El día de hoy acudimos a la sucursal y el servicio por parte de nuestra mesera EXCELENTE, lástima que pagas una cuenta de $1300 por 3 personas y a ninguna le gustó la comida, las fajitas de pollo una porción pequeña, una pasta de 3 quesos con una "salsa" muy mala y unos chicken tenders que son más empanizado que pollo, ojalá se pudiera mejorar porque para estar tan vacío el restaurante, la calidad ha bajado bastante.

Excelente servicio y atención por parte de la señorita Diana Duarte, buen ambiente y comida muy rica.

A little piece of Texas in Cuernavaca! Service was great, very clean restroom, food taste the same like in Texas 🙀. We are coming back for the live band event on Friday I will post some pictures. 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽And then we came back on the 16th of October to listen to Caifanes tribute. It was awesome 👏 there is nothing like great live music a great service and the atmosphere is great!!! To be a Wednesday it was full. Definitely very tribute band we’ll be here. Se tardaron 40 minutos en entregarnos nuestras hamburguesas y para que llegaran frías y la carne toda tiesa pensé que sería por que tendrían mucha gente pero la verdad no había tanta. La familia de al lado que llegó antes que nosotros vi que les llegó su comida la vieron y se salieron ni siquiera se la comieron obvio ellos tenían más tiempo y no vi cómo llegaron sus platillos pero puedo hablar por el mío y si dio mucho que desear. Pero era más el hambre que tenia que ya no les dije nada. Y bueno el sabor si está rico. Pero mis papas todas aguadas y feas.

Hola! Fui el sábado por la tarde y pedí una botana familiar, cuando llego le faltaban wings (pusieron 4 y en el menú decía 10) y muy atentamente nos dieron las que faltaban. Pero desde que comimos supuso que algo nos iba a caer mal porque estaba un poco raro la textura. Y así es, ayer y hoy mi esposo y yo hemos estado enfermos de la panza con diarrea sintiéndonos mal. Ojalá pudieran hacer algo al respecto, nosotros fuimos muy ilusionados y con mucha hambre y ahora arrepentidos de haber elegido ese lugar.

In general, the shopping center is really nice, the restaurant looked good as well, now the food was terrible, anything containing chicken, chicken nuggets for the kids, a salad with chicken WAS SO HARD TO BITE INTO, not even funny. Called the manager, I do not think she had enough training to solve the problem We spent a lot of money and was NOT worrhed, I think the only tasty things were th fríes, a burger and the Bourbon steak. Service of Yahir the server was really good. We got charger for ordering ranch for salad !!! Lud music they never turned down, we asked many times!

Going the way of the dodo, the casual dining experience is on its death knell, overpriced , microwave food sold at a premium , the ribs dry and tiny, the chicken wings could well be homeopathic, the desserts cold and bland , I used to like Applebee's , but sincerely , who would want to go back ? Spent about 1600 on 5 drinks and coffee this last time, friends are and didn't like it much , so , avoid , much better bang for your money elsewhere in Averanda

The place wasn't full, as in there were only 4-5 tables with people in the restaurant and we had the hardest time hailing our waiter. The food was ok and the drinks ok, but most of the time we needed a waiter, he or she were chatting with each other congregating around the bar section.

Took some friends there because the burguers in other Applebees (Monterrey) were great. Friends requested their burguers meat medium rare. All was good until the restaurant manager came to tell that "medium rare meat consumption goes under customers responsability" because their meat is "processed and frozen meat" and "some people have caught very sick". We just requested for the check, paid whatever beers had been consumed and left
