The food itself is good when everything’s right, but every time I order a family meal from this location, I end up with a piece of chicken that has what looks like a neck still attached. And I mean every single time. It’s gotten to the point where it’s a running joke in the house as to who’s getting the neck this time. On top of that, any time we try to order wings, we’re told they’re out. Doesn’t matter the day or time, they’re just always out.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 across the board) This location is consistently terrible, and tonight reminded me exactly why I usually avoid it. I ordered a two-piece white meat, mild, with mac & cheese and a biscuit through the drive-thru. The employee repeated the order incorrectly, I corrected him, he acknowledged the correction, completed the transaction, handed me my food, and I drove off — which I normally never do at this location because mistakes are routine here. I regret not trusting my instincts. The food was wrong AND inedible. • The chicken was not white meat • It was overcooked, excessively greasy, and smelled partially burnt • The quality was unacceptable even by fast-food standards When I turned around to get the order corrected, the situation somehow got worse. The dining room doors were locked at 7:00 PM, with signs claiming the system was down. Somehow the system being down also meant: • No walk-in customers allowed • Everyone forced into a single, crawling drive-thru line • Zero ability to quickly correct a mistake I sat in line for 20–30 minutes for an error that could have been fixed in under two if the doors were open. A system outage has nothing to do with locking the doors — that’s just poor management and worse customer service. This location is disorganized, careless with orders, and completely dismissive of customers’ time. Greasy, burnt food + wrong order + locked doors + unnecessary wait = total failure. And typically when a restaurant makes this type of error they offer something complimentary as a sign of goodwill and loyalty appreciation. The shift manager offered no show of respect not even an apple pie or certificate that could be redeemed at a later time. Needless to say I won’t go back to this location. Save yourself the frustration. Listen to your instincts. Go literally anywhere else.

This location is terrible. Especially at night. I’m not sure who the manager is at night but apparently they don’t care either. I waited an hour for my food. 1 whole damn hour for some chicken. One of the workers made sure one of her friends got there food before me. But kept saying how much longer for her order, she been here an hour. Yea I’m glad yall know I been here that long but yet no effort was made to make sure things went faster. When I finally got my food they gave me extra items. Which is cool and all but the goal shouldn’t be get something for free for waiting a damn hour for chicken. Only reason I didn’t leave was because I paid for my food online and idk how long it was going take to get a refund. Yall only have two people in there at night that speak English. Literally three customers walked out because nobody took their order. They kept telling them hold on, hold on. I saw a lot got on for the whole damn hour I was there. I honestly think I deserve my money back. But I will not be back at this location period. This is the third time I have had a horrible experience I just never report on it but I had to this time because that was horrible. It’s sad you have staff that don’t care.

I’ve now had two terrible experiences ordering from Popeyes, and I’m beyond frustrated. The first time I ordered through DoorDash around 10 p.m., the Uber driver called to tell me the store only gave him two drinks and none of the actual food because they were “out of chicken.” How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken hours before closing? When I tried calling the store, it took over 10 calls for someone to answer, and when they finally did, they were rude and refused to properly resolve the issue or refund my money. The manager was especially unprofessional. The manger all you do Is hold a title and can’t do you’re job if you can’t handle basic customer service or ensure orders are correct, you shouldn’t be in charge. Running out of chicken at a chicken restaurant and repeatedly sending out wrong orders is embarrassing. Being rude instead of taking responsibility just makes it worse. Now, this time, my order was completely wrong again. I specifically asked for regular chicken sandwiches, and instead I was given spicy. It’s not complicated — just read the order. At this point, the repeated mistakes and poor customer service are unacceptable

Yesterday I went through the drive-thru and asked if we could place three separate orders. The employee immediately said, “No, you have to come in,” and then turned off the microphone. I was honestly shocked by how rude that was. This unfortunately isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor customer service at this location, but it is the first time we were completely refused service. After a few seconds, the employee came back on and again told us to come inside. When I said we would not be ordering due to the poor customer service, he responded with, “Thank you. Have a great day.” We ended up taking our business to Taco Bell instead, where they were kind and happy to take our order through the drive-thru. Very disappointing experience.

Tried Again Due to "New Management" Hype—Still a Disaster. Someone on the neighborhood app hyped up this restaurant, claiming it was "back and better" under new management (she said she was the manager). I went Saturday (12/6/2025) at 8:35 PM, and it was a complete flop. The drive-thru service was atrocious. The young woman working was rude, didn't greet me, offered no "thank you," and acted annoyed that she had a customer. The place was empty, and I see why. Management needs to overhaul the staff or shut down. I won't be back. (P.S. Receipt said "Carlos," but a young Black female served me—seems like an ID issue.)

Horrible location. Was charged 3 times for 1 meal because of their faulty payment system. Charges had been pending for several business days and was told there was nothing they can do. Spoke to general manager (Carlos Flores) and district manager (Maria Nacares) [at least that's what they said their names are]. Both were useless and worthless, especially Maria. I shouldn't have to file a dispute with my bank for something that's your fault. Fix your raggedy machine and your raggedy customer service!!!

Came here after they opened and they wouldn’t answer in the drive through and wouldn’t open the doors. There were atleast 2 employees here. Went elsewhere as this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this location. The last time, the “cook” was late so they couldn’t even make the main thing they make…..

This Popeyes need to be shut down. They are never in stock of anything including chicken! What Popeyes has no chicken daily? The biscuits are always hard or nonexistent. Costumers service could be better as well. I am not sure how this place is even still operating. Nothing is ever made properly! This location is a disgrace to the Popeyes franchise.

I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes. It says online and on the door that they open at 10…it is now 10:15, no one is working drive through, and the doors to the lobby are locked. Don’t say you open at 10 if you don’t open at 10. Edit: it has now been over 30 minutes.

We have ordered from this location a few times through Uber Eats and it’s never fresh. We live less than 3 miles away… and we usually do priority delivery. They also don’t know how to read the order. 2 chicken sandwiches came with pickles when we asked for no pickles, and we got no dipping sauce. We are no longer giving our money to this location.

This location never fails to mess up my order. I’ll order every few months when I forgot how horrible my past experience was. Nothing changes, staff struggles to count the right amount of items and can’t pay attention to details. Don’t recommend the app for delivery, its terrible for reimbursement of missing items. I would avoid this location if you want what you ordered in a timely manner. Also the AI responses to reviews just shows how much this location cares about its customers.

Spent 30 minutes in drive thru. Forgot to make my order. Gave them receipt and still didn’t get it right. Said they gave me extra food. So I just went home. When I get home it’s less food and not even close to what I ordered. This is a theft.

3 hours before closing and couldn't order anything. Why have promotional Hot Ones items when they aren't available? Also out of all spicy chicken including tenders, etc. Learn how to run a store. Sounds like your employees are taking a vacation because there's no way you have zero ability to make some spicy chicken tenders or run a new batch of chicken in the fryer.

I went to this location today and spent 52.00 for a family meal, they gave me soggy chicken and I gave it right back and they pulled me into a parking spot and had me waiting for 30 minutes just for them to give me the same chicken. Both of the young ladies there was so nonchalant and the cook or whoever she was little short girl was mouthing off bad. I’m used to crispy chicken from Popeyes and this location will never get my service again. I usually go to Eldorado location and I will stick with them because this location is horrible all the way around. I will call my bank and see if I can dispute the charge the service was so so bad and I’m not lying. I usually don’t leave reviews but I think people should be WARNED about this location.
