Cómo siempre calidad en el pollo,super atención de la cajera muy amable y agradable,al igual que todos los empleados del lugar,hay veces que hay bastante gente para ordenar pero en si vale la pena su salsa como siempre huérfana(no tiene mdr)

Pedí un pollito feliz para llevar, más guarnición de frijolitos, muy buenos; ensalada rusa, no tan buena, las papas estaban aún duras; no revise y faltó que me pusieran la salsa. También compramos una jericaya, le faltaba sabor; un pay de queso, estaba rico. Las tortillas a mano, se veía que las estaban haciendo al momento. La atención buena. Y si tiene poquito lugar para estacionarse.

Llega a estar saturados el fin de semana; esta perfecto cuando las 2 cajas atienden ; buena coordinación y organización. Gracias

Upon arriving at this well-known restaurant chain, I noticed they still have their traditional molcajete with salsa and tortilla chips, so customers can enjoy them while waiting for their order. That's great! I appreciated the quick and friendly service, and the food was excellent. A very family-friendly and highly recommended place.

Excellent service. While you wait, you can enjoy ice-cold hibiscus water, they come around with food samples, and the package delivery is quick. The chicken is good, well-cooked, and flavorful, though the jericallas (a type of custard) are a bit too thick.

Tan buena comida y tan mal servicio , al momento de pedir pollo, pedí salsa , me contestó el dependiente “ya no hay nada de completo “ si quiere pedir y si no pues lo siento “

Siempre me ha tocado buena atención y rapidez, pero cuando los costos incrementan no es en proporción a la calidad de los alimentos. El pollo cada vez es más pequeño, antes incluía ensalada y ahora te la venden por separado.

El pollo es muy Rico sin embargo el servicio puede mejorar el día de hoy acudí a comprar un paquete con promoción para llevar como usualmente lo hago y al solicitar una orden de tortillas adicional simplemente no me la quisieron vender y la excusa fue que no tenían cuando evidentemente si tenían ya que las estaban haciendo y se veía gran cantidad de tortillas cuando le dije que yo veía que si tenían me respondió la chica que solo las podían vender si compraba el pollo o paquete el cual yo ya había adquirido en fin que me negó la venta y las que me dieron en mi paquete me las dió frías fue una mala experiencia...

The manager is incredibly rude; she refused to sell the chickens. They are incredibly rude and ill-mannered with customers, acting like they own the place and denying sales based on people's appearance and clothing. They should take a good look at themselves in the mirror first.
