I have trouble understanding the dimensions of a sliced pizza if it's not in centimeters, but it seems the young woman didn't understand my problem. I just wanted to know roughly how big the pizza is, and the answer was "12 slices." Friends, "slice" isn't a unit of measurement. If you could tell me approximately how many centimeters the pizza is in diameter or how many people it's designed to serve, it would help me a lot. I've been tolerant of the poor quality of the ingredients; I didn't complain when they forgot my soda, and even then, I tipped the delivery driver and didn't ask him to come back for it. But something that's very important to me is customer service, and if they can't tell me the dimensions of a pizza in centimeters, then we have a problem.
Terrible phone service. I ordered a package and they didn't send me the right one; it didn't include stuffed crust or soda. I know the packages sometimes change, but the person who explained it was very rude and sent me whatever she wanted.

Update your prices! In your Google images, the medium pizza says 2 for $225, but when you pay, it's $290. That's not fair! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 The pineapple on your pizza isn't in syrup or fresh; it's hard. The pizzas aren't as good as they used to be.
They serve you badly from the moment you arrive, the girl there gives you a face and is not at all friendly, you wait for about 30 minutes, the pizza is delivered to you veryyy golden because they are in the middle of a conversation and do not bother to check your order
The service from the young woman who serves customers is very inefficient. A delivery driver named Hugo gave us an account number to deposit into, but it turns out nobody knows it. They got angry when we deposited into a different account, even though they themselves provided the correct one. They still owe us 100 pesos and never returned it. They're arrogant and rude. Very cheap, but awful. Their delivery driver, Hugo, is taking advantage of us, and we're to blame.
Terrible service. Kevin, the person who serves, is very arrogant and condescending. I would never recommend a place like this. If you can avoid buying here, all the better; there are much better places with far superior service. They overcharge you. Honestly, it's the worst place to buy pizza.
The pizzas are great, but the service is terrible. The staff is incredibly rude, they even roll their eyes at you. The place is dirty, and the phone service is awful; they can't even name a package.
