent Jack in the Box! Everyone is always very friendly! Unfortunately sometimes they don't have fresh food, just like the rest of Jack in the Boxes. They are quick and the orders are accurate!

Normally I come here all the time and have no problems but tonight I was craving Jalapeno Poppers and when I arrived the lights off on the outside of the building but were on inside so I decided to pull up just to see and they said they were closed at 12:38am not 1:00am like usually for this location *correction they didn’t even open the window they just made a gesture that implied as such… As someone also in the food industry I realize customers right before closing are annoying and a pain however I know that I should be able to order more than ten minutes before hell my restaurant will do 5-10 minutes before so we make sure our customers leave happy we even make sure door dashers get there food even if they arrive after close… we wait for the last person to show up to pick up the order before we officially lock the doors point is CLOSED BEFORE CLOSING

I come here because my son likes the fries. Every time I come here, they are slow. No one is in the line, yet you always have to park and wait. I ordered large fries, and they gave me the medium container, saying that that is the new large. There is no sign up or anything with the changes on the menu. I could have gone to Burger King across the street and got a better deal.

We come pretty regularly. But today's service was the worst I have ever had. Went through drive-in and cashier rushed through our order. Never stopped asking what else, what else, what else when I was talking. Shoved the food through the window. And didnt get all order missing burger fries and tacos. And the jack wrap was covered in grease and sauce. Very disappointed.

I've had nothing but good experiences here until today. Between my wife and I being busy working we decided to door dash. Something we do very rarely. Our daughter as well as ourselves were hungry but had no time to come pick up food. We ordered a handful of things and I must say none of those things were pleasing. The worst part being the biriani tacos being soggy. The box literally had moisture rolling down to the tacos inside. We also paid for 6 sauces 4 ggs and 2 birria ranch. We received none of them. Annoyed that my daughters food was so bad she wouldn't eat i picked her up and paused work just to come get our food corrected. After explaining to the guy through the window he was extremely apologetic and said pull forward and we'll get this fixed. I added a burger to the order incase it happened again. Once we pull to the window is where the problem at the store happened again. The manager Mayra was nothing short of helpful and rather rude. Now I understand I didnt bring the soggy food with me but mind you I had a toddler yelling while I was also on the phone for work. She informed us we would not be getting the tacos even though we were just told through the window we would. I gave her a chance to fix this mistake but she stood her ground on a decision I as a buisness owner find rather poor. We then left with our food and once again noticed none of the 6 sauces were there yet again. Pulled back through, explained I was rather disappointed with the service and she just smiled with a smarky look threw my sauce in the bag and left it at that. For a while I thought the taco bell next door was the worst food in the area. It appears they have competition at this point. I now understand why this location has a rather poor Google rating. Such a pitty we love jack in the box.

The workers were very rude and slow, people that ordered after me got their food and they made me wait last to get my order..it was very dirty inside and very wet a high fall risk area.

Went to this location to get some food to go. I waited at the counter. There was a door dasher in there as well. No one even acknowledged that I was there EXCEPT the door dasher. She was even trying to get their attention to let them know I was there. If I wanted that kind of service I'd go across the street to Burger King. Can't rate the food because I didn't get any.

If giving a zero star was possible I’d do that. Staff just gave away my order to someone else and my door dasher saw and waited half an hour for them to make a new order and they refused and said they wouldn’t replace order upon their mistake. Told me call door dash and make a new order. Zero willingness to admit fault or try and help with situation.
