These are our favorite pizzas in Cuernavaca; however, there are some details I think they could improve, for example: 1. They don't accept card payments or bank transfers. 2. There's no dine-in; it's always delivery. POSITIVE POINTS: 1. The pizza and ingredients are very high quality, truly excellent. 2. The service is fast, and the delivery man is always charismatic and friendly. 3. I think the price is fair for the size and quality of the food. Note: While the delivery man isn't particularly friendly or cheerful, he is kind, respectful, and answers questions thoroughly.
Are they closed anymore? I've tried contacting them by phone and haven't had any luck.
Just a word of advice to the owner, who I believe is the same person who answers the phone for orders. You're incredibly rude and use sarcasm when responding to customer requests, which I think should always be your priority, regardless of your mood, because you always seem to be in a bad mood. I ask that you change your attitude towards your customers. These are my children's favorite pizzas, and yes, they really are delicious. When I recommend them, I only mention the Grumpy Don, 🤭🙏🏼 I truly love them and will continue ordering them, now even through DiDi.
Very good pizzas, very tasty, great variety, as they don't just offer pizzas, but also pasta, burgers, and more... and at a very good price. The motorcycle delivery service is fast. Highly recommended.

Excellent pizzas at a great price. They have several specialties, from Hawaiian and pepperoni to a Greek pizza with bacon, olives, and mushrooms. The sizes are decent and the flavor is very good. It's just as good as the big chains. Delivery takes approximately 40 minutes within a 1km radius, and 20-25 minutes for takeout. Currently, they don't offer dine-in service due to the pandemic.
The pizzas are very good and the hamburgers are also good. A good place to eat comfortably and deliciously. The prices are affordable, everything is very good.

I called yesterday to ask for the menu, and the person who answered told me they couldn't give it to me because the person who could do it wasn't there. Okay, so I went directly to the restaurant to see the menu and place my order, and when I arrived, I received the same rude attitude. I left to have it delivered, and they forgot my order and told me they overcharged me for the ingredients. Ugh! That alone is why I'm not going back to this place. It's a shame the product is good 🤷
The guy who always answers is awful. Besides, the hours say they close at 10, but if you call at 9:30 they tell you they're already closed. If the owner is the one answering, what can you expect from the rest of the staff?
